This company is not good to work with
This company is not good to work with. My order came with many tiles that were broken and they won't replace them unless I do a lot of work. I couldn't finish my flooring job because I didn't have the right size tiles for the pattern I was using. Their customer service is very bad and they want pictures of the broken tiles that I threw away because they were broken and couldn't be used. I contacted them and they want more pictures and documents of the broken tiles. My contractor left and told me to get the tiles somewhere else. I won't work with this company again because their customer service is very bad.

I order some stuff from Travertine Mart and they only gave me some of it. They said it would be here in a week but it wasn't. They finally brought some of it but not all of it. They won't give me the rest because they messed up and have to pay for shipping again.
I bought some travertine from this company a year ago and just bought more coping to finish my project
I bought some travertine from this company a year ago and just bought more coping to finish my project. They sell two types of products: standard and premium select. I paid for premium, but they sold me standard grade travertine that was porous and different from my previous product. I asked to talk to the manager to get the premium product I ordered because I need it to look uniform. I asked to speak with the manager, but Gina, Julia (sales rep), and Melissa (receptionist) keep giving me the runaround. I sent multiple emails to request to speak to someone higher up, but they won't let me. I want them to ship me the product I ordered.

I got my Travertine from Travertine Mart in July . When it came, two of the crates were messed up, but it didn't look too bad. When my contractor opened them up, though, it was clear that this wasn't the good stuff I paid for. The Premium Select grade is supposed to have just a few little holes and cracks, but these tiles had big holes all the way through and long cracks with sharp edges. It's gonna cost me a lot of money to fix it up so it's safe to walk on with no shoes. I sent them pictures and descriptions from their website to show that what I got wasn't Premium Select. We made it through the winter, but now that it's getting hot again, we'll see how these pavers hold up to the freeze-thaw thing. I want my money back for the repairs I gotta do. Can I send the pictures by email? They're kinda big, like 5.42Mb each.
