Reborn cabinets is a terrible company
Reborn cabinets is a terrible company. Do not believe what they say; their service and warranty are terrible. They installed our countertop wrong. It took over two months to get someone to call me back and help me. When they finally did come out to my house, they disconnected my plumbing to do the countertop repair. When the repair was done, they told me they could not turn on my water because they were not plumbers and then left. For hours I tried to get someone on the phone to tell me what was going on. Complete run around. Transfers all over the place. Long hold times. No one picking up. Voicemail boxes that were full. The bottom line is this company does not care about you once they have your money. They talk about a 25 year warranty that covers everything. Well, don't expect them to live up to that. And don't expect them to do anything quickly, or even do it right. Horrible, terrible experience. Worst mistake of my life. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else.
Technicians from Reborn Cabinets updated our master and guest bathrooms
Technicians from Reborn Cabinets updated our master bathroom by replacing the old shower with a new acrylic one featuring a lower entrance and seamless design, completing the work in just one day. Their professionalism and efficiency were evident. Later, they tackled our guest bathroom, removing an inaccessible tub/shower combo and installing a low-entry shower, which took a day and a half. Their punctuality and communication were commendable throughout the projects. I highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to rehire them for future needs. Their work ethic and expertise reflect positively on Reborn Cabinets.
Worst company ever! Don't use them. I'm fairly certain the good reviews are bots. I'm suprised *** would partner with a company that is this unprofessional and incompetent. If you don't want to spend months in a kitchen boxed up due to scheduling issues and the installers being sick and not available, and looking at a kitchen that an average do it yourself weekend "I saw it on *** finish - then steer clear of this company. Let me put it this way .. i spent $22,000 to have the kitchen remodeled and their solution to the issue is: here's $500 so you can find a painter to address the issues.
After waiting for over two months for the initial installation of a walk in shower, the installer did not have sufficient paneling to complete job; had to wait two weeks for extra panelling delivery to installer. He was told by the office to have me sign the completion certificate (!) After two weeks passed, I called the *** office and was told by the scheduling manager that materials had not yet arrived and would take another two weeks to receive. Now, project is dragged out 4 weeks! When materials finally arrived, I was scheduled for a completion of installation appointment on 9/3/22. The scheduler called the day before the appointment to confirm. The installer NEVER showed. When I called the *** office, I was told he had been unavailable and that they were sending someone else out but they were on another job and it could be several hours later before he could arrive. My day was totally inconvenienced. When I asked her if she knew this the previous day, she claimed she hadn't known about the scheduling conflict until that afternoon after she had called me. I told her I was deeply disappointed with the company. She should have called me as soon as she knew of the conflict instead of knowingly making me have to wait for someone who wasn't going to show. I was inconvenienced because I had already canceled some appointments for the installation. To make things worse, when the new installer did arrive he STILL didn't have enough paneling to complete the project (?) I called the office to complain and have her speak with the installer. The scheduling manager told me that they may have to order again, and that she didn't know how long it would take. So now I've got a project that should have been completed in one day that has now dragged on to over six weeks, My major complaint is the lack of communication among the Reborn staff as well as from the scheduler to me. Very incompetent and unprofessional. Not recommendable.
There were some bumps as we began, but they were adapting with the *** situation to provide a service to customers. I was pleased with the whole process from the salesman, scheduling, installation and the final product. I would recommend to others if time was an issue for a shower upgrade.
My tech was very professional very concerned about my home and was open with communication to what was going on. I really appreciate it what they done with my home.
Reborn Cabinets of Lake Forest installed all new Windows for my condo
Reborn Cabinets of Lake Forest installed all new Windows for my condo. Everything from first contact via email and phone was prompt. Everyone was so helpful and professional. They were able to fit me in ahead of schedule. Now as the wind blows outside the curtains don't sway and no cold breeze comes in. I feel at ease knowing that my windows are up to state spec but most of all secure. With rhe old aluminum my windows could be removed even while locked. Scary! There were no surprises when it came to price and installation. The company made it a priority to be in accordance with my COA regulations. I.E. the look. The Windows have a slight tint but that is state required UV protection. It doesn't take away from the look. I look forward to having Much lower electric bills. My little 630 sqft home had 74$ electric bills and I know more than half of that literally went out the closed windows.thank you so much. I also financed these and my monthly is miniscule. I definitely recommend the Lake Forest location and specifically Glen Waldow. Thank you again so much.
I had a bathroom shower remodeled. It turned out beautiful. I am so pleased with how it turned out. The workers that did the job; *** and *** did a wonderful job, they were very professional and when they finished the job, they cleaned up everything. I had a shower door installed later by *** and *** and they did a great job too.
We have been so pleased with the professionalism of the sales team and the installers at Reborn. They have been very responsive to our questions and concerns and flexible with scheduling. Most importantly, the finished product looks amazing - thanks to our installer, *** We would recommend Reborn to anyone who values quality and professionalism.
