First, after purchasing one of the exams, I notice there were only 68 questions in the offering. I looked online because it seemed odd to have so few questions when other providers had over a 100 test questions that could possibly be asked in the actual exam. I tried reaching out to the support emails at least two times and received no response.

Second, I found one test question that I could verify was wrong from knowledgable sources and company facing whitepapers. The answer was plain as day in the first sentence in the whitepaper. Again, I reached out to the support email to let them know and received nothing.

I am not impressed by this operation at all. I will not trust them again for any testing needs due to the "crappy" customer service. Seriously, this is like getting that email scam from your long lost relative in Uganda wanting to share his $30 million inheritance with you. You just cant trust them.

I made 2 purchases from them only to find out they are outdated such as CCNA and COMPTIA.
Wasted my time and money and if not for my friends recommending me to approach testdumps.org to get their updated material and pass guarantee services I would not have got my certifications completed.

They sel questions for all proffesional certificates.
I bought from them a PMP questions and found them expired. Acording to their add they say the Qs acording to the PMBOK6 .what I found is acording to the PMBOK5.
I found 90% of their Qs related to PMBOK5 and I tell them but i did not find the respons as a proffesional and a company from them. I say to them back my money as( they say in their add you have agrantee to back your money) the product not like what they addvertise it. But they DID NOT BACK ANY MONEY . So Be Away of them

I have purchased some software from Testking website and it did not work. I tried to reinstall the program but it did not help. Then I tried to install the program on my laptop which I use for work and nothing happened, it was still broken and when I tried to open the program there was only black screen. I contacted Testking and asked for a refund, but they refused and said that they don't do refunds and said that it was not their problem. What a waste of money.

TestKing is just a horrible scam. I have been a long time customer of theirs for years and I have actually used their products before and been successful. Recently I decided to sign up again. I was given a practice exam that had the wrong answers. I contacted they customer care and explained that there are huge problems that they need to fix as soon as possible. I also requested a refund. I was told that they'll refund me, but I need to do something for them too. So they asked me to fix the answers to the questions for them! Well I had no choice and I did as they said, but when I completed the task they refused to give me my money back. They tried to offer me any other product in exchange. Horrible company!

Testking is a ### and ###. Not only they are most expensive among other testing companies, but they also sell you ### product full of technical mistakes, grammar and English syntax errors as well. They don't refund, they are cheaters! There are so many others who offers the same but with higher quality, don't give money to these cheaters!I had sent them around 20 evidences that answers are wrong, next version they released had still same mistakes!

I've sent them mail with inconvenient questions, like who is validating answers before releasing to customer or why they are claiming they have 24/7 support while they don't have but they didn't replied.

Stay away from them if you don't want to waste your time.

Test King support are NOT helpful. There so called "24/7 online chat support" is a joke. It is definitely not 24/7. When you email them for assistance, they obviously don't read it, because they reply with a scripted response. I am unable to use their products because I have a MAC laptop and no access to a Windows operating system, which is needed to use their products. I asked for a refund that they have given me the run around rather than refund my money. I've sent numerous emails and have not gotten any help. I will NEVER use Test King. They are a total rip off. They are quick to take your money and will offer you VERY little assistance when you are not able to use their products.

Although the practice exams I've used do seem to be functional in terms of preparing me for the real exam, getting any usable assistance from their support department is difficult at best. My experience has been that they always send back a scripted response rather than actually reading your description of the problem, and trying to offer targeted suggestions. The scripted response offers more than a dozen things to try for all kinds of issues, which is not very useful for any particular problem. I recently submitted a complaint about the Exam Optimizer feature not functioning correctly (the feature that allows you to set the number of questions per exam, whether or not to eliminate questions from the pool when you get them correct a certain number of times, which subject areas to select question from, etc.). "Hans" responded with "Probably due to local security on your side. If all fails then just avoid using the item Optimizer." I just love technological businesses that offer up solutions that don't actually address the problem. "Oh it doesn't work? Well try not using it."
