i’ve been wanting to do this for a long time and just never I did do it once and I complained to the wrong department or wrong person but I’m so disgusted with that and your tickets are terrible. They are not what they were before they’ve changed they don’t hit for nothing and that Recino is about worthless every day day and day out lose lose lose lose lose just one day I lost probably over $1000. Everything you play loses or it gives you 100 bucks I had bonuses my bonuses were like five dollars on a five dollar bet I mean what is that cheap so cheap and greedy I mean I get it. This is a waste of time but you want feedback here’s your feedback. The casino is dirty and filthy and there’s bugs everywhere. It’s a freaking rip off. They’re so tight. I would pick Mountaineer or any other Casino any day. I hate that place last year in one week I lost $13,000 and no one did a damn thing about it when I filed a complaint with the Casino oh, they gave me maybe 100 bucks in FreePlay maybe I don’t get FreePlay. I have a card that doesn’t work that hasn’t worked in years that no one will fix. The workers are rude and lazy. I lost money one time and I wasn’t sure how much I thought it was under $100 and they didn’t look for it as they told me they were going to to check with them in a little bit, but I had to leave so I checked the next day and the cocky little jerk said it wasn’t more than $100 so we’re not even gonna bother I couldn’t even believe that he talked to me like that as much money as I spent in there ignorant I don’t even remember his name. The workers are lazy and rude. Most of them not all of them most of them and the whole thing with these stupid slips. People leave that change of machines for other people not for the casino don’t you make enough money I mean that’s not enough for yo?Then with the scratch off the cash words, I’ve played them for years always won something I haven’t won in probably a year anything above $20. It’s disgusting. I don’t know what change with them, but I know something did. it’s like this is a legal scam. It’s getting to be more disgusting by the minute. People really work hard at their jobs or somehow to come up with money to come there just for you to take it every time it’s like working a job and not getting paid for it.
