Thiel's Home Solutions I had my bath turned into a shower some 4/5 years ago with no problem

I had my bath turned into a shower some 4/5 years ago with no problem. My bath was gutted and shower installed in 1 1/2 days. I'm thinking sometime in the near future of getting my kitchen remolded by this company. No problems to this day at all. The experience was amazing! Love this company.

Highly unprofessional! I Gave them a check in October for a shower replacement. They have yet to return my calls or schedule the work. Tomorrow is March 1, 2022.

Had our bathroom done 5-6 years ago. Had problems with tub faucet they was out to repair it with no cost. 2021 July there was a problem with face bowel faucet, repair was done in less than a week. Love the care given by the company. There was supposed to be a call back and never heard from the office.?4 star

had bathroom and kitchen work done told us 100% gaurntee for life called about service and they oh thats not true there work very poor costmer servie is very poor tihis company should not be in business there installers are not very well trained in what thy are doing

Thiels did a restyle for my kitchen. They were on time, did a fantastic job of cleaning up after each day and my kitchen looks amazing. Id recommend them to anyone! Thanks Thiels.

Thiel's Home Solutions I love my kitchen, they laid it out the way I wanted it

I love my kitchen, they laid it out the way I wanted it. The only complaint I have is the installers could of did a better job under the sink- laying out and installing the dishwasher-garbage disposal and sink drain better. Other than that Im a happy customer. I wish I would of had a island installed for added cabinets space.

We spent *** on a refacing in the kitchen. Weve had nothing but problems. Thiels has come out twice now to fix areas where the refacing was peeling off. Had two exterior doors and storm door combinations installed. Work was completed in one day, the result on both doors is excellent. Nice choice of colors and materials, and the doors work great. I love them!

We worked with Thiel's to have some of our windows replaced in our home. From start to finish, we had a great experience. The team was timely and efficient--even after getting caught by a mini rainstorm they finished in the two days they estimated. Everything was cleaned up and tidied as they went. It's so nice to have functioning, easy-to-open windows again."

Scheduled an estimate for 10am. *** stated they would be prompt. At 10:30 called the office and put on hold. Next thing I notice the line is no longer connected. Called back and was told the Operations Mgr. would contact momentarily. It is now 11:30. They must not want any business and they surely cannot communicate to prospective clients. Take this as a sign! Dont even bother!

This is by far the best company I've had the pleasure working with. The salesman was excellent, explained everything in detail. The installer was professional, did an absolutely FANTASTIC job.He was early arriving, cleaned up after and again I can't say enough about the perfect job he did.I love my walk in shower. Thiel's Home Solutions Wish I had contracted with another company

Wish I had contracted with another company. 3 day kitchen update is now into the 10th month. High pressure salesmanship at the beginning and many callbacks for repairs to reinstall molding falling off, glue on my brick back splash, counter back splash had to be replaced completely, first sink was scratched all over in the first month and the second sink had a rust spot after two months. I could have replaced all the cabinets with a reputable company for less money. Tried to contact owner of company to no avail.

Thiel's Home Solutions I had a kitchen cabinet refacing job completed a couple of years ago and it still looks like new

I had a kitchen cabinet refacing job completed a couple of years ago and it still looks like new. I credit this to the easy-to-clean materials, which is one of the reasons for the install. However, the installation did not go as smoothly as either of us had planned. *** came through and fixed everything to my satisfaction. *** commitment to making sure that the install not only met my satisfaction, but also their standards is a big reason why I would have *** back for another Home improvement project in the future.

We have been waiting over 14 weeks for the shower enclosure ordered on 5/21. I have had to contact the*** number to find our any information. There is no local office number to contact and the salesperson does not return calls. When an install date was finally scheduled after 13 weeks, it was cancelled that morning due to a problem with another job. I am sorry we ever went with this vendor. It is now September and we still have have no new install date. Other vendors were more expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.

