Taking money out of my account twice
On the 3rd of this month September 2021 I ordered a neneThomas tote bag money was taken out of my account on the 3rd and the 7th for the same product I contacted y'all you told me was taken out only once which is not true I am getting a statement from my card Bank holder to prove that the amount was taken out twice I would like to have my $116.52 refund it back into my account ASAP when I get the statement from the bank I will send you a copy but I will never use y'all to order another thing your customer service really sucks and so do y'all for taking advantage of a disabled old woman like myself. My name is Phil Genarie, and on March 17, 2021 I purchased the Trump Express Train Set for a total price of $79.99, in addition to a charge of $10.99 for shipping and handling for a total charge of $90.98, paid in full by my personal check number 8056, that you cashed on March 31, 2021, as indicated on my bank statement.
Although the train set was paid for in full, I have yet to receive the "America First" Vista Dome Car, the final car to be shipped as noted in your advertisement as "shipment three".
Even though I have NOT received my final shipment of the product I have paid for in full, you have sent me 4 invoices for the total amount I have already paid, and you have already cashed my check.
I have been very patient since receiving the 2nd shipment, waiting for the 3rd and final shipment, that has been paid for in full. I am getting very frustrated, I have written your accounts manager, I have sent e-mails, I have sent you copies of the cancelled check, and bank statement, I have attempted to call several times. I just posted another letter with the above evidence of payment. All I want is what I paid for.

Coin that was supposedly free
I got a flyer in the mail saying fill out form and send back and they'll send me a free coin. There was supposed to be no charges unless I ordered stand or additional coins but now they keep sending me a bill for $50 for a coin that was supposed to be free.
Desired outcome: They stop sending me bills.
Billed for Items I did not order
I ordered a product October 2020. I never received the item and Bradford billed me. I notified them I did not receive the item and they sent a different item than what I ordered. I returned the item to sender. Now every month Bradford is billing me for items that I have not ordered and keep returning to them. Account number [protected].
Today I received a collection notice from Universal Fidelity stating I owe Bradford money. Please help.

The first item received was so cheap looking it was embarrassing. I tried to cancel subsequent shipments. I called 4 times and they had no record of me by name, address, item or credit card number so they couldn't help. Next thing I know a charge for over $100 posts to my credit card. The same one they could not locate. I tried to stop shipment, but then they said it had already been shipped and to refuse it. I did. Three times, but there is no return address so it came back to me 3 times. I finally had to return it to the post office myself. now I have received 2 dunning letters. Ridiculous! I had to dispute with my credit card company

Cancellation not honored and collection notices
My 88 year old mother ordered an item and ended up on an autoship program. She paid for several shipments and then decided to call and cancel this program. She called more than once because the customer service kept trying to talk her out of it and frustrated her. Then she put it in writing multiple times and sent it off to them. They sent another shipment. She called and wrote again. They sent yet another shipment. They clearly got the info that she canceled because they finally stopped sending product and charging her charge card. She went to her bank to dispute the charges for two items. The bank investigated and reversed the charges. Bradford started sending bills and now threats to send her to collections. For $120! She got frustrated to tears and asked me to help her. I have been trying to reason with BE. They just keep insisting they haven't received the payment, so they cannot clear the acct. Duh...she is not paying for products she asked them not to send! She lives on $600 a month income. They refuse to be reasonable. It is unconscionable.
Desired outcome: Clear the account and stop harassing vulnerable elderly people for a few dollars in their bucket.

Bradford exchange takes over 30 days to process payments made online. During that time, they continue to send out notices of amount due on multiple items. You can total the items up and send off the payment, and when you ask why it takes to long to process, they say it was "lost in the mail", and resend. This has been done multiple times. They will return the payment indicating that it was not the amount needed, and to resend a different amount, and the next day they turn you over to collections for not paying for your products. I want 1 bill, to may the payment and have it processed timely, and then close all contact with Bradford. That means no more ads, brochures, enticements of any kind from them, and to remove me from collections for their poor payment processing

Rings weren’t as advertised and customer service is disgusting
Purchased rings. They weren't anything like described on their website, even had 2 jewellers confirm that they were in fact cheap and fake - absolutely not worth $219.00 (postage included) so I returned them. The Bradford Exchange knew they were being returned, they provided me with the return address and the promise and reassurance of a full refund. Package was returned via Australia post, with tracking. They absolutely, without a doubt have received these rings.
Now, they're ignoring emails and hanging up when I ask where my refund is. I haven't received a single cent back from these criminals.
The Bradford Exchange are an absolute scam and should be shut down immediately.

Your company is PATHETIC! I ordered this item in November of last year. It was suppose to be a Christmas present for my Wife. It didn't come, then to be by the end of Jan, then the end of Feb, then the end of Mar, then the end of Apr, and now the next promise date is The end of this month. It may be a surprise but I'm not holding my breath. How do you stay in business?

