Please don't do it. No matter how nice the sales man/woman may seem. They are extremly expensive and the follow up they provided me was awful. The customer service also was lacking professionalism. I wish I had of done more research before signing the contract!

Service customer response is very poor. They have had turnover in the company, and anyone assuming those duties are completely clueless. We had issues with our three-panel slider, and all we got from our last call was, "You will know the status when the manufacturer provided it to us." I spent over 30 years in purchasing and logistics, and I know a purchase is not complete until the customer is satisfied. Still waiting on our replacement slider.

I luv working with Nescor. They are fast and professional. There communication was outstanding. They were in contact with us with updates and the status of our project at all times. They answered all of our questions fast and efficiently. There whole staff is kind professional and courteous from the sales and office teams to the construction team. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I will be calling them in the spring for another project and looking forward to working with again.

ad a terrible experience with NESCOR. They lied to me multiple times. I was promised that they would come to replace my screens and fix my broken window yesterday. Initially, they told me that my neighbor could meet them because I had to work. However, I never received a phone call and had to call them myself to find out that they were not coming. They claimed that the neighbor couldn't meet them because I had to be there, even though I was told my neighbor could handle it.
Furthermore, every time they were supposed to come and install, they were consistently 2 hours late. They never delivered on time, and if they couldn't make it, they wouldn't even bother to call. Now I'm stuck with a busted window and a missing screen that I desperately need to be fixed. All I get from them are excuses.

Anthony from Nescor came to my house on a Monday night, October 18th. I signed up for gutters that night. The next morning, October 19th, my mother had a health issue and I needed to cancel. I sent a text and spoke with someone at Nescor, figuring it would be all set and that they understood. However, it appears that despite our conversation on October 20th, they deposited my check of over $2K. Now, this is not only disrespectful to me and the circumstance, it's extremely poor customer service. I feel I was lied to and these folks cannot be trusted, clearly. I would warn folks not to deal with this company. Please remove me from your contact list as I will never do business with you and will not consider doing business with you after this. You crossed the line and that is it. Good luck with that kind of business model.

If you wanna spend big money for a roof that keeps on leakin', then NESCOR is fer ya. If ya wanna have awful customer service when callin' fer the leak repairs, then NESCOR is fer ya. In December NESCOR put in our new metal roof. Now in 2022 it's still leakin'. Their solutions have been to CAULK and TARP almost three quarters of the roof. So if it ain't actively leakin' every day, there ain't no need to fix or replace the roof 'cause of a bad install. We've called 'em MULTIPLE times to FIX the roof. Every time we call, the person we gotta talk to is always away from their desk or they gotta talk to someone else and will call us back in 15-20 minutes. Then hours later or days later we call 'em again, 'cause they never returned the call like they promised. Don't waste yer money havin' this company put in a new roof, 'less ya don't mind it rainin' inside yer house.

Find another company and save yourself the headache and money. Or enjoy the bulky, ugly, PVC wrap they put over completely rotted wood and call it window trim. When I showed that the contract said wood replacement and the salesperson and I discussed both, inside and exterior trim. They had the genius solution to tell me they'll peel back the PVC wrap but whatever is found underneath was my responsibility to change out with a different contractor because they replaced the rotted parts. The installers came out, I asked if they replaced any wood whatsoever, and they said no. Not rotted parts, not a single thing. I was told a dozen times, the PVC wrap is what we do, that is our window trim. Come to find out the installers didn't know the *** was feeding customers and told me they had the proper amount of azek in the trailer from a different job. We're squared away thanks to the installers that one day and no thanks to ***. I don't need anything from Nescor but this is a warning for buyers, stay away. So help me God if this company tries coming on here wasting more of my time to dispute objective wrongdoings, I'll throw up photos I have to prove everything, screenshots of emails back and forth, and a lot more complaints about the process. I just picked the one that bothered me most, I left out many. To Nescor and the buyers, don't waste your time.

I'm posting my second or third complaint 'bout this company. I tried reachin' out like last time, but got NO response again. Seems like the only way to get a response is to post complaints publicly. On December 17, I emailed 'cause we got spots 'tween our window panes that were installed in March. I guess it shouldn't be a surprise 'cause to get the last issues fixed, I had to agree to remove my complaint from here and say I was satisfied per Shad T, their General Manager. Of course, I did it 'cause if I didn't, I would've kept gettin' dozens of flies and bugs comin' into my home through the windows. Let me tell ya, before the installation, I had some old crappy windows, but they seemed to work better than these. It's been draftier in my home this year than in all the 20 years I've lived here, and their continual ignorin' of complaints is unprofessional.
For the previous complaints, I got excuses 'bout why nobody seemed to do the right thing and get in touch. "That person left and we couldn't get the emails." Really? Then you got a flawed system, and I ain't stupid, so I don't believe that at all. Every company has a failsafe to avoid such things. "She didn't respond 'cause you told her not to bother if she didn't have a resolution." Really? Then I guess she should've gotten a resolution.
The young men installin' the windows were amazin'. They were polite and helpful. I can only hope they'll be in the management seat one day 'cause I'm sure they'd do a better job. The only reason I chose one star is 'cause there was no option for no stars that I saw.

