I have purchase the training course on Apr 20, 2022. I no do not require this product as I was unable to get a dog. I am within my 30 days money back guarantee so would like to request a refund of the $67 USD that I paid. I have tried to access your contact page - it says my name is wrong and country code as well - it won't submit. Called the customer service line only to have to leave a voicemail. This is not user friendly and would have to say if I don't receive a response on here either I will NOT be recommending this course on my social media.

I signed up for this course on April 4 2022. I have been trying to talk to customer service about it and in frustration asked for a refund. Called and emailed. No responses. Horrible customer service. Can not recommend this program and now wonder if it's a scam.

I am trying to use the contact us page to get my 30-day money back guarantee. I do not have the dog anymore and never started the training i received 4 days ago. The site says the country code is wrong and wont let me send the request. I called on the phone and left a detailed message with no return call.

Irresponsible customer service
Have been trying to reach them for the past three days, called them several times, left voicemails, sent emails, tried to log in the ticket like they say on website and can't even submit a ticket as it keeps throwing an error that country code is not valid. Entered USA, US, United States. Not sure what to enter.
Whatever bonus or etc they said, i don't find anyof those sent to my email.
Don't loose your money unless you talk to a human there. Looks like a scam to me.

Poodle Lovers Training Course was a joke web site crash all the time! then printed copy nothing but plain paper spiral bound for over $100 and the course never works!

Canceling membership
I have attempted several ways to cancel my membership and the system with TrainPetDog is not “recognizing” my information. I know it’s correct and need this canceled! The company is not responsive nor is their website accepting any of the information provided.
I have been charged for something that is not what they said it was and I do not want it anymore.

Scam don't order nothing from this company
I order what I thought was a training course. I never heard nothing from them. I've tried emailing several times and never heard anything back. Finally after a month I got an email back asking for my email. It's nearly impossible to get you money back and stop them from charging you every month. I have all kind of charges coming off my credit card now and don't even know what they for. Please want everyone not to order from this company.

I ordered and never was sent anything else about this program. No email or anything. Ive tried to reply to the emails sent wanting me to sign up again. There was no response. Actually I have no idea how to contact the company. Which is a shame because the program looked promising. I'm in the dog business and was hoping for help as this was a last resort so I would not have to rehome my puppy. I used money that I needed for bills to try to keep my loving baby. I have no other choice now but to find her another home because she's causing problems with my neighbors.
After looking your program up I see a lot of people saying it's a scam or they didn't receive information about the program after paying. I should've done more research on your company before putting all my hope in you. I just want a refund please so I can at least pay a bill. Unfortunately thee is no alternative for my puppy.

I have been trying to take advantage of your NO questions asked refund within 30 days. I was charged for Deluxe Training Course I did not order. I now want to cancel both courses. Mini course
We signed up for the mini course online in November for $99 . We had just started watching it, had an interruption and then we were unable to resume the course as could not locate it again. Multiple emails, phone message and no replies to help with this. We still get emails saying we are registered but there is no way to access the program again. We surely are not the first where this happened so cannot understand their lack of any response. I take that back…the one and only response ever was when the current credit card did not go through. Guess that speaks volumes. Would never do anything with them again.

I never completed sales transaction. I am not interested. Can not afford monthly charges. Please replay as to the status of my account. This web site is misleading. You are interested in there information concerning dog training then they want to add additional monthly charges. This web site was insisted on the use of a Visa card that I do have for my daughter only. My Mastercard was not being accepted so I felt there was something beer wrong with this web site and do not wish to do business of any kind with this "train your dog" web site. It is obvious this is a scam.

Sounded like a decent training site. To good to be true!After initial purchase of $67.00 they added a $97.00 charge and wanted to sell more books or services. Immediately emailed and texted I wanted to cancel and the money was taken out of my account very fast. Will see how legitimate they are in receiving my refund. If not ? I believe I may be part of this group. I signed up for a $67 training guide (expected it to be something I could download). During the purchase process, there were many twists and turns where they try to get you to sign up for more at additional prices. I said ‘No’ to all of them. I got billed the $67 on my VISA, but no more - thank goodness. I did receive an email thanking me for my order. I don’t remember if it had a link in it. But, now I cannot find the email, or a link or anyway to get to the real website. The name on my VISA for the $67 charge is:”PYD train pet dog”, but no phone # or anything else to give me a clue on how to get in tough with them. Can someone help me find the correct website or an email address to ask these people for a refund? It’s been 3 weeks now. Thank you.
Hi. I know you posted a few months back but they asked me to choose what breed I had which is an American Bulldog and then it sent me to a site called American Bulldog Lovers training Program or smthing like that and said they they have some kind of special memory that other breeds like and that they have a 120day money back guarantee and if I pay for jt before midnight I get it for 67$ and free health thing or something like that but sounded kind of scam to me so I checked them out and it led me to this and seems everyone paid 67$. Thar must be there lucky number lol. Did they reimburse you? It sucks because I really was hoping it to be legit. My pup is a monster and personal dog trainers are so expensive

While going through to prompts to purchase ONLY the e-book for $67. You kept trying to sell me on other products that I did. It want and selected NO for. Once I realized that this looked like a scheme, I exited off the website, but it was right after my card info was put in. I did not At ALL select confirm to order anything from you and you charged my card over $200. I want a refund. I already had to change my card number. What you did was a pure scheme. For over $200 all I received was a lame and small training manual of basic information I can find off the internet. I want a refund and you can have the manual I never ordered.

Online Pet Training
I ordered there online training for $67, before attempt to purchase a dog, and I was unable to get the dog. I never opened the online training, and I received a full refund, however the next month I was charged $67 again. I was not aware that this was a monthly subscription, I called and was promised that they would refund my money. I was charged on October 10, 2021, I have not received a refund, and they are not retuning my calls.
Desired outcome: Just do what you promised and refund my money, I don’t have a dog and have never used the online training.

Training program for Havanese dogs
Oct 20 2021 Looking for nformation on training Havanese dogs. I put in all information, including credit card, tapped "continue" and screen went bllank. There is no way to access the training materials. However, the charge is on my card. When I looked at the bill, it did not come from someone in California, which is where the telephone number is. It came frm Nicosia, Cyprus. I am afraid this is a scam, and not a legitimate business. I will try calling this business during business hours

Complete scam
Looked over site in advance of getting new Australian Shepherd puppy. Thought I'd order the book and supporting materials. Canceled before completing. A $67 charge shows upon the cc. Called cc company and disputed. Cc Comp advised it was a re-occurring charge! Sent copies to my attorney. Nancy screwed with wrong guy…gonna spend some time and $$$ putting her out of business. #thisisgonnabefun!

Unauthorized Credit Card Charges
10/7 /2021 paid $67.00
12/7/2021 was charged a second time went online and stated the error. I was never contacted and the issue was not resolved.
12/8/2021 and 12/09/2021 continue to be charged even though I cancelled my subscription ahead of the expiration date. I was asked if I was sure I wanted to and I confirmed that I did.
RESOLUTION: Please cancel immediately and refund all payments except for the one time charge.

Online Dog Training
I tried to purchase TrainPetDog online training using my mobile phone, the transactions didn't look like they had gone thorugh and didn't receive any confirmation and since have had two more transactions billed to my credit card for what I am assuming is a subscription that I didn't sign up to. I have disputed these transactions with my bank and also emailed trainpetdog for refunds.
I have had no communication from this company and certainly no confirmation of a purchase or access to online training.