Advertisement of Quilted Totes
I received a magazine with the advertisement for quilted totes. As I looked over them and the nice selection, I noticed two bags with pictures of a first lady ie Michelle Obama, and then a picture of our new Vice President Kamala Harris.
WHERE IS THE PICTURE OF MELANIA TRUMP? The other two famous ladies do not belong there as U.S. prestigious women representatives without also a picture choice of first lady Melania Trump!
This country has been politically divided for quite some time and this representation is not appropriate.
I have purchased from The Bradford Exchange in the past but until, and unless this is addressed, I never will do so again!
Unauthorized charges scam
I ordered one item advertised for $39.99. What arrived was not what was ordered and did not come with free shipping, instead I was billed $74.00. However, the worst part of dealing with this company is the DECEPTIVE billing practices. They enroll you in a subscription program that you do not consent to. After my initial purchase, I have been billed $37.00 a month, x 3. My initial purchase advertised for $39, has now cost nearly $200. When emailed to cancel, I was told they would continue to charge me. AVOID THIS SCAM AT ALL COSTS. Since I did not consent to recurring billing, I have no idea how long they will continue to charge me, but I've read other reviews that state people have been billed for up to 2 years.

Member #236382 I bought this as a gift for $178.14. I signed up with the rewards program - then I put in the correct forms with the rewards program for free shipping & 10% back. It took the rewards program 13 days to let me know this request was approved - $13.50 for! 0% Back from mirror & $10.00 for Shipping & I recieved an email stating this. Your approved claim would be paid out on January 14. (I submitted form on 12/17/20 heard back on 12/30/20) I just received a check in the mail on 1/24/21 for $10.00, wheres the other $13.50? I called 877/518/2644 on 1/25/21 @ 10:30am talk to a shanickra - she could grasp what I was saying then I told her to transfer me to a Tarenon the supervisor - that was worse - she said I don't get a refund of $13.50 because you gave me shipping of $10.00 - I tried to explain thats NOT what y'all emailed saying. It didn't go anywhere with neither one of these two customer service people answering the phones! I want what y'all say was approved & what y'all was gonna send me in a check.
Desired outcome: Refund $13.50 - Additional training for this supervisor on customer service for a customer that's paying there hard earned money for your product!
Refund from a returned product
I recently purchased a 1 time, 1 product from The Bradford Exchange. I was then enrolled without my knowledge into a "series" purchase. I immediately called the The Bradford Exchange where I was met with an argumentative agent. After discussing the NO NEED for the illegal enrollment, I was told i would receive a return label and my refund would be processed upon receiving the item back.
I received the item and returned it the SAME day. I tracked it and USPS showed the return item was delivered 12/24/20.
I sent an email to the customer service department on/or about 1/6/2021 and sending the copy of the tracking parcel showing they received it.
NO REPLY
1/11/2021 - With no refund in my account I called the "customer service". The man on the phone told me that I was tracking the wrong # and they had not yet received my return. After "discussing" with this person and giving him the tracking information again and expressing that i used their return label that they provided for the carrier of their choice. I demanded that I would need a manager.
After about 6 minutes on hold a lady, who claimed to be the manager, stated that they did in fact receive the product back around Christmas - as the tracking showed. I demanded that I be refunded immediately because they have had my money for over 3 weeks with out any reason.
She told me it would be another 3-5 days for me refund to be credited back to me.
I would and will NEVER do business with The Bradford Exchange again. I will be telling this story on every platform I can to warn people of the abuse I was put through.

I purchase a Thomas Kinkade Snowman for a friend and was having it shipped to Alaska. I received a notice that it was being shipped and would be received Dec13th thru the 18th. Mother daughter glitter globe with a poem
09/30/2020 I received the globe but didn't get the poem along with it. I called about the mistake and was told I could print it out. I don't have a colored printer or card stock so this was not an option for me. Also I payed good money to get all that I ordered. I was than told that they would be sending me the poem but it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get it. I payed a good amount to have this whole thing sent to me rush order. I was not offered any refund for my inconvenience just the person on the phone apologized.
Christmas Lantern Villages
I ordered the series of 3 lanterns and was billed accordingly. I then received 2 larger lanterns in which I did not order and I am being billed an additional $86.58.
Payment not received
Basically, someone I know ordered checks from them for sixty three dollars She waited a long time, with nothing coming, after awhile they cashed her check according to the bank, still nothing. Used visa card, nothing. She called them today, and despite them cashing her check, an automated voice tells her that she didn't pay for it. As that friend is dear to me I am furious.
A dear relative of mine ordered a box of checks for sixty three dollars. After awhile, the bank called telling us they cashed the check waited awhile, nothing came, she sent her visa to try to speed the process, nothing. So after waiting another long stretch, she called them today, And what does she get? An automated voice telling her that she never paid any money. They cashed the check and it went through but apparently she never paid. Her visa didn't count as paying either, I guess. So whether this is an accidental screwup or a desperate money grubbing company trying to see if they can wring more money out of her, I am furious beyond my ability to accurately describe.
