I was accused of stealing without any proof and search was not made in disclosed place. I have claimed that the beep was due to the card holder and i have demonstrated to them..but the staff intended on accusing us of stealing something that we didnt even touch.i have requested them to search but the search was done in frontdesk and infront everyone...this was disrespectful..they suppose to follow the SOP and not accused someone without any proof.i want action againt them.if not i will do legal action.tq

I placed my ordered and the delivery date was on 21 Jun 2019 at 8 pm.
However the fresh vegetables - broccoli and fruits apple that I received was rotten.
Worst I ordered 3 boxes of fresh milk and the expiry date is on 26 Jun.
There are 3 broken eggs.
I was pretty upset because as a customer we order online that doesn't mean we don't want fresh product and you can't just throw the almost expire and rotten vegetables and fruits to us.
The delivery man was in rush and he just passed me the things and asked me to sign off. I didn't blame the delivery man but the person that packed the food.
I think I will not do online groceries anymore.

Hi, I recently found the Tesco system has a serious defect. Taken one Brahim's Kuah Kicap but when scanned the system returns 10x the price of the particular product. I faced this same issue 2 years back for the same product. What the hell is this nonsense in your system which is not being rectified for the past 2 years! Ridiculous! Another issue, taken one La Cremeria Almond flavour, when scanned system returns the price for that particular product and another La Cremeria Choc. How the hell another non existence product in my cart appeared in my receipt? In fact, as far as I'm concerned, there's no La Cremeria Choc flavour even exists! What kind of system developers you have? Worst ever system! Imagine how many of them would have been cheated the same way.

Our family rarely shops at Tesco now and we would not recommend it to others after experiencing its lack of enthusiasm to help its customers when they have been targeted by instore thieves. Of course, The Data Protection act precludes any details about this but if you report it to the police I will consider any request they might make etc., etc., etc..

No details were in fact requested at the time, you were merely asked to do what any decent store or person would have done WITHOUT being asked or prompted. And that was, can you please review your cctv and quarantine any relevant footage. But I guess that is too much to ask of you and you can't be bothered just as long as customers are targeted and not Tesco itself. Your attitude stinks and your stores are not a safe place to shop in as a consequence.

worst customer service ever by this malay guy at tesco extra ampang on 13/4/19 (5.30pm)
I was at Tesco Extra Ampang on 13/4/19 (5.30pm). I was about to buy LED fluorescent bulb which I approached a malay guy at the electrical section (per the photo) to ask to test the bulb.
With his terrible customer service, he just pointed at the direction and asked me to test myself despite its electrical item which rightfully should be tested by the staff. So I tested it myself but it didn't work so I went back and told him. He arrogantly said it doesn't work. Then I asked to test other socket and he said no other socket. Then he arrogantly said to test it at home and to bring back if doesn't work. This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced.
First, he didn't even make any effort to guide and test the bulb for customer. Secondly, he didn't even bother to try and fix the problem when the customer said the testing socket doesn't work. Thirdly, with his arrogant and terrible attitude, he wants the customer to go through the hassle of bringing back to test and bring back if doesn't work. As though customer is very free.
This guy does NOT deserve to be paid at all as he does not provide any customer service but he drives away customers. He should be FIRED straight away. This is the most arrogant and idiotic person I have ever met in the line of customer service. I cannot believe how Tesco can hire this kind of person for customer service. I won't be going to Tesco anymore and I will discourage anyone to go there.

I am writing in to express my dissatisfaction of the service that I have received from a cashier during my recent purchase with Tesco Extra Seremban 2. The details are as follows:

