The Genie Bra its been over a month and still no products

I Orders Dec 18th and its now Jan 12th and nothing has been shipped. The web site is down repeatedly so i call in to check on the order and still being told that its not been shipped and they have no idea when it will be shipped... just wait they will send you a email when its been shipped. I've also talked to someone that ordered on Dec 1st and they had not received they order either.

The Genie Bra materials

i bought 4 genie bras. i like them as far as comfort. certainly not sexy. they are supposed to be machine washable. after 2 or 3 washings, the silky top layer of the pad comes off. without this layer, the pad bunches an wrinkles. no longer the smooth look as promised. only a 60 day guarantee, so company must be aware of shoddy materials. also the bra material pills when washed.

The zipper on the bra is defective. At least on the Nude bra. I have worn the white with no problem. I have yet to wear the black. These bra's do seem to run small. I do not even have the zipper all the way up and the teeth are coming apart at the bottom where you hook the two sides together..

The Genie Bra Poor customer care

When I had not received my order after 3 weeks, I called customer service. The first call I made was so static the rep could not hear me and hung up. The second call got disconnected as well. Finally on my third call I was able to speak to someone. I was told my order was on back order and would ship in 1-2 weeks. I was not happy but these things happen.
The next morning at around 8am I checked my email. There was a notice from Genie Bra that 3 of the 7 items I ordered had cancelled. I called them to cancell the remainder of the order only to be told the order had already shipped. The rep said the only way I would be refunded the amount taken from my account was if I returned the items after receiving them.
I just don't believe the order has already shipped. After reading the other reviews I feel scammed!

I just wanted to order the bras and had to go through a long list of rewards clubs, sales etc. I declined everything and free trails. Now I am receiving phone calls on my cell that said I am a member. Remove me from everything I said no. I do not want free coupons trail memberships of rewards club or anything else. I just wanted the bras. I am disappointed that I was signed up for things when I declined them.

I was disappointed when I received the six Genie Bras. The television commerical was so conveniencing.

The bra offers so support and is the material the bra is made of is very thin.

The customer service agent offered to give me $25.98 back if I would keep the order. I turned the offer
down because I can not wear this inferior bra.

Every complaint is basically the same thing, so that can only means one thing...SCAM! They will keep operating advertising and getting rich. I think its disgusting. My bank is investigating how they manipulated my account, which is a whole other issue! Greed causes people to do some horrible stuff! They even have another website with fake reviews to help sell this crap! Something has to be done to stop them!

After waiting 7 weeks for delivery, I knew I had made a mistake within 5 minutes. 1 - the bras are padded (not advertised) and 2 - they are inferior crap! I knew by looking at the black bra that it would not survive the wash even if it did fit me! (which it didn't) I am out 12.99 shipping (for a bag that cost about 3 bucks) and and I feel foolish for not checking reviews before I fell for the infomercial BS.

Called to order, hung up and the Genie cust. svs called me back to offer me a $20.00 discount if I placed the order. I said ok but asked them to hold (while I checked your website to see if there were complaints about the product). After reading the complaints of fraud, I told the Genie Rep. "No Thanks, even with the $20.00 discount because people are complaining about your product." Thanks complaint board, so glad I did my homework.

I had ordered the Genie Bra from the TV commercial. I placed my order on line on April 18th and it is now June and haven't received them yet. I had called the company two weeks ago and was told that I will get them last week. Well nothing. I am ready to call them up and tell them to credit me my payment and keep them. I have NEVER had such a long wait for anything that I had ordered on line.

I ordered more than a month ago and yet I have still not received my merchandise. If this company does not have adequate stock why are they still advertising on TV? It seems to me it might be fraudulent for them to continue to advertise in the manner that they are doing at this time. I want a tracking number and a defined date for shipment or a refund!

I to ordered the Genie Bra thinking it looked so comfortable. I waited about 6 weeks to get it and then was very disappointed in the product. The front roles and there is =no support. Would not recommend.

