RUN WHILE YOU CAN!
The seemingly professional presentation is more than shady.
I ordered the training book for $69, it wasn't until after I paid for it that I found out it is digital. We wanted and thought we were getting hard copy.
During the ordering process, after the payment was secured by them, I kept getting offers to purchase upgrades and additional products - I tried backing out but they already grabbed my money.
When I went in to see about getting a hard copy they wanted another $70, when I backed out of that it gave me an offer of $30. My husband can't do the digital - so, stupid me I went with it. The invoice said $30 then after the payment went through the receipt said $70.
The training book is garbage. It's not from a professional trainer, it is generic information in a cheap, $5 spiral bound "book".

Elite club charge
I was charged for the elite plane which is monthly, that I did not know I signed up for.
I had a renewal email which I was caught off guard by. I responded and asked them to stop. Nancy said it would stop. I have asked her numerous times how I signed up for the elite club as all I wasted was just the regular lab training book. She will not respond. So I am out money she has already taken. I never used this elite thing.
Not sure what can be done as she wiil not respond at all to my questions.

In late September 2022 I contacted Train Pet Dog using my iPhone. I ordered the instruction booklet and also joined Elite Dog Club. In mid-October, within 30 days after the initial contact I contacted the company at the phone #listed, [protected], and left a voice mail telling them I wanted to cancel my membership.
Erika from customer support sent me an email on October 21, 2022, requesting the email address on the account, the first and last name and the phone number which of course I did. I didn't hear from her again until December 5, 2022. I had assumed that my refund was in the works and had waited to see there were any credits issued to my credit card - there weren't - so on December 4, 2022 I again contacted her and she claimed she had no record of the email I had initially used. I assured her it was the one I was using each time I contacted her. She denied having any account associated with my email.
Desired outcome: I would like to have all my monies returned by certified check and I would also like to see this web site deleted completely because they have been scamming to many people for too long.

Pembroke Corgis Training program
I received an email with a link for the program for Kindle. The link took a long time to work and It displayed the book for a few minutes before I couldn’t access it again. I requested and did receive a new link. It, too, was problematic. Then it told me the link had expired. I sent an email and Nancy Richards replied that I should send her screenshots of my paypal receipt and address and phone number so they could locate the purchase, which I sent along with a shot showing the payment from my checking account. My response from Nancy was that they didn’t find a payment for my email address. I replied and went over it all again. Next, I got an email saying their business name is DOGPETTRAINING not Grate Paws as my receipt said. I then sent ANOTHER email including the response to my purchase. Nancy Richards name was on that email welcoming me. I have disputed thru Paypal but I am convinced this is FRAUD. I will be shocked if I get a refund.

Deluxe version of training course
I was going through the ordering process on January 25th when I had a family emergency and didn't finish the order-they billed me anyway, and after a few hard days with our rescue, I decided to try it., even though I thought it was a bad business practice. The main problem is, I was upcharged for additional audios that I had thought about requesting while in the process, but didn't get, and I have filed help tickets with them twice-this is what the second one basically said: This is my second request. I am unable to find some of the titles I have paid for. Teaching your puppy its proper place is one of them. There are also ones on barking, chewing and jumping, to name a few. I have listened to different crate training and potty training videos (not the ones paid for under upgrade to deluxe version.)
I was also billed separately for being an elite dog club member. I don't recall even looking at this page,but did talk to a trainer, which is something you can do.
I cannot, however, keep paying monthly for this, so will be cancelling it.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the Deluxe version that was not deluxe. I did try to sort it out on my own.

I can't post it here, and you don't respond to tickets or when I've hit reply on emails-as a matter of fact, when I cancelled the elite part today (which I said I would do, and didn't ask for a refund for,) you took away access to the original training program as well, which was supposed to be mine to keep for a one time fee, wasn't it? I was disputing the fact that I was upcharged for audios that I was never given access too. Now it says I can't submit this reply without making up a gmail address. This is the most time sucking mess I have ever been involved with.

Mini schnauzer training
I signed up for your puppy training on January 2, 2023. I only received 1 email and all it provided was ways to spend more money... no actual training. I was not satisfied with your product so I canceled it on January 21, 2023 and requested a full refund. I sent a second request for a refund on February 2, 2023, but have not heard from you. When can I expect response and refund?

Unauthorized charge!
A couple of days ago I went into this site to check it out. I put in my payment info, but exited out before I approved the charge as I wanted to think about for a day or so before committing. I was going thru my checking account and noticed a charge on Feb 3, 2023 for $67 and also showed as recurring. Refund requested. I will file a dispute with my bank as well.

Fraudulent charges
I exited out of site on 12/30/22 and was charged! I did not request this service and do not want it! This site is a scam! No customer service people that you can talk to! Website has no way to contact anyone! I received an email stating that I was being charged MORE MONEY! I clicked link and it said that I my account was canceled 11-30-09! SCAM! I have attempted to get in contact with this company by email and calling and leaving voicemail. I have not gotten any response! I disputed all charges with credit card.

I have attempted to contact you via email and through your website. I have had no reply to my email, and your website is impossible to log in to - it accepts the password in the top box provided, but as soon as I go to enter the same password in the second box, the password in the first box disappears.
I do not find your program to be of any use to me. It is confusing and the information provided is nothing that I couldn't find on a free site.
Please refund my total payment immediately. If this does not happen in the next 24 hours, I will be reporting your program as a scam, which appears to be the case given other people's comments about you. Scams are taken very seriously in Australia. We have a whole agency to deal with this.