We had Thiel's Home Solutions install a new tub and surround in our upstairs bathroom. This was done a few years ago and we are still very satisfied with it. *** was very professional and the *** ship is great. The installer did a wonderful job. He took great care in making our bathroom look like new. We also had many new windows installed and have been very happy with their product and installation. Our home is quieter and they are very energy efficient. We recommended *** to our friends and they are also very satisfied. We had no problem with any scheduling, installation and clean-up

UNPROFESSIONAL, very unprofessional. As they provided service(s) three months after it was confirmed. The wait due to the company not having products in stock, along with waiting for items to come in; gave us a COMPLETE RUN AROUND, as theyre stalling. Would not recommend!No sort of accommodation(s) to make up for lost time, or anything of that nature; just a We cant do that! States that services will be done within a day, and they worked beyond the time frame; before the job was completed. For the total cost, the work provided could remodel a bathroom fully; if not the bath area and other essential bathroom necessities. Overall, they should not provide services that cant be fulfilled in good time. Very dissatisfied with this company.

We had Thiel's remodel our kitchen two years ago and they did a good job after we overcame the problems that the salesperson told us to get the sale. Then we had them do some bathroom vanities and that was a better experience. This last time we had them do a shower area and were disappointed with several issues. We found that Thiel's had been sold to *** (the company that does gutters). We had to wait months and threaten to ask for our money back just to finally get an install date, after the install we found that what used to be a very good customer service team, no longer existed. We are still waiting to hear about several trim pieces that were promised to finish our job, it has been over two months now. Perhaps if *** worried more about his customer service reputation than his racing team his business might be back to the higher standards that it used to be.

Technical thiefs isnt providing any work for us even though a project is currently being done. The job is actually being done by our lovely sub contractors whom we were promised we wouldnt be dealing with after telling the group of bad experiences with previous contractors using sub contractors to do work we were promised they would do (Looking at you Mr. The only decent products weve seen so far have been are the tub and anything from ***. Getting them to respond to you is impossible and the constantly over promise or lie (*** is a terrible human) and say sorry for the miss communication. There are no miss communications that snake oil vendor lied through his teeth and massively over charged us. He had also informed us that demo was going to be done besides the floor tile, I wasnt thrilled with that with a 15k price tag.. but then was informed by the person whom came to do the measurements informed me that I had to remove everything even the tub surround of our only tub on our own or we could pay an extra 3k. We reached out to find out to find out what was going on and kept being told that they would get back to us and we would never hear a word. Dont think your saving yourself with a warranty because it is very obvious they dont honor their words from the moment you sign the doted line. And if you get anyone else to work on your bathroom to fix what wasnt finished it will void any warranty you had (yah they just didnt give our sub contractors certain pieces to finish the job). Keep in mind they themselves never did any work for you in the first place as it was subcontractors that put in your bathroom. Mr. thief no not a typo is just out to fatten his pocket book and take advantage of those who have few options. Luckily we have now found a great sub contractor who wouldve given us a heated tile floor for what we are paying and actual tile walls. flooring and wainscoting looks like it was made for home in a rv.

BEWARE...BEWARE...BEWARE... *** remodeled our kitchen and finished the job Feb 2021. Overall they did a respectable job, until this last week when we noticed on the peninsula portion of the cabinets a seam opened up to expose a gap in the laminate. This area had a "filler putty" patched which has dried up and subsequently exposing this gap. Not a good look for the cabinet or for the aesthetics of the room or workmanship. This installation method will not lend itself to best practices, and will continually reoccur using this putty method. The laminate material comes in a roll and should of been installed as one complete piece or should of been installed butted together with no gap and no filler to dry up. The method the installer took was in poor judgment and will occur over and over again the way it was installed. I contacted *** customer service representative along with her manager and both stood fast that this falls out of a one year warranty and wanted to charge me for a service call to come out and assess the matter, which I did not understand because I sent very clear photos of poor workmanship and the installer would know exactly how this is applied, installed etc. then they can give me a quote to charge more money to correct their poor workmanship. WOW ! I paid a handsome amount of money to have this remodel done and this is the second issue that I had to have *** correct. *** along with their management is lacking the necessary business skills working with the customer base. This apparently is their standard and mode of operation.I plan on going to their corporate to further discuss as I do not feel they worked with me giving me no other options then to get my check book out again and to pay for their poor workmanship. Overall recommendation... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they will not back up their work and are NOT A REPUTABLE BUSINESS.*** - and I approve every thing in this review.

