The disc will not play. It won't go past the "Loading" status. I've tried it on two different players. Please look up my purchase; my name is David Sechy. I made the purchase on 02/14/25 on line and the number on my bill is [protected]. I am on your mailing list and I ordered the movie via that link. I'm quite confused by you saying my complaint isn't long enough. I get an email from you; I select the movie; you bill my Amex card. Why are you stalling? The disc won't play; Please send me a replacement that will play.
Claimed loss: $9.18, but I just want a good working disc. Please send a replacement disc.
