Take 5 Oil Change review: Oil change gone wrong

On January 30th I took my cadillac cts to get a regularly oil change which I've been doing so for last 4 months altogether 2years I've been at Take 5 oil. Well a verbal argument occurred between my mental disabled fiancee and a employee when we switched lanes because the other lane was being held up b what seems to be another employee getting female customers numbers. So the employee racially disrespected us saying You"N"get back over there I tell you where to park I'm in charge I'm boss so my fiancee screams and states she wants management and it's no signs saying we can't do so. Surprisingly he continues and says we have Major oil leakwhich we had no knowledge nor informed of any Major oil leaks until this verbal argument so he proceeds to ask can we afford 101.00 high mileage grade because of this Major leak so he never 🏧 the oil at all upon leaving car begin ticking knocking noises and completely shut down my cars system altogether its a 1x owner off Marketplace if Familiar ,it came with black book of all newly repairs and at tome of service cameras are on premises No Major Leaks At All . They also have record book and I have receipts there was nothing wrong with my car