Thiel's Home Solutions March 19th: removal of tub and installed walk in shower enclosure

March 19th: removal of tub and installed walk in shower enclosure. 48 hr wait time for curing of glue/silicon before usage. March 21st: used shower; leak in basement from drain, and leak from left corner of pan liner. Measured using level approx. 3/8 inch lower, and center of pan dips noticeable to front of shower. March 22nd: called Thiels service; installer came and fixed drain drainage pipe and connection; pan liner is lower in left corner and can not be adjusted, warped; installer called Service Manager, authorized offer of shower door OR re-install complete shower; I opted for re-install. March 30th: called Thiels for followup; delay in product delivery; will call with update. April 12th: called for followup. April 14th: called for followup. April 19th: called for followup April 20th: called for followup April 22nd: sent Certified, Return Request letter sent April 30th: still no response. Why don't they communicate with me to help solve this issue? I have photos as well

We hired them to remodel our kitchen. The job was supposed to 3 days in November. They sent out a worker who did not know what he was doing. He made several errors and they delivered the wrong materials at least 6 times. He damaged our butchers board, left several cracks and holes, did not line up cabinets right, the Backsplash was shoddly install and had to be taken down and redone. It is now May and the work is still not done. What can we do about this? They are telling us they have other customers and to be patient. I do not trust them and now they have the nerve to have an attitude about us requesting they finish the kitchen. I refused to pay for this as originally discussed. What can we do?

Thiel's Home Solutions We signed a contract May 21 with *** for a replacement shower

We signed a contract May 21 with *** for a replacement shower. We had only one phone update by the company in June, and we had to make several phone calls to finally get them to schedule an installation on Aug. 2. The installer was supposed to tear out the old shower and replace it in 1-2 days. After 4 days the installer had cut the materials too short, got frustrated and walked off the job, saying that he quit. He had also damaged our tile floor in the bathroom, and had tried to work on the plumbing fixtures while the water was still turned on, resulting in a flood in this second floor bathroom and damage to the ceiling in the room below it. On Aug. 9, the sales manager came to our house to survey the damage, admitting that the entire job would have to be redone with new materials, and promising to keep us updated. As of Sept. 11, we still have no shower, the only updates we receive are initiated by our phone calls, and each time the blame is passed to another department.

I ordered a walk in tub . They took *** The seat fell off the wall after installation, They came out to repair & charged me. It still slants towards the floor am afraid I will slide off on to the floor. Then I can't get up. Each time they come out they charge me. I am disabled & every thing is too high for me, the soap dispenser, the shampoo cut outs , there are no towel bars, not enough grab bars I need 2 more, I have to sit to shower, the hand held shower head was too high. They never had me in the shower to measure for me. I told the salesman. When they measured they did not ask me to come in, the installers did not ask me, the repair people do not ask me. This was all done so I could shower independently. This was never done correctly from the start. It Is financed for over $*** & *** is saying job is done, which will alert finance company to start billing. I want to have this cancelled & I will have to hire someone else to do it correctly.

Thiel's Home Solutions In May I was looking for a company to remodel my bathroom

In May I was looking for a company to remodel my bathroom. I type my info on the *** link. Next day I get call from Thiel's Home Solutions and they wanted to schedule an appt. I said I never called you and how did you get my info. Never gave me an answer. Set up appt. and they came out on 5/22. A *** and *** (not sure of his name) came out and I told them what I needed. I have a step in Shower and I need a shower that is flat to the floor for wheelchair. That was said many time what I needed. They measured and gave me a contract to sign. I signed it thinking I was getting a flat entrance to my shower. Well when finished it was another step in. They said they did what was on contract. Told them he wrote contract up wrong. They said they can do nothing because I signed the contract. They blame me for signing contract. *** filled it out wrong. I talked with *** on 9/7 and once again they will not do it right. I paid $7000.00 for a huge mistake & can NOT use.

On 1/15/22 $3300 in cash was paid to thiels home solutions to secure project. Project was cancelled on agreement between both customer and *** home *** on 1/28/22. Thiels was to issue full refund check on 2/1/22. Customer contacted *** on 2/7/22 and rep stated clerical issue on their end. Still waiting on this refund please, this is a lot of money.

