The terrible service we received at friendly center Greensboro NC . Oct 30 2019 at 130 pm We had a waiver that was very nice took our order and went down hill from there. Our order never came and we had to ask others after us came out . We had to ask to be. Told kitchen was in mess. When our food came it was chicken taquiton and side salad onion soup and side salad and MASH POTATO and STEAMED SPINACH which was cold i sent it back my family ate their food still no food when I did get it I no longer wanted the food and the even offered to not charge me so I could take it home are u kidding me ? Then manager never came out and you all had the nerve to charge up for remainer of food 30.00 I will here go back there and believe me I will post everywhere I can how terrible the whole experience was . berthaSmith

I have been to Cheesecake Factory in dubai mall and it was my anniversary which I believe it's the worst experience in my life. The food was cold . The French fries was soft and soggy and not at all crunchy.
The chicken which they servers was oily .

The main problem was the waiter who dint know how the food taste . We told our taste that we don't like sour food and he made is order all dishes which were sour.
The manager was not courteous and mannered.

They don't care about quality and just wait for money which is way to high.

Very bad experience.I am so disappointed and disgusted with such a service . I wish I have never gone to this restaurant.

I have been overcharged - Check # 0201a Rec:180. My bill came up $49.61. I payed using a $25.00 gift card and that balance on my credit card. The balance due after the giftcard was $24.61. I tipped 15% on $49.61 which is $7.44. Total amount that should of been charged is $32.05. My credit card was charged $57.05. That is $25.00 extra. Please credit back my credit card the $25.00 that was not authorized. Thank you.

My server by the name of Maria S (Va location) made a very unsettling remark regarding how fast and how much food I ate, saying "Oh, you really cleaned your plate" and started laughing, I am struggling with my weight did not find that comment pleasant, funny neither appropriate. She then said, "the food was so good, make you want to slap your grandmother", both of my grandparents are no longer on this earth, that comment made me feel uneasy and sad as I started to think about my grandparents. Maria completely ruined my experience at the Cheesecake Factory. I was eating with a guest, Maria took my bankcard and charged my guest food on my bankcard after she already separated the checks, she was not paying attention being so busy laughing and making inappropriate comments nd acting very jittery. My experience there was horrible, I will not be back there ever!

i came in to the restaurant for a pick up, the staff did not give me all of the items i paid for. I contacted the manager and he assured me that, a gift card would b sent out to at minimum cover the cost of the food that was not in the bag, 2 weeks later i contacted him again as i had not received the gift card after he said it would only be a few days. He apologized and said he would send one out right away, it has now been another 2 weeks, totaling over 1 month since i actually placed the order, im quite dissapointed that something so simple could cause me to not want to eat at your restaurant since i very much enjoy your food, but i refuse to eat there until this issue has been settled, all i would like is to have my initial refund given to me and that would at least make me consider your restaurant in the future

A coworker/friend went to eat for her birthday.. We do the keto diet so we decided to share a bunless burger. Extra cheese. And avocodo on the side.. No fries.. And egg on top.. A side of brussel sprouts and two green teas... Somehow on gods green earth our bill was $52.00. I questioned the bill with the manager and he stated we would of been better off getting 2 burgers.. Somehow we got charged 24.00 for one burger.. That's pure robbery! And because they gave us extra avocodo which by the way was not extra at all.. Never again will I eat here.. Walhburgers next time for sure! U guys robbed us blind.. Well done

Me and my fried came to the cheesefactory to enjoy my birthday, i ordered the factory Combination steak and shrimp scrimp, I had started to eat my mashed potatoes and shrimp scampi and then felt really lite headed, i asked the waiter what was in my plate so spicy he said he didn't know and walk away from the he didn't act to concern about it I told the young lady in the front and she said I'm sorry, they should have call a manager over to the table, I was not happy at all, Thank you My Name is cheryl woods [protected]

On Sunday, 8th September 2019, I was seated at Cheesecake Factory approx 4:02pm. It was four in party, we ordered Calamari for starters. It was delivered to table partially undercook, we sent it back to try again. We placed our entree orders approx 4:15pm. It's now 5:05pm and we finally get our food and it was cold (grill salmon) for 2 of 4, grill chicken was also delivered cold for 3 of 4. The 4 of 4 order a cold chicken salad sandwich and theirs was good. We had two send back 3 of 4 plates. It may have been our server not picking up sooner and it sat to long. I love Cheesecake Factory and it was very disappointing to receive totally bad service.

Shopping day at the freehold mall with my daughter and friends Stopped in around 4 pm to get lunch /dinner.
Loaded potatoes bites
Chicken carbonara
Basel posts with chicken
And tuna poke bowl
Well tuna and loaded potatoes were delicious
The 2 pasta dishes were horrible
Spaghetti and Pena posts were hard as a rock. Not cooked enough
Couldn't tell waiter because once he gave our food he never came back u till my daughter who ate the poke bowl was finished
This was our first time having something other then delicious cheesecake
Very disappointed

Ordered Calamari and returned it twice. The cook doesn't know how to cook it. Well over cooked.it was terrible only can taste the breading not the Calamari. I can't belive they took it away and brought it back the same way over cooked. They didn't charge us but it sure spoiled our outing that day.
