We received monday another parcel which is a chest for a money collection and it is not the first time it happens. My husband wrote to you about it onJuly 16, 2024 and nobody followed up on his request.
I am sending you a picture of what we bought from you and also a picture of the parcel we received on Monday.
I read that you may pissue a return authorization. Would you please do it and make sure that we don't receive something that we did not buy.

Desired outcome: Please send me a return authorization as I don't have a return label.
