Discrimination and Harassment at Tech Mahindra Chandigarh
I am Gurpreet Singh, Working in Techmahindra, IT Park, Chandigarh, having EMP ID-101368. Through this mail I just want to express inhuman behavior of Techmahindra Chandigarh towards their employees. I
joined the company having golden and long lasting career but Within 2 months of association with company, I landed in disaster. Now I am looking forward for any kind of assistance and support from you to get
justice.
when I joined techmahindra on 15th Nov, 2011, I was so happy but throughout last two months I have been so rudely behaved by the management that everyone have objection against it. As far as training
department is concerned it is very useless and unprofessional...Trainers usually spend their most of time in chit-chat and do nothing. I would really like to share my work experience with Techmahindra.
1.I was selected for Airtel Punjab Postpaid as per my communication skills but later on I moved to Airtel Delhi Process without any reason, I didn't know what was going in the mind of these people, I had to
accept as I was constrained.
2.Finally I got selected for Airtel Delhi Postpaid process and my training started on 18th Nov, 2011. I would really like to point out here that 3 times these people changed our trainer inbetween hence no constant
training given to us.
3.Our Training Manager (Mr.Pawan Joshi), really don't know how to manage the things, He put our salary on hold one month before and mentally pressurised us to clear certification and clearly said that salary will
not be given incase failed to do so.
4.On other hand when some of employees objected for same he released the salary partially to them but not to all.
5.Unfortuneately I could not clear the certification, there were two guys who were supporting the candidates in certification but they themselves were not clear about the product and because of that three
candidates could not clear the certification.
6.One of the candidates having good approach and relations with operational manager, these people given one more chance to him, whereas it could be given to all. Me and other guy named Sunil were being
asked for resignation and when we objected the same, Trainer named Minni Sharma threatened me that they will put my name in blacklist because of which we guys would never be able to join this organisation in
future. They forced to give resign and we had to.
7. We talked to Trainers, Training Manager and even to HR Manager but they are not cooperative at all. First of all it took 3 days to reach them because they didn't want to meet us. When they met us, it was
useless to speak with them, they just said "I can't help you".
8. They took our ID Cards forcefully and asked to resign and said that if not then they will terminate us.
Now I am looking forward for any kind of assistance and support from you, Please help me to get justice. Employees are the real assets and resources of the company and these people are really exploiting these
resources. HR threatens non cooperation means they will ruin our career. These people really treat themselves as owners of the company. I am forwarding this mail to higher management, just because I want it
should not happen to anyone else.

Hi,
We have taken the Loan against property from HDFC Bank.We have fully paid the loan to HDFC Bank.But now they are not returning us our property documents.
They use psychological harassment tactics which may harm in yr health permanently.
Tech Mahindra is a blacklisted company. In Tech Mahindra employee is harassad and toutered in Pune, Noida, Mumbai..all locations. This company is a gutter company where all corners are polluted and bad smell of cockroach like HR and management
In this situaton you should dial Police station and call Police in your office. And lodge FIR of Harassament/Torture Case against TechM persons in Labour court. Cops will help you. There is no termination clause unless any evidence as per Indian Labour Act., any person can be terminated. Subsequently, you can settle with them. but loadge FIR even though. Because Tech Mahindra is a gutter like company. Tech Mahindra must be blacklisted
it hires stupid people as management trainees
tech mahindra, hyderabad, infocity campus... manager neena is very rude to her collegues and also she makes them do her work and restrict them from all events

i m from bhubaneswar, tech m x employee they don't even notice me simply force me for resignation, today i gave my resignation to hr, hr also biased by all system wt is legal opinion reply me
I was charged for LOP due to mistake from tech Mahindra end.
I was updated time sheet correctly before I am releasing.
But the superior is not approved it on time.
She always do everything late.
Because of her only I was charged incorrectly.
Please rectify your mistake.

Me piche 2 Saal se tech Mahindra Ahmedabad me job Kar Raha Hu or muje ajj 3/02/2020 ko tech Mahindra ke TL ne beijjat karke company se Nikal Diya without any notice abhi mere pass kuch hai tech Mahindra ke TL manmani Kar rahe hai muje itna beijjat Kiya.
