Worst Background verification process
I were worked with HCL for the last 3 years and suddenly got the call from TCS for interview. I attended and cleared the technical round. I was happy as it was a dream come true for me to become a Tata employee. I accepted the offer letter and was asked to submit the documents online. I was asked to join as early as possible. So, I shortened my notice with the previous employer and relieved as early as possible. But TCS did not give me a proper Date of Joining. My date of joining was kept on postponing every week. Later I was asked the recruiter and I was informed by them in a rude manner that my BGC was negative due to my first employer.
My second employer was a private cooperative society bank and the company was closed long back. I was informed that, since the company was closed, the BGC team could not prepare a proper report and made my offer status negative. I was later asked to provide the proof of my employment. I provided them with my experience letter, offer letter, payslip, bank statements and relevant mails as well. But they said that the shared documents are not considered as a proof and they required a mail confirmation. I even explained them that the company was not in live as now.
I made them understand that I was worked in there originally for 6 months and I have provided all the necessary details.
The second employer contact number is not reachable, not sure whether they're still living in India. I don't even have his alternative contact to provide the BGC team. As the BGC team said on the last mail stated like why are you asking again and again the status we are still waiting for the second employer response. Don't know whether they had a knowledge that they'll not get a response from them if the company was not in live.
I am jobless now and I owe a huge amount to my last employer as I urged them for early relieving and breaking bond only for the name of TCS. Hope someone will help me to get out of this worst situation.
Does not consider talent
Tcs hired associate in C3b and keeping associate in no promotions zone for last 9 years. Hired associate is a b1 school pass out. There is no option for the associate to shout as if there is any discussion pointed leading towards ask to manager a c band is destined causing more failure. As being abroad in visa tcs miss uses by not giving A band even on high performance. Why can’t the organization work towards respecting its associate for their leadship shown in last 9 years. Is the only option for associate to resign?
Locking my account
I was working at AMD as a TCS IT contractor for 8 months. My contract was extended after 6 months until the "end of the year".
I was working one evening and my computer notified my that my account was locked.
I called the help-desk to get it unlocked and was told that it was locked at managements request.
I called my AMD manager and he told me that he did not lock it, it was done by TCS and he did not know why.
I contacted my TCS manager, HR , payroll, and a few others and nobody would comment on this at all. They all would just tell me to contact so and so... and that person would do the same.
No one ever told me I was fired or anything else, at all...
No one even asked for the company equipment to be returned for a month. I had already turned it in but I guess they did not want to share that information either.
I was never warned about any issues that AMD or TCS had with me so I do not see how it could be for cause, especially after my contract had just been extended.
I know that (In California) that we are "at will" employees and you do not have to be told why your have been terminated, But surely they have to tell you that you have been terminated.
It took longer that is should have to pay me for some reason, but they did pay me
Desired outcome: I would like to see TCS fined so possibly they would not do this to anyone else.
BGC verification team
I joined tcs on 22nd of april and submitted all my documents to bgc team and I got my offer letter... After 2 months of joining they are saying my graduation certificate they unable to verify bcz its not govt recognized and I had done completed my graduation through university through correspondence.. My prev org accepted all the documents and it was strange that they claimed that passing certicate cannot be accepted... I just don't understand what should I do and eventhough providing all attested copy wat else I can provide them... And they asking me to leave the firm after getting offer letter... The only option I see here is to register a formal complaint against the hr who was extremely rude and on tcs for getting me jobless

Delay in Joining date as BGC is not completed on time, more than 90 days given
My DOJ is 01-June-22,MY EP NUMBER IS EP2020CN213541, HR and everyone told me to join at 12PM today, and just before joining they told me , its postponed as BGC is not completed, wherein , i informed during these 90 days many times that BGV is not completed, i highlighted many times, still no action was taken and as a result my DOJ was delayed, this is very Unprofessional Behavior from the BGV and HR team, as a candidate should be informed early if BGV is not done, he or she can contact recruiter to get this done on urgent basis, today just before joining its been told , you cannot attend session please connect with Recruiter.