The Genie Bra Order Charged but Never Recieved

On November 25th, 2012 I placed an order of $90 on this website CamiShaper.com. I have all the emails an proof of my order. The website stated that I should allow about 2 to 3 weeks of Delivery, I waited about 4 and a half weeks It never came. So i called customer service and they had stated that the products were backordered and as soon as they were back in stock they will deliver (I checked the box that said: send email when product is delivered) - NEVER RECEIVED. Today is February 9th, 2013 and still NO SIGN OF MY ORDER. Again I have confirmation emails that say I was charged that $90 for that order. I checked the website order status AGAIN and now it says "waiting for credit card approval" - when i checked it a month ago it said "allow 2-3 weeks of delivery" (I have the picture of this) and now it completely changed the status of the order. I feel like im being robbed! First they send a confirmation email and my card was charged but now it says "waiting" ... WHATS GOING ON?!

That is terrible! Good for you speaking out, too many people don't and that is why so many companies get away with this kind of thing. Good luck on finally getting this worked out. Remember it is the squeaky wheel that gets greased.

The Genie Bra Incompetent customer service

I placed an order for the cami shaper after watching the informercial. There was a special on the internet that said if I ordered $100 I would get 3 genie bras for free. So I added and a couple of packs of pads to make the total $101. When my order was processed the cami shapers were gone and I was charged for the genie bras & pads. I called the1-[protected] & they told me I had to go through the internet since my order was placed on the internet and it takes 24-48 hrs before they would see my order. My order came within a couple of days so I was not able to call back. Well...the bras weren't comfortable so I called the # to ask about the sizing since I had ordered a size bigger than I usually wore already. I told the agent what happend to my order and she said to "NEVER order from the internet or the phone auto-ordering because they've had clients complain that they get the wrong items. She said to place an order with a "live agent" to get the correct order. Well...when I got my email confirmations, I noticed that she had messed up my order. I called again the 973 # (which is not a toll free number) and talked with a supervisor that was just as incompetent as the agent that screwed up my order. For a very simple order, Genie bra couldn't get my order right. The supervisor actually told me that I would have to pay to mail the items back because I was only returning it because of the poor quality of their customer service. I'm wonder if Stella Riches knows what kind of customer service her clients get.

I have ordered this twice, both times they sent me a confirmation and tracking number. I wait and wait, then when I call they tell me the order did not go through. What the heck?

On Jan 26, 2017 I ordered 3 Genies Bra's. I did receive the white one and the beige one. I am still waiting for the black one. I was charged for all three. Order # [protected]

These bras are nothing as they appear and you mislead in your advertising about free shipping. You only pay shipping if you don't return product for refund. Post office wants to charge me $17.00 to mail products back. Never order from you again! Please don't take anymore payments out on my Mastercard.

This ad is offensive and demeaning. It needs to be removed from the air

A sales representative had called me on October 3rd with this fantastic deal on their genie bras. Buy 3 and get 3 free for $49.99 which she did not break down the price. I told her to process the order. I tried calling her back the next day on the same number she called me on but on one picked up. I than called Genie Bra to explain the situation to them and they told me that because I did not have an order in the system, I could not cancel my order. I told them about the sales rep. who called me and they stated there is nothing they could do. Well on Monday, October 14th, I received an email from Genie Bra stating my order has been processed. I than called Genie bra and spoke to a customer service representative and she told me that could only reimburse me for the $39.99 but not shipping and handling. As I explained to her, that when I called a week ago to cancel the order the rep told me since there is not an order in the system, i could not cancel the order. Tell me why I should pay for an order that was not in the system a week ago and yet the rep and the supervisor could not help. This is totally ridiculous. I will be disputing the entire charge with my bank. I will not be ordering from Genie Bra again. The customer reps and the supervisor might want to examine the process of cancellations.

I am glad that I am not alone. Yes, I agree that Camishaper custormer service doesn't help at all. I called yesterday to place my order after viewing their infomercial on tv. I wanted to talk to a person to place my order but their machine wouldn't let me do it. I got frustrated so I called their 973 number and cancelled my order. Guess what? They still shipped my order the next day. I called them up again when I got my order confirmation via email and told them to cancel the shipment of my order because I DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE THEIR PRODUCT, and they told me that they can't do anything about it. I will complain about them to my Consumer Affairs if they continue to give me a hard time.

