This company lets workers make accounts and buy stuff without needing credit checks or boss approval
This company lets workers make accounts and buy stuff without needing credit checks or boss approval. It's sketchy and not cool. They say it's okay cuz the worker has "authorization" but that's a joke. It's fraud. Good luck getting paid by other companies for the stuff.
! They're a rip-off
! They're a rip-off. Sales guy lied to me and then they make you pay to send the hoses back. I got charged $178.80 for 2 hoses and when I called to complain, they said I had to pay to return them. They didn't tell me that when I ordered. They only put it in the email. Don't waste your time with Tarco Industries, Inc.
I let them talk me into some led worklights, I called to get a price and they wanted $189 apiece for them. Nice light but way overpriced. I will not do business with them again.
Don't deal with Tarco Industries, Inc!
Don't deal with Tarco Industries, Inc.! They pulled a bait and switch on me with cheap Chinese products. They promised to send Goodyear hoses, but instead sent unbranded hoses. It's impossible to return them and they won't stop calling me, even though I've told them every time they call. I'm going to file a complaint with the state attorney general's office and the FTC to see if that stops the calls.
Got scammed by Tarco Industries, Inc
Got scammed by Tarco Industries, Inc. like many others. Fell for their "Free air hose trials" but ended up with a $234.40 bill. To make matters worse, returning the hoses cost us an extra $50 because they didn't give us a return shipping label like they promised. Can't believe there are still businesses out there like this. It's sad that some people are willing to take advantage of others for a few bucks.
I called Tarco Industries, Inc
I called Tarco Industries, Inc. and asked for the service department. C *** answered and asked for the service manager. I asked how I could help him, but he said "oh jesus" and hung up on me. I called back and explained who I am, but he said "nevermind" and hung up again. They won't get a good ComplaintsBoard.com rating if they don't want to do business with women. I'm the service manager, office manager, and accounts payable/receivable. We won't do business with this company because their salesman treated me like I'm less-than, even though I make decisions for the company.
I was gonna write a review but seems like everyone else already did
I was gonna write a review but seems like everyone else already did. Got a free trial on 2 air lines from Tarco Industries, Inc. Didn't like 'em. They wanted me to pay for shipping 'em back on a "free trial" so now I'm stuck with 2 $35 dollar air hoses that I just paid $100 for. They ain't even close to the Flexilla air hoses they said they were like. I guess it's my bad for not sending 'em back during the 30 day "trial" period. But keepin' track of some air hoses I didn't even need or wanna try out wasn't on my to-do list.
I shoulda read the other reviews before I said yes to tryin' out Tarco's hoses
I shoulda read the other reviews before I said yes to tryin' out Tarco's hoses. They don't keep their word. They said they'd send 'em out for 4-6 weeks and if we liked 'em we could buy 'em. But then they just invoiced us without callin' first. When I called back, they passed me off to someone else. This company is a scam and they'll charge you for stuff you don't even want. Don't bother tryin' their products.
Don't take any trial stuff from Tarco Industries, Inc
Don't take any trial stuff from Tarco Industries, Inc. They called us up and asked if we wanted to try out their new Air hose, long lasting, durable, etc. If we didn't like it, we could return it and there would be no charges. We got the 2 hoses and the box was heavy. When we opened it, the hoses were stiff, heavy duty, and not flexible. My techs didn't like them. We bought Rigid hoses from Home Depot that were light weight, flexible, and everything we needed. I put them aside and forgot about them. I mean, I had no interest or use for them. The company called and asked how we liked them. I said no, I'll return them. She said we could sell them for half the price. I said we don't want them. She said we had until the end of the week to send them back and we had to pay for shipping. WOW, we got screwed. I took the hoses in the same package, not even tampered with because my techs never got them out of the box and took them to the post office. UPS charged me $39.40 to send back. I was very upset. We never paid for the shipping but I sent my employee and he just swiped. So yeah, don't make the same mistake as I did. Lesson learned: if it ain't broke, don't fix or try new products.
I read all the other reviews and they're all dealing with the same problems I am
I read all the other reviews and they're all dealing with the same problems I am. I got talked into a "free trial" for these hoses I didn't even want, but the salesman insisted "there's no obligation, we won't even take your credit card until you buy them, just take them and try them out for a few weeks and if you don't like them you can return them." But by "no obligation" he meant they'd send us terrible hoses and you had 30 days to pay $40 to ship them back or they'd charge you for them. I never even took them out of the box because they were super stiff and heavy, so we left them in the corner and forgot about them. Then I got a call saying I failed to return them and was past the 30 days so I had to buy them now. I refused because that wasn't the deal I was told, so Tarco gave me another week to send them back. Then they said I had to pay for shipping, which I also refused. They tried to make other deals, but I accepted a deal to pay 1/3rd of the price they were asking and keep the hoses. But my shop was closed for covid and we made a deal for them to call me back when I was open again, but they never did. Instead, I started getting calls and emails from TII credit collection agency for the full amount they originally demanded for their junk hoses I didn't even ask for. This company is a scam and a joke.
NEVER accept anything free from them
NEVER accept anything free from them. They will never get our business again. Horrible customer service. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They shouldn't be in business