As you can pull over the record, of the number of customer that the cashier had been handled during that period of time am not sure if it could be so much of people but definitely when my mom and me was queuing to pay there was less people and there was no one behind us either. This incident happened as my mom trying to put the goods she's buying onto the conveyor without knowing that the conveyor belt isn't working. The cashier immediately with a loud tone said "Jangan letak barang dekat belakang! Letak barang dekat depan! Letak barang dekat depan!" Yes she repeated twice. We've to stop putting stuffs as there's a customer in front of us till the customer clear we can't put any stuffs in it since we've to put it at the front. Then came our turn and while putting the stuffs at the conveyor I asked the cashier "Kakak kenapa rosak ke?" The cashier kept silent. I prompted her again "Kakak kenapa rosak ke?" She kept silent again. Again I asked her "Kakak?, Kakak?" She replied me sarcastically "Kalau tak rosak saya tak akan mintak awak letak barang dekat depan!" She really got to my nerve! I told her "Sebab saya tak tahu saya tanya you and tanggungjawab you untuk jawab dekat customer. Bukan macam ini cara awak jawab dekat saya! She replied me "Sudah ramai orang tanya benda yang sama dan saya dah malas nak jawab kamu orang semua! Bila awak tanya, saya diam je sebab saya malas nak jawab, tapi awak masih mahu bertanya lagi!"
This is the attitude of your staff that you have! How could she behave so rude to me? Is that such a big question or which part of me harassing her with my question? In fact I was so kind to ask her with "Kakak" and she stepped on my head for that! If she is so "Malas" want to answer her customers' question she should not first of all be working there as a cashier! Being a cashier, she is responsible in answering and entertaining her customers! If she don't like questions from a customer she rather don't work there! I've immediately walked to the customer service and left my contact with a note asking for the Manager to contact me on the incident. The Manager, Maznah (if am not mistaken) heard the story from me and apologised for her staff's attitude.
The reason am writing in, I am a regular customer of Tesco as my house is so nearby and my mom and me always do our weekly grocery shopping there. Having this kind of staff's attitude is really so much of pain and rude. I was still not able to accept it as I was kind in my word in asking her what exactly happened but she ignored me thrice and replied me so rudely and continue to debate with me one after another. She should be responsible in her role whether she like it or not and she should be reliable in accommodating her customers' query. If she don't she rather transfer to some other department which suits her better. With so much of dissatisfaction from the service that I've got, I hereby demand a reply from the Management for the negligence attitude of your staff. Together with this email I've attached the receipt of my purchase for your further identification on the staff.

I bought these in December in Tesco Wilton cork Ireland. I opened them the other day and when we got to the end of the box there was a blue folded what looks like a plaster in the end of them. I am very worried now from what or where this came from.Could you please advise me on my next step.

i complain about the hotwheels promotion.everytime promotion the stock is new but some off the car have been taken by staff for sale outside .because outside market the car model rm20 above each model.
i want to know this promotion in for customer or for your on staff ( to make money)

I am a hotwheels collector. Know when promotion the stock is new but some of the model are taking by a staff. The model that staff taking is nissan, mini, honda, mitsubishi, datsun.
I want to ask why this happen. Only display a cartoon car.
The promotion is 2 car for rm10. But your staff take and sold out side rm20 and above each model.

I am one of the tesco consumer. Today when i went to tesco alma bukit mertajam and going to park my car at car park lot, one of the tesco staff stop me and ask me to park other lot. He told me the car park lot is for motorcycle to park. Here i am want to ask tesco management, car park lot is for consumer park car or motorcycle?

I suffer from Coeliac disease and as such require a totally gluten free diet. I visited your Blackpool store near the motorway and decided to have lunch whilst there. There was no attempt by signage or staff to help me find anything that was safe for me to eat, although there are many 'free from' items on sale in the store itself. The cafe does not offer GF sandwiches, toasties and bread . In truth, I am not sure that I could risk cross contamination anyway with the attitude of the counter staff, which limited 'help' to asking me to select something from the menu and I could then check that item against the list of ingredients on a list. I understand why Tesco or whoever runs their cafes, do not want to risk catering for people with allegens, but I need to eat! and being offered two biscuits or a small pre-packed cake as an alternative, is not good enough. If small independent cafes can quite happily comply with the law, and provide good wholesome and satisfying food, WHY CAN'T YOU? It's as if the words, 'do you have anything gluten free?', scare the counter staff into inactivity. I was on holiday at the time and was extremely disappointed.
There was a good outcome however. A more senior member of staff had a word with the chef/cook and between them found that i could have egg, bacon & beans not on the new menu, but still available to request via a till button. I suspect that i may not be as fortunate next time.

I always go to tesco malaysia which is located at Kelana jaya, Malaysia.
There i always buy some fresh meat or fish. there is always someone to cut and clean the meat. But they never ever do their job. always says we are busy but simply standing or talking and even if they clean, thats always worst way of doing it.
We as customer. Tesco will down to the ground if they are not changing their employee and teach them how do behave with customers.

I left Tescos after 8 months of begrudging employment. I found out 6 months in that my manager at store 5714 PIMLICO EXPRESS was robbing me of pay which amounted to £1302.76; which wasn't paid in full whereas I had to wait between 2 payments meaning my payment taxed twice. I have no idea about the other months as no-one will look over them. I then changed store after I was paid hush money to Newington green5486 where I was shouted at and verbally abused. I left feeling helpless. I left on the 06/08/2018 where I had a letter posted to me stating id be paid upto to 20/08/2018. I received a message from my people manager stating I'll only get 81.36 as my leavers pay with no holiday entitlement when I have not taken any holidays as of employment. is this how your multi-billion pound organisation treats its employees. I am now ignored by the people manager STACEY ETWAREEA @staceydriscol is a vile disgusting person. they happily like to make people work and not pay them even when theyre own employees steal from the store