I have been waiting for my package since dec 21st 2012. it has not come yet it is 2/12/13. no one on the damn help line is even helpful.
No investigation on where my package even after 2 months, i have requested from every person i have talked to.. which is quite a few to say the least one of the reps even said it was re-sent in which today i spoke with someone rep z38 and she again promised to start an investigation some how i think i have wasted my money this site is ###

The Genie Bra Don't hold up as stated in pitch for product

Product was guaranteed to hold up, never stretch out and offer support without under-wire. Well, that isn't true, I have elastic sticking out of the bra, these are not supportive and I have wasted my money.I have purchased cheaper bras at department stores and had them longer than these bras. If I could rub the lamp and ask the genie for a wish, it would be to get my money back, because the company has already stated they won't refund even a percent of it back. POOR Customer service at it's best. Don't waste your money.

The Genie Bra WAY TOO SMALL

I had difficulty on line trying to order these useless and mis-sized bras so I also spoke with someone on the phone on their 1-800 number. I could not reach them to check the status so I dismissed that order and placed another via the phone. Well, they arrived and were not good quality and way too tight. Before the order I specifically received help on sizing. Now I just want to return them. They do not send an order printout or a return form and I have no way of printing a label. For 2 weeks I have been unable to reach Customer Service at [protected] for various reasons...no answer, circuits are busy, no room to leave message and the first time a man answered and said it was the right number but also wrong. I am so fed up with this scam of a company I am ready to report them to Consumer Affairs. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The Genie Bra GenIe bra not worth it!!! Horrible

I bought the genie bra thinking that it was supposed to be a supported bra and give you a lift... I was wrong! I am so upset about this bra. Not worth it at all! My la senza bras have better support! Genie bra does not stay in place, I got only 2 in a box and 1 of tge bras was MISSING the padding! WTF! I will just stick with my normal bras and sports bras! That's all that genie bra is... Is a cheap sports bra that is over priced! Horrible horrible.. I've never felt so RIPPED off in my life.

The Genie Bra way too long shipping time

Love the Genie Bra but I just ordered more online about a month ago and the shipping time is ridiculous! Tracking the Fed Ex package only says information received at Fed Ex. Where the heck are the bras and the true tracking. Where do they come from ...the moon.

I ordered my bras on Oct 15, 2012. They said 4-6 weeks for delivery. After 7 weeks I contacted them and only then was I told that they were on "backorder". The first person I heard from at this so-called business didn't even have the courtesy to say "I'm sorry for the delay, " she simply said "We don't know when they will be in stock." Here it is January 10, 2013 and I received an emai saying that the bras has shipped on Jan 4. The link to the USPS in the email to track my shipment was invalid, so I copied the tracking number and went to the USPS website only to be told that that number couldn't be tracked. This is the worst excuse for a business I have ever encountered!

The Genie Bra DEFECTIVE--support pads loose in box

Defective Genie Bras sent to Wal-Mart! Note I can’t stand to buy by phone or internet (thru the mail) because the exorbitant “shipping and handling” is a big rip-off! Good thing I don’t buy Genie bras that way because of the following!

(The “As Seen on TV section” at Wal-Mart and other stores is wonderful—only the cost of the item and no S/H!) BUT although the box of Genie Bras I got two years ago was okay—MOST of the Genie Bras in my size 3X at Wal-Mart were DEFECTIVE! After waiting for over 6 months for Wal-Mart to get a new shipment of Genie Bras in, because they were out of my size, when they got them in, I got the box home and discovered that ONLY ONE CUP HAD THE PAD IN IT in a box of 2 bras!

The other 3 pads were loose in the box. So I returned it to Wal-Mart to exchange, and went through SEVEN BOXES (7) of Genie Bras and ONLY the last box had INTACT GENIE BRAS WITH THE PAD In ALL FOUR CUPS (2 bras per box)! I was lucky to find ONE BOX that had pads installed in both cups of both bras! ! I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGT the Genie Bra again WITHOUT THE PADS PRE-INSTALLED!
I call that DEFECTIVE with pads loose in the box!

The Genie Bras I bought two years ago were intact---all four cups has the pads installed. But NOW apparently Genie Bra corporation EXPECTS CUSTOMERS TO INSTALL THE PADS THEMSELVES!
I call that OUTRAGEOUS!

