Dear Sirs
I am writing to you to complain about the unfair and wrong treatment of the Thyssen Krup management in Bahrain.
Before explaining the problem briefly I wish to convey that I am being wrongly treated and ignored and I am losing rent of over $500 dollars a day due to the complete failure of the Thyssen Krupp management in Bahrain.
I purchased two lifts for my two new buildings and paid fully in December 2019. Due to “force majure” caused by the Corona epidemic the commissioning of the lifts only resumed March 2023, they fixed the push keys on 23 March 2023 and connected the lift to power in the first building and ignored the second building despite my repeated request of their engineer to commissioning both lifts which I have fully paid for just before Corona.
They keep ignoring me and then they demand that i pay for new parts for the first lift , a lift that have never been used or fully fixed or commissioned before claiming it’s not functioning !
I bought Thyssen Krup cause I Believe in the product and the high quality and high tech manufacturer and i never imagined how LOW the customer service and indifference in treatment was part of the product experience.
I demand that Thyssen Krup actívate and Commission my two lifts urgently and at no cost to me as I have suffered enough so far.
I have been in construction for 30 years as master builder and developer and have recently recommend Thyssen Krup to my clients who purchased 7 lifts ( all is documented in your Bahrain office) so I did not expect to be the victim of your selfish, conceited, unprofessional and greedy team operating in Bahrain.
I hope you will take action and end this ordeal to keep the good brand reputation and achieve customer happiness and help me hand over my apartments to my tenant and earn income.

Company employees abusing and misbehaving with us they are trying to charge absurd amount of charges for AMC inspire of us having a signed and stamped contract from them and charging double the amount what they are supposed to . Company employees SURUJIT SHAH and RAJAN Singh abusing and threatening us saying do whatever you want we don’t care about contracts and anything might happen to your elevator or anyone it’s not our fault we don’t Care. No response from anyone from company even after 100 calls .
Lift
I am having major problems in my lift. Since the one month now every time when I speak to Mr Arun the superviser. He sends the person concerned for lift but after next day same problem arises again. As there are 4 tenants residing at our place. It was not expected such bad experience from such renowned company. I am very disappointed from your side. I will be really grateful to you if you resolve my problem and send some experienced person concerned for my lift.

Sir you have already caused enough damage to our reputation sir
Now do not act smart sir, I think there is lot of pending work in (4-38-19-057). And as your wish you are sending completion letters, kindly do hand over both lifts in a proper way, and then you can start the free maintenance, you have stated that free maintenance start date in you mail as 10/02/2020 end date 09/02/2021, can you explain this,
As we have all the call recordings and the video and audio recordings of your marketing person raj kumar, operations persons, krishna and raj kumar mandal,
And if you don't know the other day krishna has brought hand over letter which says that free maintenance start date is this 02/07/2020, and we have a copy of that as well.
So sir, now instead of acting smart if you can complete the pending works and handover the lifts in a proper manner before 25/07/2020, it will be safe for both of us,

Apart from this worst service we got cheated from them as they quoted for 5 passenger lift but where as if more than three persons are there the lift doesnt move, real shame on them I have paid 20 lakhs for 2 lifts one and half year back and till now they have not handed over the lift, real shame on them.
Worst service do not buy thyssenkrupp lifts, for name it is international brand but coming to service, road side vendors provide better service than them.
elevator 12 years old barely used always out of order
Client: Fisher Island Day School: The latest incident: Service man was hear last week left didn't say a word to anyone had to call Thyssen was told elevator needed oil -oil would be brought in Wednesday, 8/21 - no show - called was told oil had to be ordered on Wednesday afternoon told elevator was fixed on Thursday morning 8/23/18 elevator was not working - need part. Today Friday 8/24/18 we are waiting for a part to come in repair may be on Monday or Tuesday.
This is our routine with Thyssen, we have complaint to the manager, the key account manager and no one does anything.
The elevator is never working. When we called we explained we had events all week and needed to be able to access the elevator. We are a school books and materials had to be carried up the stairs. Today a laminating machine and a copier had to be carried up the stairs.
we cannot get the elevator to work for more than 2 to 3 days per week. We cannot get the serviceman to return when he says he will return and we cannot get the office to help us.
What do we do with a relatively new elevator which has not worked since it was installed? Who do we contact because Miami office is not solving our problem.
One day your serviceman left said the elevator was fixed and the next day one of our employees was trapped because the elevator broke down as she was in it - we had to call fire rescue to get her out.

We would like to bring your kind attention that since 12 year we are renewing maintenance contract with you. We had installed lift in our new building by OTIS Elevator with best of quality material. Since last 4 year we are continuously getting maintenance problem from your side. Your area Engineer Mr. Omkar won't do the maintenance properly. We have complaint so many time to higher authority about our lift, But your engineers don't pay attention towards our lift we frequently get the shut down problem for our lift . They don't do the permanent solution. Frequent stoppage, Battens are Jam since last 2-3 years, Cleaning they don't do the machinery of lift no cleaning of cabins and door of the lift. No proper oiling of door. Door wont lock properly. Dust are rusting on the electrical wire due to that short circuit in the cabin fan and light. Frequent Vibration when we are in lift make scary to the people of living in the society.
At the time of renewing of contract they note our all concern, when the maintenance contract get signed after that wont rectify the problem.
My humble request to kindly take the necessary action in these regards. Why as a customers we have to face the problem. We are ultimately paying for your services. It is our right to get the proper service.
Kindly look in the matter very seriously and Authorize proper engineers for the service.
Lift, elevators
Never buy flats/apartments which have thyssenkrupp elevators because one day you will die out of suffocation... We hav more than 35 thyssenkrupp lifts in our apartment everyday they malfunction more than twice and a third person has to open the lift from outside or else you will die out of oxygen... No lights, fans in the lift and it doesn't have some basic features too... Paying amc in crores... Made thousands of complaints but no resolution yet...
Contract and Service Issues
We hired ThyssenKrupp on their so called reputation of being the best of the best. But really, calling them the worst of the worst is a compliment!
From Day One our corporation has had nothing but troubles, issues, lack of customer service, drunk and angry technicians, lack of management support, service calls canceled, parts being taken home, parts catching on fire, parts being mishandled, you name it, we have endured it.
We have escalated to the Regional Manager who does not answer e.mails anymore. To date, 5 requests to meet face to face and advise how the matter will be fixed has not been addressed. Elevators have been down for WEEKS, not days, WEEKS with no real sense of urgency. Looking to get out of our contract at all costs. Avoid this company!
Customer Service
One of the worst vendors I have ever had the displeasure of working with! Avoid at all costs!
It all started 3 years ago when we signed a 7 year contract with ThyssenKrupp. They provided a great price and promised us impeccable service. From the onset, our business had nothing but issues!
1. Intolerable Account Manager who was incredibly useless. He could not follow clearly defined directions on what issues were. Provided us with wrong products after it was clearly identified. No apologies given.
2. Had to escalate customer service issues to our initial contact who shrugged us off.
3. Escalated issues to area manager who was some help but still, lacked customer service and did not provide some help.
4. Regional Manager then referred us back to our Account Manager who still was a ###!
5. The onsite technicians were dirty, smelling of alcohol and swearing every second word. When brought for to the attention of the manager, noting was done.
6. Order of parts and regulation items are never delivered on time.
7. We have been invoiced for items that we have not approved of.
Stay far away. Spend the extra few dollars on another contractor.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