Thiel's Home Solutions On January 21 Thiel's Home Solutions sent a contractor to remove a bath tub and install a walk-in shower

On January 21 Thiel's Home Solutions sent a contractor to remove a bath tub and install a walk-in shower. The next day I noticed that a common wall the bathroom has with my bedroom incurred damage. Thiel's sent out an employee on February 15 to repair the wall but only did it half way. They claim they do not do finishing work. The contract I signed to get the initial installation done does state that, but I feel that they should be responsible for returning my home to its original condition. I called a contact at Thiel's, *** (***), twice, on February 21 and February 28 with no response to discuss the situation. She claims that the company has a program in place to reimburse me to have the wall finished, but that will create a situation about the cost that I incur, how much they will reimburse me and how long it takes to get reimbursed if at all. If I have trouble getting hold of the company rep at this stage, how difficult will it be to bring this issue to a finalization if I use their program.

06/10 paid a $*** deposit for a shower installation. They cashed the check on 06/11. We needed the project done by mid August for a family member visiting who can't do stairs. We were told the project would start around that time and be done. We had a few calls saying they couldn't get our product and each time it was a different story. Oct 11, 2021 and no shower. Installation scheduled 2xs. 1st cancel was the installers couldn't make it. 2nd the installers truck broke down. We were told the scheduling manager would call us. I ended up calling them. Still got no information. Still no call to schedule. Missed work, took off to be here for installation. Family had to stay at hotel for 2 weeks who is 83 yrs old. I can not get a manager on the phone. I want my deposit back at this point. They have not held up to their contract. I don't even want the shower done by them if they can't hold up to the installation how will they be for support. They have our correct contact info.

poor merchandise quality and customer service is bad and inefficient. after a year of install, my kitchen cabinets covers are peeling at edges. So, after i call for service they come out in a month or two(being sooooo busy...) and usually bring the WRONG materials or wrongly measured parts, so another 2 monrhs wait...its a nightmare...just got a missing handle for the cabinet but its totally Wrong Size...I need my repair done ASAP within a week. and done Right!

Entered by H3631373238313831H Staff AF: Consumer signed a contract for a bathroom remodel on March 31,2021. Company came out on June 4 and partially completed the work. Ordered a double sink vanity. Which was fine, the countertop was supposed to be a granite counter top with 2 sinks and a slight overhang. However the installers brought over a granite countertop with one sink with no overhang. On June 23rd a second countertop was brought over, the second counter top was unfinished on the edge and not rounded or shaped on both sides. It was the wrong counter top. Consumer said he would take the countertop unrounded, the installer measured the holes for the sink and they were incorrect. The countertop was short. Consumer has been calling to get the correct counter top. The company says they are working on it and are backed up. Consumer is frustrated , they need to take care of their paid consumer&#;s first and finish the job. They cannot give him a status update. He wants the company to take care of it and finish the job.

I purchased new kitchen cabinets, counters and a window July . - the sales rep suggested it would be completed by the end of October, it didn't start until the 2nd week of December - I tried to cancel the order I November because of the delay and was told , by a very rude manager by the name of ***, that was not an option. That even though they had not delivered what we were told, I would still have to pay for the products - The window was not even ordered so they apologized and said they would order it. It would only take 6 weeks - the had an appointment in March ( which was longer than 6 weeks) to finally have the window installed and nobody showed up. - had ANOTHER appointment in April, to have the window install and the gentleman had the wrong window. - As of 5-12-22, I had not heard ANYTHING from them so I called and was told that the window was just now being manufactured. ( wait, how is that possible when it was supposed to be installed on 2 different occasions) - When I asked to speak with the service manager I was told they could take a message.