There is a perfect example of why NOT to buy on-line or by phone------the CUSTOMER is ripped off because although they may refund the price of the bra, they NEVER REFUND SHIPPING AND HANDLING. Plus YOU have to pay for the postage to send the DEFECTIVE BRAS (ones without pads already in the cups) back to the manufacturer!

Or is Genie Bra sending the DEFECTIVE ones (without pads) to WALMART and other retailers and keeping the good ones for their phone in sales?!
Maybe they have a ###ic idea customers don’t want the pads in the bras!

If customers DO NOT want the pads let the CUSTOMERS REMOVE THE PADS THEMSELVES! Or they can buy the Aha Bra---those have no support pads at all!
But every bra in every box should have the pads already installed! I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGT the Genie Bra again WITHOUT THE PADS PRE-INSTALLED!

The Genie Bra I am not complaining

I live in Virginia and I AM NOT A FAKE! I am not paid by anyone and I'm telling the truth. I ordered the buy 3 get 3 free in large. How silly of me. I am a 36DDD so I sent all 6 back FOR FREE, that's right free. I received the large bras in 3 weeks. I received the x-large bras before I bothered to return the larges (probably a month?). I love them. When I am chillin at home or want my breasts to show (my boyfriend loves these bras...lol) I use one bra. To go out anywhere I wear two, it makes sense to me because my breasts are huge and they sag. I can't even tell when I'm wearing two and actually feel better in two. The bras are thin enough that wearing two even in the humid and hot Virginia summers I am still very comfortable. Because of my small frame and huge breasts, I had to pay between $75-$100 for one bra that had underwire, 4 clips to attach in the back, and the horrible sliding straps I always had to adjust. With the Genie bras for the first time since puberty, I forget I'm even wearing a bra or even two. I bought them maybe in 2010? Possibly beginning of 2011? I got all 6 for $69 because they were offering free shipping. They sent a free USPS shipping label to return the larges for free and did not charge me shipping for the x-larges. I ordered them online and went thru 20+ "offers" and declined every single one. They offered Paypal as a payment option so they never had my credit card info. I was called twice with other offers but I threatened to report them and the calls stopped. Their customer service sucked and is in India somewhere but I demanded what I wanted and they gave me what I wanted. Did I mention my boyfriend loves these bras? Cuz he's looking over my shoulder and its not my phone he's reading (he's getting a good look at my chest in one black Genie bra - busted!) Ha! Too funny

The Genie Bra false advertisment

Extremely false advertisement! I paid 80 something for 6 bras and shipping and handling. I went by the chart size on the website. None if he bras support ANYTHING. I can not believe I paid this much for crap! So disappointed, this is why I never had bought anything from the TV and now never will again. Thanks for nothing

The shipping and handling is ridiculous, everything I ordered was shipped in one package, yet I had to shipping and handling for each item. The product claims to offer great lift and support for women of all breast sizes, LIES.. Now I have to return the product and lose my money for the shipping and handling, of course this is probably how they make there money.

I am a 40DDD and purchased the Genie bra size 3X. It is Wonderful. Supportive, comfortable and fits great. I don't know what these woman are complaining about, but these bras are Heaven! No underwires, no backfat- why wouldn't you want these bras?

The Genie Bra ALLERGY, BAD FIT AND IRREGULAR SIZING

I, too have purchased the set of bras from a large chemist chain 2 weeks ago and have developed a rash which started on my chest and back and has gradually spread all over my body. When I put it on this morning I notived a gradual burning sensation within the bra area and it gradually spread to my neck and arms. By the end of the day it will have spread further. I thought I would type these details in to see if it had been experienced by others. Following purchase of said item from chemist I discovered that although sizings (XL) were the same on all three items, one was obviously a smaller size. I returned it to chemist and exchange the one for an XXL, which proves that their sizings do not correspond. The band beneath bust rools up, other than that they are quite comfortable but I do keep scratching! Do you know if it is possible to get a refund?

I BOUGHT 3 GENIE BRAS LAST YEAR AND THEY WERE FINE. I THEN ORDERED PACK OF 3 FROM BRITISH HOME STORES - NOT THE SAME. SIZE 14 & 16 WERE EXACTLY A MATCH! THEN I GOT THEM FROM GENIE DIRECT AND THEY DON'T SAY GENIE ON THEM AND NOW THE MARKING IS COMING OFF! WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE GUYS?

