In January, the management company, The CAM Team, who manages The Colony at San Jose condos, was told about a roof leak in my unit and the one above me. The board of directors were also informed that the new roof, which was put in 2 weeks ago, was leaking, even though my unit never leaked before. I've sent lots of emails, pictures, and texts, but haven't heard back from anyone. It's been a whole month now, and I have a lake and waterfall in my bedroom. There's water under my floor planks and a whole wall full of water pockets, with constant rainfall.

I also have black mold because of the leaky roof. I have asthma and I'm scared of getting sick. I got a contract to sell my condo, and it includes the garage that I bought with it
I got a contract to sell my condo, and it includes the garage that I bought with it. But on Feb 28, the Board President and CAM rep called me and said I can't include the garage in the sale. They haven't given me anything in writing, and they won't answer my calls or emails. The condo documents don't say anything about this, except that garages can only be transferred to another unit owner. I'm planning to include it in my sale anyway. The condo docs don't mention anything about the Association getting involved, except to say they can make rules, but they haven't done that yet. Nobody has ever been denied including the garage in their sale before. I'm closing soon and I really need to put a stop to this discrimination.

However, the Association says I haven't paid and is charging me interest and late fees for the unpaid amount. They keep sending me reminders and final notices about this issue. I have bank statements that show the withdrawal of the amount. Whenever I try to call and discuss the matter, they treat me poorly and don't let me prove that I paid through the bank statements. They're harassing me and discriminating against me because of my accent. I need help resolving this. My name is *** and my husband's name is Agron Toci.

The CAM Team/Bent Creek Homeowners Association be chargin' our account for not payin' when we actually did pay. We made a $350.00 payment in January through bill pay at Suntrust, but The CAM Team sent it back in March 'cause they didn't have the info they needed to put it on our account. Since January , The CAM Team been chargin' us fines and interest for not payin', even hittin' us with a $75.00 fee for a 45 Day Notice sayin' they gonna put a Lien on our home. They keep addin' these charges to our account even though the non-payment problem been fixed a long time ago. We asked for a Mitigation Hearing, but The CAM Team ain't respondin'. They ain't given us any official response to our many inquiries about this issue. Durin' the time when the check went missin', from January to March , we called 'em, sent emails, and even went to their Orange Park Office to beg 'em to look into their system, but they wouldn't let us in. All we got durin' that time was the same ol' response from The CAM Team sayin' their computer showed no payment was received. The CAM Team didn't do nothin' to investigate this problem until Mid-June , when a CAM Team Representative finally suggested havin' a three-way conversation with us and SunTrust, and that's when they found out they sent the payment back. We sent 'em a replacement payment of $350.00 right away in June . 'Cause we made the payment in January and this problem been goin' on just 'cause The CAM Team didn't bother to look into it sooner, we want all the fines, interest charges, and Lien fees removed from our account and our account made right again.
