My paper was not delivered for the entire month of December, 2022. My payment was automatically deducted from my checking account. When i subscribed no one told me that payments were non-refundable and that I could receive only a credit if a problem arose. i have been calling every few weeks since February and always speak with a different representative Several of these customer service agents have admitted that the Enquirer owed me $45 for failing to deliver the newspaper for an entire month. I called at least five times in December in a vain attempt to settle the issue. last week I was informed that I should have called every day that month. If five phone calls are not sufficient, what does it take to awaken your customer service department? Why would I desire a credit when the promised service was never delivered? I paid for services which were not ever rendered and have sought monetary compensation for eight months. How can a multi-million dollar enterprise be so petty? Please admit that you are at fault and pay back what you rightfully owe me.
Desired outcome: Send a $45 check through the mail.