The Genie Bra false advertisement

They advertise that the bra's don't roll up but that's a big fat lie. They only have small skinny models on website and packaging. I'm not skinny but I'm not fat either. A full figured woman needs to wear one for 5 seconds and they would see the problem. I have bought 2 different sizes and they both roll up. I got mine at Walmart thank god or I'd be livid for having to pay the refund fees for them. THESE BRAS SUCK!

I thought the Genie bra was genius and decided to try it BOY ITS A RIPOFF! Im not stick thin, but Im not obese either it rolls. doesnt support, and its spandex like material makes me sweat and leaves red marks under my chest. I may be a 34 B or 36 but Ive never been busty and these bras are horrible and a waste of time. Please make bras that fit as Iam approaching 50 and back fat is looming Ugh dont waste time or $$$$

Just purchased a genie bra and once again, another bra that doesn't support. I'd like to package all these ill-fitting, supportless, pieces of cloth that someone calls bras and send them to the place they are made COD.

These bras are not bras; they do not support at all, they don't do any of the things they are advertised to do. They win either way; if you keep them they are way over priced and if you return them they still charge a huge amount for s&h . These are a rip off pure and simple. It's a shame companies can get away with false advertising and profit from it without any consequences.

The Genie Bra Advised wrongly

Ordered 6 Genie Bras for $85.97 ($25.98 for soft wrap). Asked her what size I should order since I have a small cup but broad back. Was told to order my shirt size which is 8. ( Now they are telling me I should have ordered Extra Large). I can't wear them because it totally smashes my bust, rolls at the band under the bust and cuts into the armpit.
Was unable to return them in time, for a very valid reason, and customer service's only advice was to give them away.
Customer service does not have an 800 number and I was left hanging on long distance for a long, long time so now I will have to pay for that phone call in addition to the $86. Big price to have to pay for something that was their fault to begin with. Horrible customer service and horrible bra.

The Genie Bra Not as advertised

I was amazed at the advertisement for the Genie Bra. What a disappointment. The lower band rolls up. The actual bra does not have the support it advertises. I wear a 3x shirt and that is what I bought. Don't believe everything you read.

I purchased my Genie Bras on 3/28/2011..I didn't receive them until today (5/21/2011). I waited anxiously because I thought this bra was going to be the answer to my support prayers and what a DISAPPOINTMENT. I'm a big breasted woman and I discussed support with them before I ordered and they assured me the bra provided excellent support..LIES. This bra is like a 40 DD woman going braless, imagine that. Now I have to return them and lose out on $20 S/H AND I have to pay to return them. The package came with no invoice so I had to call a non-800 number to get a return authorization number. Now I have to buy a package to mail it back in, go to the post office and mail it. I wish this board was up when I researched before I bought and I hope this complaint board will help others before they go through the same thing. I've worn pantyhose that are thicker than the material on these bras.

I ordered two sets of Genie Bras on 4/2/11. I did not receive them until 6/7/2011. So it took over two months to get the product. These bras are made of very thin elastic material. There is nothing in the band at the bottom to keep it from rolling up. Don't even try to put them on when you get out of the shower and your skin is a little damp, as the will roll up completely and good luck trying to pull them down. I totally agree with all the other posters that these bras are a total rip off. Additionally, I am incensed that I was charged $25.98 for delivery when it took over two months to receive them and they came in flimsy plastic bags that I'm sure cost not more than a dollar a piece if that.

I do not have the time or patience to put up with what the other posters have put up with to return them. So I'll save them to wear around the house as they are comfortable when you just want a (very) little support. However, if you want a good bra that supports you and looks good under your clothes, your best bet is to go shopping and try some on until you find what works for you.

Don't waste your time or money with Genie Bra.

I ordered genie bras on 4/11/2011. After reading other complaints, on 4/25/2011, I cancelled the order. It took app/x 59 minutes to get someone on the phone, then I couldn't make out what the guy was saying. I asked to speak to someone that could speak better English. Thinking this order was cancelled, on 6/11/11 I received the bras and my credit card was charged. On 6/13/11, I again called billing department and was informed that the order was never cancelled and I could sent back the bras for a refund less $29.95 shippling charges. What a rip off. I would advise anyone thinking about ordering from this company. DON'T unless you want to get ripped off.

