NESCOR review: They do not respond to calls.

NESCOR installed a metal roof and attic insulation in my home. Some years later, the roof has developed leaks in multiple places, causing serious damage to my home. I have been phoning and email this company for 6 1/2 months (as of the writing of this review), and they have never, not once, ever returned my calls or emails. Phone calls to them go to voicemail for the office manager 99.9% of the time. Voicemails go unanswered.

This expensive roof I bought from them is supposed to have a lifetime + 50 years guarantee. When I paid the very hefty price for their work I was expecting them to honor their guarantee. I'm still waiting. Meanwhile, my living room ceiling has broken through because of repeated exposure to water damage every time it rains, and my walls, window frames, and wood floors have damage too. I shudder to think of what happened to the insulation in the attic.

At least return my phone calls, NESCOR.