This place is terrible!
This place is terrible! They took advantage of an old person with their prices, but I had to finance it anyway. Some people who didn't even speak English installed two sliding glass doors, which caused a lot of frustration. The work was sloppy. One of the doors has had problems since the beginning. The salesperson, John H, said to contact him if I had any problems, but now he's ignoring me. I called to speak to him, but they said he was on another call. I left a voicemail, but he never called me back. They lie to you and don't care about the issues you have with their products. Their customer service is absolutely horrible, just like other people have said in their reviews. The construction manager, Brian, was at my house and he was on the phone cursing at someone else in their office, which was totally unacceptable. They will have to face the consequences in court! I have no choice but to contact the authorities. I have a screen door that won't slide and the construction manager knows about it, but he won't do anything. The sliding glass doors are also very difficult to open and close because they don't slide properly, and they don't care about fixing it for me or anyone else.

I bought windows and a sliding glass door from NESCOR about a year ago. They promised a lifetime warranty as part of the deal. Unfortunately, I'm facing a problem with my sliding glass door. One of the pieces keeps popping out, and no matter how many times I push it back in, it just pops out again. I've submitted three work requests, but nobody has contacted me or come to check it out. It's been more than three weeks now, and still no response. I even called them on June 19th, but they didn't bother to call me back.

I got my roof done by NESCOR back in 2016. But guess what? In August, my roof started leaking. So, I decided to give NESCOR a call on August 23. They sent someone over to take a look at it, and they said they would need to send an installer to check it out properly. I called them multiple times, and finally, on October 12, someone came to inspect the roof. They said that an ice and water shield needed to be put on the roof. They promised that a crew would come on November 10, to fix it. But you know what? They didn't show up. They said they would call me on November 11 with a time for the repair, but guess what? They didn't call. So, I called them on November 12, but I could only leave a voicemail. And guess what? My roof is still leaking.

I really want my deposit back, which was $7968 on June 16, 2022, and an additional deposit of $4935 on June 24, 2022. They're refusing to give me a refund and won't cancel the order, even though they have no idea when it will be ready and the windows haven't even been built yet. It's frustrating because they don't seem to have any integrity. I've read negative reviews about their lifetime warranty that they won't honor. Now I have to fight with them just to get my deposit back. It's so annoying.

So, I reached out to Nescor in July , talked to this lady named Jennifer B who's supposed to be in charge of service. They came over on August 18th and took some pictures of the roof. Now, I've been calling Jennifer over and over again to schedule the repair, but she never bothers to call me back. I really need this roof fixed, you know? The longer it takes, the more damage it's causing to my ceiling and the insulation in the attic. I'm an old-timer, just wanted a worry-free roof, but it looks like that's not happening.

All I want is fair compensation for the extra expense caused by Nescor's negligence, but they are not willing to cooperate.

When I asked for the refund, Jon said he would get back to me, but I never heard from him. I contacted Jon again on June 1st, but I didn't get a response. I'm deployed and have a lot going on. I want my money back because I never received the service or had the product installed. Their communication has been really bad. I have all the email exchanges.

They tried fixin' it so many times: 1: puttin' shims under the window to make it lock. 2 puttin' wooden shims under the locks that show when the window's open. 3 seal broke and window got all foggy. They did replace that. 4 black grease on the track from the roller. These complaints been happenin' a lot over the years. They fix it and the same thing happens. This time, they said they had a good feelin' it was gonna be replaced. The guy who came to fix it and his boss got replaced by new people. Yeah, I got real mad at the repair guy when he told me over the phone he gonna fix it. I raised my voice, I was at the front desk in a welcome center so it couldn't have been that bad 'cause my boss woulda said somethin' to me. Now, 'cause I "disrespected" the service guy, they ain't gonna call me or my husband back. I wasn't and still ain't disrespected by bein' told I didn't clean the track.

On April 29, NESCOR contractors put in two storm entry and one interior entry door at my place. Gotta mention, these doors are all about that LIFETIME warranty from the door maker, PROVIA. The inside door seems fine for now. But right off the bat, I noticed that the hardware on both storm doors was put in all wonky. I called and they fixed it up quick. But over the next few weeks, I started noticing some quality problems. The weather stripping on both doors keeps sliding out. The front door doesn't even have a sill plate. A gust of wind came along and yanked the door piston right out of the frame. There are these sharp notches on the screen frame of my back door. And the square hole to take out and put back the window and screen on the front door ain't even square. Light is shining through the seam in the door frame. I've been trying to get this sorted since May, but no luck with NESCOR or PROVIA.

Eventually, I was informed that they accidentally ordered the wrong size, even though I had clearly specified the dimensions I needed: 32" x 36".