This bra is definately not all it's hyped up to be. It's fairly comfortable and it smoothes my back well. However, the band rolls up, the bra is very sheer, but it's also hot. The support is minimal. I'm a fairly small person (5'3", 125 lb, 34C) so I don't believe size is the issue. The bra also has a much wider profile than most, so if you're wearing it with something sleeveless you will definately see the straps and where it comes up under your arms. The bra will function okay as a weekend/tee shirt bra. But for the price it should perform MUCH better than it does. I wish I hadn't ordered it.

I purchased several Genie Bras as advertised on the TV. They cleverely advertised that it should fit every-
one. Well, it did not fit me. I tried to return them but the person barely spoke clear English said that I could not return them because I was two days past my warranty date. Needless to say, I was stuck with them. What can I do with articles of clothing under these circumstances? This company should be checked out regarding using foreigners in the customer service department who can only work with a straight, tight rule. It's bad enough that alot of things are made out of the U.S.A. now they have people who can barely speak English in the "customer service" help straighten things to English speaking people?

I bought 6 bras, and a friend bought 6. We ordered together.
The twelve bras cost 99.98. The shipping and handling cost 51.96.
They do NOT return the exorbitant shipping and handling!

We both found they bunch up on the straps. The first bra I tried - a black one - bunched up around the back. I removed the black, and found with a nude you can avoid them bunching up around the back if you step into the bra and pull it up over your a**.

Unfortunately, the black bunching became "set in". It continued to bunch up around the back, even when removed and put on feet first. In fact, I laundered it, and it STILL bunched in the back.

However, I was unable to find a solution for the bunching straps.

This bra doesn't even hold me up! A very poor quality item.

I feel scammed.

These bras do not support the fuller bust as the tv commercial claims. There is no support at all and is nothing more than a seamless sleep bra without hooks. The ship and handling charges are extremely high ..$25.98, and is not refundable. It cost me over $7 to ship them back. I am out enough money to have bought three of my regular bras. This company is making false claims...buy 3 get 3 free..is a joke! The total bill was $85.97 . I waited over 6 weeks to get them and returned them 5 weeks ago and still no refund.

I purchased the bras at a local Walmart store, I have to agree that they do roll. But I do like them I suffered from breast cancer in 2009 and had the lump removed, went thru chemo and radation all left my right breast smaller than the left my left is a D cup and my right is a C cup, the nice thing about the bras are that at least I don't have one cup too big for my right breast...or get one that fits the right breast and the left breast cup is way to small...

What a rip off. It says to order the same size as your tops so I did, 1x and could not even get it on. Packaged it back up called them and told them no way was this a 1x as recommended.And that it was only right for them to pick up the cost of returning them. He agreed without any haggling, which tells me i wasn't the only one with this complaint. I ordered a 3x and finally received them several weeks later. Boy was I disappointed. There is absolutely no support, and far as the little inserts they sold me, well they are too small for a 3x bra and they never stay in one place as you move they move so you find yourself repositioning them alot. And on top of that the bras are still too small. I am still bulging out and I wear a 1x top! The straps are too big so you sag. I took them apart and cut off about 4 inches and resewed them. I won't wear them to work just at home.If anyone reads this save yourself the money. These do not give you perkier boobs!