Do NOT accept any "FREE" things from Tarco
Do NOT accept any "FREE" things from Tarco. Nothing is free in this world, you will end up paying for the "FREE" items. Of course, as other people stated, you WILL be paying to ship it back. So avoid the headache and turn the offer down.
Told to "try before you buy" on an air hose
Told to "try before you buy" on an air hose. What they don't say, on purpose, is that you have to pay shipping to return the product which is expensive. Let alone will I never purchase a product again, I will also make it known as far and wide as I can about this ***.
Just like everyone else leaving a review here, i was talked into a FREE trial of an air hose that they originally tried to send me 4 hoses
Just like everyone else leaving a review here, i was talked into a FREE trial of an air hose that they originally tried to send me 4 hoses. I told them i had no need for that many as i had already purchased new ones for my shop. After about 6 weeks i tried to call them to say i haven't even opened the box and was not interested. 3 failed phone calls later, they finally contact me back along with an email with an invoice. Finally spoke with them on the phone only to find out the option to send the hose back was off the table, so they tell me i HAVE to purchase it at this point. needless to say i will never purchase anything else from them. What ever you do DO NOT let them talk you into a FREE trial of anything!

We got tricked into one of them free trials
We got tricked into one of them free trials. Ain't no point in calling it free if you gotta pay at the end of the day. You gotta pay whichever way you go, so it ain't really free. If you look at the other reviews, everyone's having the same dang problem.
They called me up and offered to send me some air hoses to try out
They called me up and offered to send me some air hoses to try out. They said I didn't have to buy anything. They told me the hoses were flexible and tough. When we got them, they called to check in and we told them we hadn't used them because they weren't flexible. We didn't even take off the tape because we knew the hoses wouldn't lose their shape. We told them we wanted to return them, but they've been giving us a hard time about the shipping label. The hoses aren't what they said they were at all. They're definitely not flexible. So now they're just sitting in my shop, unused. I've asked for a return label, but they won't give me one. Instead, they sent me a letter asking for the full price plus extra fees. I've been telling them from the beginning that this product isn't good for our shop.
This company is not good
This company is not good. In October , a sales guy called us to sell a product. Our manager said no thanks, we don't want it. But then we got an invoice for $397.47 from Tarco. We talked to someone named R and said we didn't get the product and didn't order it. We asked for a recording of the call with the sales guy. R called us for months, saying we had to pay. She said someone got the package, but that person was on vacation. On 2/9/2022, she called and threatened us. She offered a discount of $199. We paid it to stop her from bothering us. Later, we disputed the charge with our bank, but she still calls us and yells at our workers. She knows we didn't order the product, but she still wants us to pay. They are scammers.

Tarco Industries called our office in Beaumont, Tx about some hoses they were selling
Tarco Industries called our office in Beaumont, Tx about some hoses they were selling. Our boss said no thanks, but then we got a package from them. We never opened it, so we don't know what's inside. Tarco kept calling our boss asking for money, but we didn't order anything. They said they would send a shipping label to return it, but they never did. Now we got a letter from a collection agency saying we owe $203.60 for the package. I called the lady at the collection agency and asked for proof that we bought it, but she couldn't give me any. She said it was shipped by UPS, but they don't keep records for more than 90 days. She also didn't have the tracking number because she was working from home. I told her we won't pay without proof that we bought it. Then she said if we pay over the phone, she'll give us a discount of $103.60. That made me think something fishy was going on, so I looked online and saw that other people had the same problem with Tarco.