The new contact person, Christina ***, failed to install the screens on several promised dates. Now, it's November 11, and no one from the company is returning my calls. The last two guys who came wrote reports saying that they just needed to take off a section of the roof and put it back on right. Now my house has a lot of damage. They've set up the repair three times already and they never show up. Last time, they didn't even have the shingles and had to order them. They said they'd be here by the end of February. Well, it's now mid-March and they won't answer my calls or emails. I've been through this with them so many times in the past six months. They just keep passing me around their office to different people. They say sorry and then I have to start all over again until they disappear when it's time to do something. I've talked to a lawyer and we're meeting next week. I've never sued anyone before and I'd rather solve this through the ComplaintsBoard.com if I can.

NESCOR from *** Replaced 11 windows in our home on 04/12/2022. The city building inspector came out on 06/22/2022 and would not pass the window install. The windows wouldn't close properly, and the window locks wouldn't lock the window. Additionally, 2 screws were pulling out of the window frame when attempting to lock the window. We called them and informed them about the failed inspection. They came out to inspect the windows on 07/06/2022, with 5 people from NESCOR. On 07/09/2022, they came out again to inspect the windows. They believed that a faulty window weight was the issue. On 07/11/2022, they sent someone with a part to inspect the windows again, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the wrong part. We called NESCOR again on 07/13/2022 and were told that someone would come out to look at the windows once more. On 07/25/2022, we were informed that they would inspect the windows again. They sent the window manufacturing representative to our house, but no one from NESCOR accompanied him. He examined the windows and left. The city building permit is still open, and it won't be closed until the windows are fixed according to the window specifications. As of 08/23/2022, no repairs have been made to the windows.

They left my house open and left! And then installed the wrong door. First, it took months to get the door I ordered. I had to call in for updates. Finally, when it came, the installer came late. The installer came alone and left my house open without any door installed. Then they installed the incorrect door. The installer stayed until 8:30 at night, even after I fed my baby and ate dinner in front of him. I gave a poor review, and the installer came back into my house and wanted a better review because it affected his bonus. I called to complain, and then they sent another installer with a colleague to put in the correct door. The manager came out to talk to us and told us they couldn't fix the door issue because it was already financed, but they could offer us a deal on our next project. I paid over $7000.00, and this is the service I get?! Then, weeks later, after they finally gave me the correct door, they called and asked me to pay for the building permit. The "correct" door was installed, but there was a defect, and they promised to install a new door. They said they had the door in storage and could get it soon. I haven't heard anything from them. They never call me back or update me. This has been going on since March. I will never work with them again.

We had Nescor put a new roof on our place 6 years ago and it leaked ever since. I've been talking to them for these 6 years to try and get it fixed. They would blame everything but the roof, saying it was the chimney or the siding, etc. Finally, November they agreed it was their fault. They took off the roof and put it back on. Turns out the original installer they hired did it wrong. So now there are two rooms inside that need to be completely redone. I've been talking to ***. He asked me to get quotes for the inside work. I sent him the quotes. He's been keeping me waiting all year saying he's waiting for the original installer's insurance to get back to him, which I think is a lie because he told me last year that the company went out of business. He also tried to have my own homeowners insurance cover it (which they won't do) and then denied it even though I have emails to prove it. So basically, I just want them to fix the damage they caused. Also, the quotes I have are probably expired by now because it's been so long. And we don't know if there's mold in the ceilings until we start tearing things down, so it might end up costing more than the original quotes. So I'm also worried that when they finally pay up, it won't be enough and we'll have to wait even longer to get the full amount to fix the problem.

Damaged product, lack of product info, and bad communication. NESCOR started installing replacement windows and two sliding doors on December 23. It's been a nightmare from the start. They said it would take 1 1/2 days, but it took 4 days. The installer showed up on the third day without notice, then didn't show up on January 2. The windows and sliding doors were exposed to snow and rain for 14 days without exterior seal and trim. We're worried about mold. We're very dissatisfied with the product and service. The kitchen window came cracked, the master bathroom window is too short, and the windows/sliding doors were delivered unprotected. Almost all the windows have dents and a few have deep scratches. 85% of the windows look worn out and the sliding doors have scratches. Two picture windows don't lock the same way. The salesperson, Nick, never mentioned this. The two sliding doors and master bathroom failed inspection. The sliding doors were fixed on February 18 after four cancellations. Still waiting for the master bathroom window to be fixed, now it's March 15. The first crew didn't use a drop cloth, there were nails everywhere outside, and the floors were dirty. One of our baseboard heaters and the wall got dented. We've complained about the quality multiple times through emails and phone calls. Still waiting for a breakdown of the window costs and an answer about the master bathroom. Andrew keeps saying he'll forward the info to the Construction department. The manufacturer inspected the windows/sliding doors on January 28, but we're still waiting for the report. No one has told us what they'll do for us. We don't want the scratched and dented windows. We're not happy; it's been stressful and not worth the $28,000 we paid. NESCOR told the bank they finished the job, but they didn't. We want NESCOR to remove the windows/sliding doors and have another company install new ones for us.