The Genie Bra Worst Customer Service EVER

I cannot believe how awful this has been with Genie Bra. I spent months looking into either getting the genie bra or the ahh bra. I was recently at a Bed bath and beyond near my house nearly 2 months ago when i noticed they had the genie bra, so i grabbed a 2x (which it clearly stated that it would fit me i'm a l/xl shirt. Got it home and no surprise it didn't fit, so i returned them the following day. I came across a forum of where a actual genie bra person from customer service was helping everyone with their issues with the bras (mainly wrong sizes.) I told the person of what happened and they told me that i would need to go up a size or so. so when i called to order they said that they didn't have the 4x in stock. within 24 hours i received a call from them (don't know how they got my number except from the call i placed the night before to the call center for ordering.) They offered me a GREAT deal so I thought to myself, "Ok this sounds great" ( which i knew there was going to be a catch somewhere.) The man that i was speaking with i told him that i would need a 4x as i had just bought a 2x from a store near my home and it didn't fit at all. He steadily told me no that i would need a 3x over and over and over again. So finally i told him that i guess we could do the 3x as long as if it didn't fit i could get the 4x no problems involved. He clearly stated that when i received the 3x's if they didn't fit just to call back in and let them know and that they would send out the 4x's before i could return the 3x's. Well i did the purchase on March 13, 2012, I received the bras on March 21st and n surprise they didn't fit ( AT ALL!) I immediately called in the the call center and told them what happened they sent me a return label which i had to go print off and the fedex place near my home ( so i spent money on that) and sent the return in the mail the following day. I steadily check their order status to see when they will be sending out my new bras.. nothing .. All the website says is that it's "in process." I called twice got the run around both times everytime i asked to speak to someone over them they could never do it.the first man i spoke with assured me that there was nothing wrong and that it didn't state on their computer of inventory that there was a backorder, so i believed him. The last woman i spoke with on the second call stated that the item was on backorder and that they should be receiving a shipment of them soon, to just wait and they would send me out an email when they are being shipped to me i asked why i was never told of that and she couldn't give me an answer. finally i emailed the person i talked to in the beginning that told me to go up a size they emailed me a few times (got an attitude with me over nothing) but when it came around to me asking about when i might receive my shipment i never heard from them again. That happened about a week ago. Well today i went on their website and sure enough it said "in process" still. that was the last straw i called, lady i was speaking with told me that they were on extreme backorder and that it would be another at least 3-4 weeks before they might even receive the size, but they are not sure because they are actually thinking about eliminating that size with lace. so she was was saying not to worry i would receive them in a few weeks, i corrected her and told her no! you mean around 2 months right cause the shipping takes about 2 weeks itself, after they finally receive them. i demanded an answer as to why none of the times i spoke to people i was never told about the backorder and possible elimination of the the size i need ( ones with lace). she also admitted that she couldn't give me an answer either. So i told them i wanted a refund of my money. Still in shock as to how TERRIBLE their customer service was to me.

The Genie Bra Allergic to It!

I purchased a pack of Genie bras locally at a large chain pharmacy--so I was spared the outrageous costs others paid by ordering over the phone. I agree with most of the others that the bra does not have the support advertised--and the lower band is not thick as they advertised. I've been wearing the bra for a couple of weeks, all the while developing a worsening dermatitis on my breasts--horribly itchy, burning and red. I couldn't figure out why it was happening, until I finally put 2 and 2 together and realized it was the bra itself. It is made of elastic materials that I am allergic too. Worse yet, these materials don't breathe, and the moisture builds up in the bra, the bra actually remains "moist" to the touch after being off for 8 hours. If you are allergy prone or have sensitive skin like I do--don't get this bra, you'll be in misery for several days until you figure out why and then you'll find yourself in the same spot as me, $25 less in your pocket and still no bra to wear!

The same thing happened to me and I'm so miserable Right now. The rash started on my b rests and upper back and is slowly spreading to my shoulders, neck, stomach, arms, and lower back. I didn't notice anything untill I took the bra off and jumped in the shower and felt my chest burning and looked down to see the rash! I have no Alergy to latex but I did do some light exercise while wearing the bra and the material seems to not have any way to breathe.

I, too have purchased the set of bras from a large chemist chain 2 weeks ago and have developed a rash which started on my chest and back and has gradually spread all over my body. When I put it on this morning I notived a gradual burning sensation within the bra area and it gradually spread to my neck and arms. By the end of the day it will have spread further. I thought I would type these details in to see if it had been experienced by others. Do you know if it is possible to get a refund?

The bra does not work. It does not fit properly. It has no support and it shrinks when you wash it. It is a total mess. I brought a bra from Walmart that works better than the Genie Bra.

I purchased the Genie bras, made a double order total 12 bras, cost $151.94. Return cost $51.95, when it only costs 12.99. Rude and uncooperative, but willing to exchange better bra at cost of $12.99 to them.

They definitely shrink if dried in the dryer. The shoulder straps roll off your shoulder too. The Only good thing is it holds in the skin on the side under your arms pretty good.