I would like to make a complaint about the cashier lady who was rudely treated us who's a customer, today on 16 September 18 around 7:35pm, after we have paid for the stuff we buy...she only gave us 2 plastic bag which we can't pretty much carry all of the stuff we brought, we asked for another plastic bag so we can carry our stuff since we lived in apartment so it's difficult for us to carry but she just rudely say there's no more plastic bag for us, so we asked kindly if you need us to pay for the plastic bag, we will pay for it? And she just point to some bag inside and say rudely go buy that bag then! Excuse me...but if you have a new policy that you can only give us 2 plastic bag whether we buy over 10 item, than at least be kind enough and explain? What kind of attitude is that suppose to be, is that how you treat your customer?! When we ask another cashier about it, she actually tell them not to give us? I have never encounter such a rude cashier ever! Makes us never want to buy stuff from tesco ever again!

misleading price displayed - not honored!
This is not the first time this has happened. Every time I visit Tesco Puchong I am faced with the same problem of price that is displayed which is different from what is charged at the counter. I am truly fed up and frustrated with having to deal with this that I choose to shop at Giant and Mydin instead. Unfortunately I had no choice today but to get me essentials from Tesco Puchong today as I was in vacitiny and was in a hurry. To yet another disappointment for it to happen again!
Long story short I wanted to purchase Dettol refill packet and noticed that there was a discount for it displayed till the 18th April. I rechecked the price 3 times to ensure that I was not mistaken only to be disappointed again at the cashier to charged a different price which is double the price. I had to walk back to the rack to take a picture of the price as there were no staff available to check. Now after showing this to the supervisor, she acknowledged and went to the rack to check. I waited about 10 mins for her to get back only to be told that the price displayed on promo was for a different product. I was truly frustrated and demanded to speak to the duty manager. The supervisor then called the duty manager and explained my case. Then I was told that the price could not be honored even though it was a mistake placed by Tesco staff. I was up front shotdown and declined. The duty manager also didn't want to come explain to me giving excuse that she was on break. Apparently all the floor managers was on break at that time and I had to wait for them to return from break which would be about an hour. I must say that got me even more frustrated as I felt that my time was of no value to them even though the fault wasnt mine. With all this I must compliment staff Izuwati (04627) who was so patient and apologetic to my situation and she took ownership to deal with my complaint and treated it with urgency. I hope she will be appropriately praised for her good work. However I would like complaint against the duty manager for not responding with ownership and running away from her responsibilities despite being the duty manager. I didnt get her name but time and date if visit to Tesco Puchong is 11th April 2018 @ 7.00pm. I wasted almost 30 minutes of my time sorting this out. I hope with this complaint will improve the service rendered by Tesco Puchong to avoid anymore disappointing customers and ensuring fair rights of customers.

I straight away come to the main point. I wanna make a complain on 9 Feb 2018, the time around 230pm, a staff who was working be a cashier in the Tesco Kampar, Perak are very rudely treat with me when I wanna make the payment. I was accidentally put the non halal food together on the counter. The cashier was show her face to me to indicate her unsatisfy and dont want touch the other food due to the food was put together with non halal food, seems like other food very dirty, she wont touch anymore. Then I was angry and feel weird, why she didnt talk to me to explain smtg like excuse me and sorry about you should pay at other counter with the soft tone of voice, she just show her face to means we know anything. Why we need to spend the money with a rudely treated?In addition, there are no person in the non halal counter, thats why we go to counter. Hope you can attach in the related problem and solve it as soon as possible to prevent much more customer was treated same with me.

Lacking education and brain organization, he cannot organize plastic/tin/paper/restaurant leftovers. everyday, kilos of rotting restaurant leftovers stink up the parking lots including fish heads, chicken intestines and bowels in the garbage. and bones and rice and curry...
1) toilets and their muslim surau prayer rooms have strong stenches of excrement and sweat.
2) taps are leaking for many months and no repairs. is the "shari"man pocketting the maintenance repair money?
3) stray dogs have been visciouly beaten and poisoned, blood and dead bodies in the parking lots seen.
Instead of allowing them to eat up/minimize organic waste/ restaurant leftovers. now leaving another, pile of dead dog carcasses to foul up the car parks. two piles of rot,.. dead dogs and uneaten restaurant leftovers! this is atrocious!
I can provide two videos of dead dogs bloated with maggots left lying around in the parking lots. unhygienic!

I tried to telephone the Rawang Tesco Stores mentioned, to speed up the complaint Cos we local customers cannot stand the bully with his ugly face anymore. Always hanging around, to make trouble to show hes dominant.But it seems like the phone is off the hook, FOR MANY DAYS NOW...MORNING...AFTERNOON...almost everyday?