In October We contacted Thiel's home solutions to reface out kitchen cabinets, to sweeten the deal Thiel's offered to replace our last old window. We were working on replacing all of our windows a little at a time, we have never had to call Larmco (now Unique) for any problems. After some minor call backs on the kitchen, we started to have problems with the Window. Thiel's has been out every year except one to adjust, fix, replace parts, on our front picture window. We have never been charged for any services before now. When I first called in Dec. 2021, I was told there would be a charge for someone just to come to my house, even though we have a written warranty. Closing and locking this window has been the majority of our complaints. I contacted Thiel's today 2-9-2022 to check on the status of our window, to me it sounds like they haven't done a damn thing, "The warranty department takes a long time," I've sent picture of my window to them. It's almost two months since I asked Thiel's to fix my window again, without any kind of response no phone calls to land line or cell phones, no e-mails, nothing. As many times as Thiel's has been out to fix this one window, I think replacement would be best.

We entered into an agreement with Thiel's Home Solutions in early November...they would install new cabinets and countertops. The cost was agreed upon at $17,000. The salesman told us he would return all of the signed documents. We have yet to receive them. we were told 6 to 8 weeks for completion. It's now almost 5 months and we have only received the cabinet bases. No countertops! As of the registering of this complaint...The countertops were just measured yesterday. We have a tentative install date of April 5. When the cabinets were installed the glass on the cabinets were clear and supposed to be frosted...there was a missing handle and a damaged handle...there were supposed to be pull-outs in 2 cabinets...none were installed. We have had multiple conversations with them to no avail. While the job is still incomplete we need to emphasize we were sold custom cabinets and received a substandard pre-fabbed product. The cabinets had blemishes and imperfections that we were told can be "repaired" on site with putty and paint and corner mouldings. We were told that Thiel's would replace the cabinets and address all of our concerns. We were supposed to have a temporary sink installed. The sink was going to be installed today...We got a phone call at 5:30 and told the installer couldn't make it. We have had enough...Something has to happen! This has truly been the most horrible experience.

Thiel's Home Solutions The kitchen refacing started May 19 and it is still not complete

The kitchen refacing started May 19 and it is still not complete. The issue finally came to a bubble when my kitchen had an electrical fire today - December 28 - due to the service person not replacing the catch drain under my sink and water leaking under the kitchen to the subfloor under the cabinet floor, into my crawl space in the basement and ultimately the water became a conduit with the pipesand electrical wires in the walls. My entire kitchen, crawl space, installation, subfloor - Entire kitchen has to be shut off from water and electricity until I can get real professionals to come and see what the water damage has done behind my walls and to my new appliances. This company promised me that they would be done with my job in 3 days...8 months later they still aren't finished. This is my second complaint to Complaintsboard.com. The other complaint had to be closed because Complaintsboard.com could not hold it open any longer. I was advised to submit or call again once I reached resolution. There is no resolution still, I am just not going to give the safety of my family, my home, my sanity, time and energy to this organization for one more day. They have ruined my home. I am worse off today than when I started the project back in May. It has been the worse experience of my life and they continue to this very day to ask me to accomodate them, their installers, their business need or lack of! I will not work with this company not another day!

Thiel's Home Solutions I had a conversion from a bathtub to walk in shower remodel done on my home and am extremely dissatisfied with this companies resolution

I had a conversion from a bathtub to walk in shower remodel done on my home and am extremely dissatisfied with this companies resolution suggestion to fixing a poorly installed walk in shower in my home. I was left without shower doors as well and open shower. Please read all attached correspondence for detailed problems and solutions as outlined in the email correspondence. My pictures, contract, and emails are all included below. The project supervisor, ***, is not willing to honor my discounted price for the project if I insist on having a drain pipe inspected and tested which lies underneath the new shower pan. This drain is not visible without removing the shower pan. He has threatened not to honor my discount if I insist on having this new drainpipe inspected and tested. Everything this unqualified installer worked on wasn't correct so I asked the supervisor how he could see no reason to believe the drainpipe underneath was installed correctly? I haven't made payment on this job yet because I have requested new contract reflecting a $3000.00 discount to re-install this new shower. Please read all attached documents and thank you so much for all you do for people like me. I'm just trying to have a working and safe shower as I've went without one for over a week now since this company came into my home taking two days off work because the installer was unqualified to do this job which the company stated could be done in as little as one day.

