This place is the worst to live in, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The management is terrible, there's garbage all over the parking garage because the garbage cans got removed when Mika started managing. The hallways have dog pee and it stinks, they didn't give any help to their tenants during COVID.

I moved outta this apartment on April 7 and I paid off all my dues. But guess what? Today, they went ahead and sent a bill of $157 to collections, messing up my TransUnion credit score by a whopping 42 points! Can you believe it? And that's not all, they didn't even give me back my $200 security deposit when I left. Now they have the nerve to make up this $157 charge and mess with my credit report. This company's got some nerve, I tell ya. I wanna report their shady practices and demand that they cough up my $2,000 security deposit to make up for the stress they're causing me. And they better fix my credit score too!

I've been applying to a bunch of complexes in the area and was gonna choose one based on where I got approved. But this place sneaked in a blurry lease agreement with the DocuSign app and when it jumped to the next signature, I thought I was just filling out an application so I clicked sign. I never realized I was actually agreeing to a lease. In my 15 years of working with relocation specialists, I've never heard of signing a lease during the application process. I don't wanna live here and this whole thing seems shady and misleading. I never intended to agree to a lease, but now the manager is saying I'm stuck with it less than 24 hours later.

My lease expired on April 7th and I moved out of my unit. According to my lease contract, they should have mailed my security deposit to my new address within 30 days after I moved out. However, I still haven't received it. I've tried reaching out to the leasing office multiple times via email, but they have been ignoring my inquiries and haven't responded. I sent emails on April 18th, 21st, and 23rd, 2021, as well as on May 14th and 15th, 2021. I even escalated the issue to their corporate headquarters through email on June 4th and 13th, 2021, but they have also ignored my inquiries and haven't responded. I really need them to send me back my security deposit.

I had a bad experience renting from May2020-May2021. When we went on a tour, they told us that the utilities would cost around $95 per month. But in reality, it was always over $220 because they didn't mention that we had to pay an extra $100 per month for cable, whether we wanted it or not. We didn't even have the right equipment in our apartment to set up the cable, so we were basically paying for a service we couldn't use. And when we moved out, they charged us for the missing equipment.

When we moved in, they put us in a handicap unit without asking us first. Eventually, they moved us to another unit, but it wasn't clean when we got there. They promised us a cleaning voucher, but we never received it. They gave us a move-out checklist, and I told the management that I wouldn't clean the apartment since it wasn't clean when we moved in. But they still charged us $175 for cleaning fees.

We've been back and forth with the management about all these issues, but the management has changed four times in the past year, so nothing ever gets resolved.