Recently I have had a job interview for a position of IT system analyst in TCS. A week ago, the HR asked for my details and asked me to upload documents in i-Begin. As I was having another offer in hand I asked the HR team to roll out an offer letter early by this Wednesday as TCS was my dream company to work for. HR sent me the salary proposal which I agreed to.
I didn't mention any telecom domain experience in my resume even though I conveyed the same thing to the interviewer as well. I cleared all rounds from the interview panel and they agreed to release the offer letter as soon as I had another offer in hand. I was transparent through the process.
Today morning I received a call from a TCS employee (told he is from the project allocation team) and asked me a few questions about telecom domain and some basic questions. After a few hours of the call
HR called me and informed me that the client is not approving my profile/Accounting team.
So my concern is if the decision is on the client why the HR team sent me the salary proposal and asked me to acknowledge if I am Okay. As per the communication HR told me that she is going to release the offer. It is really unfair informing me that I was not selected at this time. If I was not selected HR should inform me before sending the CTC proposal. How can a company like TCS follow this pathetic procedure? I am very disappointed with the TCS recruitment team about the procedure. If the recruitment team is not authorized to send an offer letter post interview. Why are they authorized to send CTC proposals and asked to acknowledge so that they release an offer. Because of the TCS recruitment team I was not able to enjoy the trip and I asked another organization to extend the joining date for which I am losing my 4 days salary.
Please look at the attached email and make sure that no other candidate should face issues like me.

'm Vijay Rameshkumar working as a DataScietist in cango_networks pvt. ltd (Apr 2022 - Present). I am from chennai. I'm from a society who believes education is the key to change my life.
Apr 4 2022 is my joining data in TCS as a python developer. But, unfortunately they rejected my employment offer and marked my profile as negative.
Background of the Issue:
I was working for a company called Machine Origin in bangalore.
Internship Period : Nov 3, 2019 - Jan 3, 2020
Employment period : Jan 4, 2020 - Jan 4, 2021
Amandeep Singh is the founder and only direct contact person. It's a micro startup company. Including myself there were two other people working @machine origin.
Due to covid19, I came back to chennai. Amandeep didn't pay salary for the last 4 months and he only gave experience certificates for 1 year. Before (Oct - Dec 2020) period I got salary, I've SBI bank statements as well to prove my employment.
I tried to reach out to Mr.Amandeep Singh to verify my employment. It seems he completely shut down machine origin and it's operations. I couldn't reach him.
Due to the above reason, TCS rejected my employment offer and marked my profile as negative. They said it's impossible to join TCS again.
I don't know what to do. you're my last hope.
I feel this is really injustice with the candidates like me who are coming from small-scale companies.

BGC turned negative
I joined TCS Hyderabad as a third party payroll on 15th Nov, 2021. ID:2176148. On Dec 2nd week I received a call from TCS BGC agency and said that they need to verify all bank statements and necessary doc's, otherwise BGC will turn negative.
they had validated my bank statements and all the doc's over on screen sharing. Don't know exactly what happened and in the 2nd week of Jan TCS terminated me from my services and the reason BGC turned negative.
I feel this is really unfair with the candidates like me.

Vaibhav deshpande, bangalore has shown fake 2.5 yr experience as data engineer. He is from Aurangabad, maharashtra. He was annotating objects in images manually for 2.5 yrs. He joined unacademy for 1 yr to make up the gap in data science so that people do not doubt his fake experience. Tcs does not care because of ample money from government services outsourcing. It is worst mindset people company, basically idiots

Hello Team,
I had joined TCS Indore on 28th Oct as an assistant consultant. (EID-2123481)
On 16th Nov someone from TCS BGC agency called me and said that your BGC is negative and you have to resign.
now the reason behind this is I can't provide the bank statement of salary for one of the previous employers [protected]) because they use to give me salary (25K) in cash which can be verified by the employer.
I've provided them with the contact details of the previous employer to verify the details of my employment.
but they are sticking to one point that the Bank statement is the only document they will consider to prove my employment with my previous employer.
and finally to avoid termination I've to resign on 17th Nov.
I feel this is really injustice with the candidates like me who are coming from small-scale companies.
This is not my fault that my previous employer used to give me my salary in cash, I wasn't having any other option at that time.
and now again I've to search for a new job for the survival of my family.

TCS violated my human rights,
Tata code of conduct violated by erring HR officials and my unlawful discharge from duties without notice.
You are requested to please look into the matter urgently and help restore my employment.
The actions of HR/RMG are unjustiied, irrational and drivenby discrimination and prejudice, which is
against the principles of natural justice and Tata code of conduct.
Tata code of conduct encourages to speak against such deviations and hence I call upon you.
I have my legal right to defend myself till justice is delivered and i will explore
all possible options including going to press and PMO.
My grievance 631448 was resolved but it was not honoured by the HR. I was not provided allocation

My health and family is significantly impacted because of harassment caused by erring HR/RMG officials.

My parents passed away in May2021 because of COVID.Despite so many emails/calls to Mediassist/HR, I was not extended help to arrange for ICU beds for my ailing parents.

File a complaint with the government agency EEOC then find an employment lawyer they do not charge unless you will your government complaint against tata. You didn’t state details but tata is constantly doing this kind of stuff they don’t value their employees anywhere not even in the USA
