I need to file a complaint about Korey. Sunday night around 9 PM, I was runner tip share, and korey was on expo. I was standing over by the entrance to the back of the house, talking to some coworkers on the line while korey was on expo. korey is yelling from the expo island, telling me to "speak english" because i was talking to the few members of the line in spanish. he said to "speak english" multiple times in front of coworkers and guests. Miss Lou was at the expo computer while he was yelling all this. When another coworker tried to talk to him and actually talk him down, he told her "shut up, i wasnt talking to you, im talking to her, youre ugly as [censored]!" He tells me "stop talking that 'chika-chika' [censored]." He then proceeded to call me "pale face" multiple times, still in front of the whole line and other coworkers and guests sitting at tables 100 and 101. He then was going around saying "you dont know me, you dont know what ill do." He's threatening me in front of multiple coworkers and others, repeatedly calling me "pale-face." Yelling at me in front of other spanish speakers, to speak english and stop talking that "chika-chika" [censored]. this isnt the first time korey has lost his temper and he is going around saying "you do know what imma do."
Desired outcome: they need to get him out of there
Outdoor dining
I attended the Paramus, NJ Route 4 restaurant. My party and I chose the outdoor dining. When we sat down at the table it was not clean, it was sticky on the top and sides. The floor was very dirty and our feet stuck to it. You could actually see the grime on it based on the material it was made of. The silverware was dirty as well. It was wrapped up in the dirty linen napkin. This is my 4th time there. Inside seems ok but outside is disgusting.
Desired outcome: Clean up the place. I work for the BBB, I don't want to cause trouble. May be the kids, you know how they can be.

We had an $80 order that was not packaged properly and seeped thru the bag. We did not know and when we picked the bag up, it ripped and all of the order fell on the floor. It's 10:30pm, so dinner is ruined. After calling, we were told we had to pick up all wasted food off the floor, put it in our car and drive it back to them. At that point, they would give us another order. I just wanted a refund and was told no.
The manager named Christin was rude, dismissive and was responding to my call as though she did not care. This is unacceptable. It's the one in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
I had to call back again to speak to a different manager. I will never order or go here again.
The staff and manager on duty
I had reserve 3 tables for Oct12, 5:30. I called early that day to let them no if we can sit near each other if we can’t all sit they said no problem. I my guest in I entered for my daughter dinner that staff seem very annoyed and also very ignorant. After 20min went past the manger came in never introduced herself in was very rude. It was alot of tables open and because it was a big party she was just being very evil kept saying just sit just sit. I understand we had a big party but we spending our money just like the other people. Placed us far from each other wen it was table available. Worst experience ever. Customer service was very rude which was front counter person that seat you. One of my guest came in late and over heard the staff talking bout my guest.

Medical Discriminations
No jab "no service" at the Schaumburg Illinois location near chicago.
Drove all the way out there on Monday January third. Made a reservation and when we arrived were told we needed "proof of vaccination" to be served. In other words, "Show Me Your Papers!" My friend who just had surgery was on crutches. They did not even have the handicap entrance shoveled out. She had to risk going up the stairs to enter, luckily nothing happened. Did not see anything on their website informing people about the "forced" vaccination identification. They also did not inform us of it when we made reservation's otherwise would have not drove all the way out there wasting our time.
On top of that he was still trying to force me to wear a facemask after I showed him my medical exempt for it. Was a very disturbing experience. I personally will not be supporting any business forcing people to show "private medically protected" health information. No person should be harassed, coerced and essentially forced to have proof of experimental medical treatments to eat. Very bad business. There was hardly anyone in the place and should be welcoming all customers. Do not see how they can afford to be so picky at the moment. Suppose they will learn the hard way when revenue begins to drop. Appears they are not forcing their employees to get the jab however are forcing customers to show proof of it to be served. Unethical, immoral and disgraceful.
If wise will re-examine the evidence and remove face mask and jab requirements. Or, continue to comply with and "blindly follow harmful orders" learning the very hard way. The powerful free will choice is yours.

I was there [protected] and sat at the bar at the opening where the bartenders enter, in the evening around 8:15 or so. Once there, there was still the mess from whomever was previously sitting there, which did not get cleaned up until after one half hour passed and I had to mention it to the black bartender who had just come on. The fact that this is not the first time I have come into this restaurant like this, is horrible because why is the bar not cleaned in the are after the patron has left? I also noticed the same two bartenders who does not acknowledge the customer, unless it's of their own kind, just look you in your face and don't even acknowledge you are there with a "I'll be right with you". The colored hair bar tender needs to do more than just pull slips from the register to make drinks. I watched her do that and other petty bs, than help myself and another who came in after me and waited. The service is horrible and they need training. I also was told by the black bald-headed bartender my order would be on him because I was angry and waited for such a long time. that when it was time to go, I paid for my order as he lied. This place is a joke and the manager is just as bad as they all assumed I was with the person I sat next to. Don't assume, ask. They knew I was not there before I came and sat down. I am very dark skinned and can't be forgotten or missed. I want my $32 dollars back for that sloppy service.

Placed a to go order, was told to come within 30 minutes, got there and 45 minutes later still no food, went inside was told they were packing it they will bring it to the car. 15 minutes later nothing. the server was not friendly or focus . When i was giving the order he was looking somewhere else, we ask for water and we got it after we were done eating our meal.
we had to wait for 1 dish because he forgot to write it.
it was a slow night there were only 3 tables. I ask for small plates for the cake we only got 5 plates with soup spoons.
Even we had to wait 20 min for our check. I love this place, I go here every weekend with my family and my fiends .

stealing money by adding/increasing the tip amount
On 11/21/19, I met a few girlfriends at Bahamas Breeze for happy hour. Our server was a gentleman by the name of Clifton. Clifton was not very friendly and his service was sub par. He took our drinks and took a very long time to bring drinks or water. It was so long that another server served us because he noticed how long we had been waiting. Long story short, since the service was so bad, we felt inclined to leave a minimal tip. I left #2.. another friend left $3. Later we discovered that the tip amount was increased by $9 and hers was more. We immediately contacted the restaurant to complain. My friend spoke to Desiree and I spoke with Jesse. Although Jesse was very polite, he somewhat downplayed the fact that Clifton stole from us. He said they will investigate, but I was anger at the fact he suggested it could have been just a typo. Please tell how you mistake $2 (one key stroke) for $11 (two key strokes. Jesse assured me that he will make things right, but never once offered a credit of some sort or coupon with a percentage off. I truly didn't feel enough was done for such a serious occurrence. I don't think I will visit that restaurant again. It made me feel they don't take theft as a serious offense.

I ordered grilled chicken for my son and i had the jerk chicken sandwich. This is one of the worst food i've ever had in my light. It is an insult to the Jamaican to call it jerk chicken and i am white as snow . I've been sick 5 minutes after eating. I would like a complete refund. This is not usually my style but that was just awful .

I recently went to the bahama breeze and it was my very first time eating at that restaurant. My husband and I were close by and thought we should grab a bite. My husband and I did not like our food. We arent the type to complain or send food back and nothing else seemed too appealing. We even tried ordering something else. We order the lobster shrimp quesadilla that was really good. Restaurant was lovely, enviroment was great we had a pretty nice server. Sorry to complain but I just thought someone should know. Our food was under cooked we ordered jamaican chicken wings and the oxtail meal. I do not have the receipt nor do I remeber which day. It believe it was july either 17th or july 27th..