Thiel's Home Solutions On March 25th 2022, I signed a contract with Leaf Filter Gutter Protection to replace my gutters and install their gutter protection system

On March 25th 2022, I signed a contract with Leaf Filter Gutter Protection to replace my gutters and install their gutter protection system. The contract included that they would leave my old gutters on site, install a hinged downspout, and the project was to take place on April 14th, 2022. Also, I discussed with the representative -***- that I wanted to be home when the crew was working on my house. He did verbally agree to this. Before signing, I confirmed with *** that I could cancel the contract within the next few days if necessary, and he did confirm that this was correct. On March 28th 2022, I emailed *** to cancel the contract and requested confirmation that the cancellation had been successful. He responded that the contract was cancelled. However, I came home from work on April 4th 2022 to find that the Leaf Filter crew had replaced my gutters and installed their gutter protection system without my consent when I was not home. Additionally, they did not install the hinged downspout, and they removed my old gutters from my property. They then proceeded to charge me for this service which was no longer authorized by me. I emailed back and forth with *** a few times and he admitted the incident was his fault, however, Leaf Filter still charged me for this service. ***'s contact information is ***@gmail.com, cell #***, office# 7***, company#***. Thiel's Home Solutions On October 22,2021, I had Thiels home solutions and the installer accidentally broke my built in oven door

On October 22,2021, I had Thiels home solutions and the installer accidentally broke my built in oven door. He was very upset about it, He supervisor look at it. The supervisor called it in right away and said they would replace it. So I didnt worry about it because they had to come back and finish the job. I called them a week or two later and asked about it and the person on the other end said they were working on it. I had no reason to doubt it. It is practically three months later and they finally sent some body out to finish the cabinets and told me they didnt know about it. So he tried to call them and couldnt get a hold anyone so I tried to call them and the results were exactly what I expected I called three times and hit 3 and was told all the service representatives were busy by the recording so I hit one for new customers and someone picked up the second ring. This happened the last time to. She transferred me to a live representative and was told that this was the first time they heard about it. We have until tomorrow which is today, I asked to talk to her supervisor and was told they were in a meeting. So I asked her what the address of the *** telephone #. She told me she cant give out the number which was the same answer from the installer. She even went so far as telling me that the *** was just a warehouse with no way of contacting them. I told her I would be filling a Complaintsboard.com if I didnt hear from them. I cannot use my electric oven with out that door and I have been *** patient with them with no avail. For new customers they are very attentive, however, they give their existing customers the runaround. I need my oven door fixed so I can use it. Please help me. I will have to buy a new one which is *** $2000. for the model I have thank you for your cooperation.

Ive hired Thiels Home Solutions for my kitchen cabinet refacing and replace current backsplash. Im extremely disappointed because 1) No return call to address problems with quality of the refacing materials. Water drops, finger smudges cannot be removed 2) No show for agreed upon date and time to complete refacing. Im disabled so I need to arrange for someone to physicallyq come to my house to help with location of water shut offs, inspection of completed work for that day. Having to ask them to take off an additional day of work is frustrating ,disappointing causing extreme stress which negatively impacts my health 3) Rude and condescending whenever I try and get an appointment rescheduled and try and express my concerns regarding lack of follow up, quality of the refacing materials ,with additional fees for materials and contractors work on items that were included in the price 4) Request for an on-site quality check visit by their mother company Leaf Home Enhancements. I requested this numerous time and was ignored or redirected to individuals that havent helped me before 5) Questioning me on my motivation behind all the complaints if Im trying to get a free ***) Ive been hung up on twice when I tried to have a conversation about my concerns 7) Lack of follow up communication with the workers doing the work so theyll come prepared with the correct materials to complete. Id have to re explain again and again the problems. Workers arrived without the materials that were reordered to complete the job and me having to explain to the workers again what needs to be done 8) Work on-site again and again was delayed because the crew knew nothing about the problems and they had either no re ordered materials after confirming and being assured that the materials were ordered and the on-site workers knew the problems and have the correct materials. This occurred 4X