We had a wonderful experience especially with the installers Eben and ***. They were fantastic. I wish I could give them both more than 5 stars!
I am still waiting on my insurance to get back with me so we can move forward on this project I touch base with them this morning and I havent heard yet back so Ill get back with you you get back with me thank you
Very disappointed in Reborn Cabinets
Very disappointed in Reborn Cabinets. Misleading sell left my family of 5 without 2 bathrooms for several weeks. At the time of purchase, I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks for completion. Shortly after completing the demo, I was told it would now take 10 more weeks to complete the project. After being told this, I asked to cancel the project since it was too far out. 1 month later when I asked where my refund was, I was told the project was never canceled. Now if I want to cancel, I would be charged 15% of the entire purchase. (Reborn Cabinets is twice as expensive as anyone else I got a quote from so it costed too much to cancel) So now I have to cancel my project with the new company I hired and am stuck with Reborn cabinets. I am extremely frustrated for a number of reasons. First, they weren't transparent about the timeline I would assume so they can lock me in. Next, the lack of communication on their end was terrible when it came time to wanting to cancel. And finally, I'm now stuck with a project that I don't even want which I'm sure will make for an awkward installation.
Installers did a great job and were easy to work with. Very professional and timely.
I chose Reborn cabinets as a *** member assuming it would be a good experience and good quality with a professional company. (I had an excellent experience the year before with *** flooring via ***). So needless to say, I am quite surprised that *** even endorses Reborn Cabinets. What a frustrating and non professional experience I have had. They have so many excuses and just can't get a simple job done. "the other installer was sick" or "the original installer is on another job" or "the new installer picked up the wrong parts" or 'the other installer measured it wrong" or " the corners are chipped from shipping. I have a white *** I can fill that in with." !I am surprised they are still in business. They ordered the wrong size parts, they did not order parts, they ordered parts but the installer didn't pick up the parts from the warehouse. The facing on the doors don't match- they are a different finish. The drawer pullouts weren't ordered or the ones they brought were the wrong size. The bread board is too short, they brought the wrong lazy ***, they installed the wrong moulding, they didn't finish the corners as ordered, the hinges are falling off, the doors don't close. I paid A LOT of money December to have nothing to show for it May 2022. My kitchen is back in boxes AGAIN! They have been to my house 5 times and have not actually completed anything yet. Their simple response is "It's ok, you can put the items back in the cabinet and remove them when we come." I am tired of boxing up my kitchen and taking time off of work for an incomplete, unprofessional and expensive job. There must be a better company you can choose. I will no longer assume *** has the best choices for its members.
Great installation team : ***, ***, *** and ***. Efficient, respectful, and cleaned up after each day. Highly recommend this team.
I had a wonderful experience with my installers. He did an excellent job and cleaned up after their sales every day. I have my kitchen cabinets refaced and they are absolutely beautiful!
Reborn remodeled my three bathroom
Reborn remodeled my three bathroom. Contract signed Oct 26, 2021. Based on email, confirmed completion of project between Jan 19 and 24, 2022. On Jan. 18 at *** pm, called and advised they need to postpone to Feb. 2, which I agreed. On 2nd Feb. at *** they called and said they cannot come on that day and promised come on 3rd which also I agreed. Based on their revised completion date, it should have been completed on 9th Feb 2022. Due to one reason or the other, finally they completed on 11th March 2022 with an instruction that the bathroom completed on 11th should not be used for 24hrs. I made 90% of the contract amount and balance within 30 days of successful completion. On 12th when I used, I noticed the leaks and called numerous times and neither they returned my calls nor fixed the problem. Finally, as no response from anyone and non receipt of warranty documents, I sent a message to the *** Mr. Nerdo, stating if the problem is neither not fixed nor assigned any reason, I will be forced to dispute the $9000 made through Chase credit card for which also no response as of today.
Reborn Cabinets provided new white doors for our kitchen cabinets that did not match the existing white facing material
Reborn Cabinets provided new white doors for our kitchen cabinets that did not match the existing white facing material. Their sales person picked out the door color and had us initial the color choice. We relied on his experience for his choice of "white". When the new doors arrived and were installed, they were a different shade of white. We contacted Reborn and even had one of its supervisors inspect and review the color differential. He said there was definitely different shades of white. In a week or so, he emailed us stating that Reborn could correct the color problem by refacing the cabinets to match the new doors. He stated that Reborn would give us a discount on the cost to correct their mistake and we would only be charged an addition $3,400 to correct Reborn's mistake. I have emailed Reborn's corporate office and its President Vince Nardo multiple times over the last several months. They have continued to ignore all my emails. The original total costs was $12,100. I had proposed that Reborn absorb the $3,400 cost to correct their mistake or provide me with a refund of $3,400. They have NOT followed their own mission statements which appear on the Reborn Cabinet website. Beware of Reborn!