On Dec. 23 you charged me $67 x 3 for your training course. My dog died suddenly, I requested you refund my money. I never even got to use your product. I will not be getting another dog. You refunded me on Jan. 9th, only one of the charges. Where are the other two?

It isn’t the type of training I need for my dog
When I applied for the training course I was under the impression that it would be more one on one personal training but it’s altogether different. I wish to cancel my membership at this time and I am unable to reach anyone, everytime I call the phone number, I get a recording saying someone will call me on the next business day. No one has called me yet. I am requesting my 67.00 back at this time and canceling the membership I got the first of December 2022.

I bought this course and then asked for a refund the day after as i found the information so hard to navigate on any subject which they said I could do within 120 days and not one of my emails x3 or support tickets x2 has been answered. Totally unprofessional and from what i am now reading I believe this company is very unethical and I will report to consumer affairs.

Unauthorized credit card charges
On the evening of 11/10/2022 I received an email offering a Shih Tzu training program for $67. I began the enrollment process online but was concerned and confused by the numerous pop-ups attempting to up-sell to more and more expensive programs. As a senior citizen I began to get nervous and exited the site without completing the process. However the company enrolled me in the program anyway and began charging my credit card without my consent.
I immediately called them that night but had to leave a message; then called again during business hours the next day but had to leave another message. Their outgoing message states a member of their team will return your call within one business day, however they have not returned either of my calls. I also submitted a customer service “ticket” on their website as they suggested on the evening of 11/10/22, but have heard nothing back.
My request in all my communications and this complaint is this: reversal of all charges made on my credit card by Trainpetdog.com and cancellation of my unauthorized enrollment in all of their programs and clubs.

Cancel elite dog training
I sent an email via your website to cancel the service around the 17/9. I had $97.41 deducted from my account. Then on the 19/9 I had another $102.93 deducted after I had asked it to be cancelled. Please refund the $200.34 to my account.
I sent the message and received a ticket number and I still haven’t heard from anyone. All I get is an automated voice message tell me that they are going to deduct more more. I have 4 calls

Elite Training
Cancelled the elite membership but was charged again. Cancelled when I found out "mentor" is on their schedule - not mine. Received the message I'd cancelled 2009-11-30. I was deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan from [protected] (yes 11 years) and there is a strict no pet policy in place so I know I didn't have a dog or this service. I just want to cancel my current membership. Tried to report through the website but that doesn't work and of course phone numbers go to an answering machine.

i went online to order their book. instead i was charged 5 times! i called them left a message that i was no longer interested in their services, and i would like refund. i called and left this message the same day the order was placed. They did refund me for 2 of the charges but still billed me for 3 of them. I then filed a claim with my bank and they denied refunding me my money stating that i allowed them to charge my card? i stated i did but for a book and nothing else. i also cancelled the same day the services were ordered. i was denied and they cant help me. i have called trainpet.com and they stated that i should of called them first and that they cant do anything about my complaint! i am highly upset and they got $205 of my money for nothing!

My e-mail is not recognized
Many of the complaints I've read on this site include a response from TrainPetDog stating that the customer's contact information was not on file. This happened to me when trying to log into the edc.trainpetdog.com site. I need to recover my password and the message I keep receiving is "Email not present, yet my credit card has been charged $67.00 each month since March, 2022.
This site and its owner are a scam.

Unauthorized monthly renewal
While the information offered by the site can be a good reminder of proper dog training; it definitely is 'not' worth the monthly auto-renewal at the same price. I thought I paid a 'one time' purchase but they snuck in a monthly auto-renewal in their third (3rd) welcome letter. This should have been made known upfront at point of purchase; and because they are big on overwhelming you with emails (you stop reading them all after a while) - one of those emails could have been a 'reminder' that the auto-renewal was coming up. Buyer be ware.
Desired outcome: refund for unauthorized additional charge, and no blind advertising - let buyers know immediately there will be a monthly auto-renewal.
Elite dog club membership, access to the course and purchased printed dog training material
I paid for the above services on March 29/2022, access was not granted right away. When access was granted I accessed the course material and reached out to the Elite Dog club once in April. I found the on line access to be somewhat helpful but felt the printed material would be very useful in conjunction with the online access for training my dog. The printed material never arrived and by April 22,2022 I had reached out to cancel the Elite Dog Club, the course access and printed material and requested a refund. The refund was issued on May 2,2022 however, there was an issue with my Bank and the debit visa I used to pay for the products was cancelled. I sent numerous emails advising the company that the refund could not be processed due to bank account being closed and they did not assist me in anyway just repeated the refund was processed. I requested numerous calls from company and never received a call only email stating the matter was dealt with. I called my bank and was advised the refund was returned as account was closed and could not receive the refund. I advised your company of this and was told the matter is closed and nothing further could be done. I again asked for a reasonable resolution and was advised again matter was closed. The total expenditure was approximately $235.00 and of this $107 was for printed material which I never received. I am very disappointed I never received a call nor did I receive the printed material as promised. I would like to request a resolution to this matter that is fair and not just told there is nothing that can be done.