I signed a contract with Thiel's home solutions on 6/12 for a the tear out and replacement of a shower that included a handicap bar and a shower seat. I was told that the installation would start the second week in August. Covid caused items to be on back order. This was explained to me after several calls to the office. I understood and waited for the install. The second or third week in October a subcontractor that Thiel had hired arrived at my house. He demolished the old shower and sat in his van for over two hours waiting for a call from his boss at Thiel home solutions to explain that the shower pan that was loaded was not correct. He stated then he would be back Thursday of that week. to install the shower. He came back to my house with the wrong shower pan again. He was explaining that he would have to demolition some concrete. I said no, because I live in a condo and did not want to be responsible if something went wrong. I then called the office and explained to them that I needed a center drain shower pan and I did not want anyone tearing up concrete because I live in a condo. I was then contacted later that the person installing my shower, their truck broke down. When he finally returned, he did not have all the material I ordered. He tried to install a plastic shower head from Menards. It kept breaking and I kept calling him for replacement. I ordered everything in Chrome he was replacement with nickel. Then I had a lead from the showerhead. He replaced the pipe in nickel. I then called the office and explained I didn't receive what I paid for and the behind the showerhead pipe was leaking. They sent another guy out and I explained that the calking was messy and inconsistent. He was taking the caulking out and found that the subcontractor cut the pieces incorrectly, there was huge gaps. That was the week of November 13,2021. As I am writing this, I still have no shower. I still have no shower.

Please be advised that I have been retained by *** to represent her in the matter of the above-referenced contract with your company. *** is very upset by the manner in which your company has failed to perform upon the contract both because of the delays, the shoddy workmanship and improper materials.
*** paid you one half of the agreed upon price of $19,998.00 for an updated kitchen on March 22. Your company set up three dates in May (10th, 11th, and 12th) of 2021 to do the job. She waited but no one came on the 10th. She called numerous times but was not able to get through to a person. At approximately 4:30 in the afternoon, your receptionist called her and told her the no-show was due to a "family medical emergency". When your workmen came the next morning and were asked about the medical emergency, the workmen were visibly puzzled and stated that there was no such emergency, that they were at another site because her kitchen cabinets were not ready. *** was repeatedly treated in the same unprofessional manner whenever she tried to call your company, i.e., her calls were ignored.
It is now at the end of July, the work is not finished and it is extremely shoddy, from the initial wrong measurements taken by your company's representative to the actual incorrect placement of the cabinets and countertop. Additionally, following is a partial listing of problems with the work to date:
There are 10 shelving units of various sizes and shapes missing (one cabinet only has one shelf);
There is a large gap between the oven vent and cabinet on the right side top;
The right corner lazy *** cabinet is missing the lower cabinet door;
Three corner cabinets and a drop drawer under the sink are not soft close and slam shut loudly;
The back splash that was ordered by means of the sample shown to and picked by *** (being light blue, grey and white) was switched to a black, grey and white pattern, without *** agreement or approval;
The switched backsplash was improperly installed (misaligned, with crooked tiles and gaps between the tiles) and had cracked corners, gaps around the bottom shelf dividers as well as a 1/2" gap from the bottom of the cabinet;
The top and bottom cabinets are not leveled, front to back and side to side;
There are no kick strips;
There is a large gap between the lower cabinet to the left of the oven and a smaller gap on the right side of the oven and cabinet;
The lower cabinet on the right side of the oven is 5" off the floor and has a door that is only 3 1/2" wide;
The drawer and the cabinet next to the refrigerator is only 4" wide;
The upper cabinet is only 6" wide;
The backsplash has only been half grouted;
The dishwasher that was moved now has a small crack in the glass front door and had a wire broken and was disabled during the rinse cycle resulting in the dishwasher being filled with water which would not drain (it was repaired but the door insulation was left hanging out);
The cabinet under the sink has water damage due to the neglect of the installer to shut off the water valve tightly (water dripped for a week leaving water stains to the side and bottom of the cabinet and created an environment for future mold);
There are shims ranging from 3/4" to 1" holding the bottom cabinets up off the floor to make the cabinets appear level (and the countertop dips toward the back of the cabinets/wall so anything placed on the countertop slides back to the wall, including any liquid);
There were two cabinets that were to have glass doors on either side of the sink - one cabinet is placed correctly while the other is placed at the end of the line of cabinets, away from the sink;
The workmen damaged her new kitchen floor leaving cracks, holes and scuff marks.