Service and workmanship horrible
Service and workmanship horrible. We were promised 4/1/22 install of shower upgrades; modified to 3/25/22. No response to confirm arrival time and after several attempts, scheduler said date pushed out to mid May; *** Mgr revised install to 3/31/22. Installers arrived late. Shower pan incorrect size and material looks like plastic; finish is uneven; drain caulking looks like a child did it; wall/ceiling cuts are uneven; installers bent out bathroom window screen beyond reuse; installers left screen off and window open; day 2 arrival late; writing this before completion; overall day one workmanship and service is extremely poor. Wish I had never signed up for this! It is our only bathing facility and the 1 day install was not completed as satisfactory. Sales person left us in the dust and said once install commence he cannot help us. *** Mgr is very new to company so Im not sure what if anything he will be able to do. Im concerned with this companys ability and willingness to remedy our concerns and correct deficiencies. Based on this experience to date, I would not recommend this company. In the event Reborn comes through and meets our needs/expectations I would be willing to modify my review of same.
This company totally misrepresented the one day installation promo
This company totally misrepresented the one day installation promo. We contracted with this company on October 19. The representative who came to our house to measure the job, create a contract and take our $7277.89 deposit told us that we would have a Reborn Home Solutions staff member communicate with us regarding the installation date. We did not receive a call. When we called the company the operator/receptionist said the materials would ***-8 weeks for Reborn to acquire and that someone would call us when the job was on the schedule to install. Our job was scheduled for Thursday, January 27th. after some haggling, the installers from Reborn arrived at our house mid-day, took the second payment of $7277.89, and tore out the existing shower stall. The next day the installer called in sick with Covid. MEANWHILE...My 73 year old husband, who has had knee surgery, and has very limited mobility could not shower. On Monday the company called to say the installers would be delayed another day. After some haggling another crew was sent out. They arrived at 1:00 PM only to discover the shower pan was the wrong size. That crew did a little cleanup and left. The company called on Tuesday to say they did not have anyone to work on the job, however they assured us that someone would be here tomorrow, Wednesday (day6). My husband will have to go to the public park pool to take a shower so he can go to the doctor.
On August 13th, I hired Reborn to replace my master bathroom shower
On August 13th, I hired Reborn to replace my master bathroom shower. While replacing said shower, they broke my shower window. At first, they suggested that I get an estimate from *** or Lowes and they would reimburse me. I wasn't comfortable with that suggestion so, after the shower was done, they sent someone out to measure to replace the window. They informed me it would take 8 to 10 weeks for the replacement. After 8 wks went by I called Reborn to inquire on the status of my window. They said it would arrive November 10th and that they could install on November 17th. On the 17th no one came, called or texted. I called them and spoke to ***. He first said that someone called me to say that the window would arrive on the 23rd. No one called me . Then said, "oh, the installer that was scheduled got injured the week before and couldn't come. Will be there on the 25th to install. I informed him that the 25th was Thanksgiving. He then said, oh I meant to say the 26th. ***, the project mgr called me and apologized profusely and said they will be there on the 26th. I was home all day. No one showed up on the 26th. No one called or texted. At around 6:30p that evening I texted *** and informed him that one showed up. Have not heard back from anyone. They have been UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. No one can use the shower. I spent alot of money replacing my shower. My patience has run out.
When the gentleman that came out to take measurements for the quartz top and sink, he told us that the only sink that was available for our size
When the gentleman that came out to take measurements for the quartz top and sink, he told us that the only sink that was available for our size counter was a single. He said if we could find a double with his measurements, to purchase it and call the office to advise them to adjust the invoice and not order the single. We found one that afternoon, 8/30 and I called at approx. 3PM and left a msg. for a callback. I called again Tuesday, 8/31 and *** said he would look into the issue and have someone call back. That was in the morning. I called back around 2PM and the operator said she would e-mail *** to call me. I called again at 4PM and she said she would again e-mail ***, and also transferred me to his line. Left a voice mail with my concerns and marked it urgent. Just before 5PM and *** answered. and I had to explain everything again. He told me that they were so busy that it normally takes 48 hours to return calls. Today is 9/2 and still no callback. If this is the kind of customer service they provide, I would like to cancel and get a FULL refund of all moneys paid in advance. The sales *** no longer works for them so I can't even follow through with him. He also said Reborn will be one of *** offered services. If I don't hear back on Friday, 9/3, I will call *** Corporate and let them know how unreliable they are.
We had Reborn Cabinets remodel our master bathroom almost 8 years ago
We had Reborn Cabinets remodel our master bathroom almost 8 years ago. We were going for "attractive" and "low maintenance" and were very pleased with the result. On about 3-4 occasions over the past 8 years, we have encountered a minor issue, but every time they send someone out to fix the problem (mostly recaulking minor mold areas where the shower pan meets the acrylic shower liner). They really do stand behind their lifetime warranty.Last month, I was blown away by the work ethic and work quality performed by *** He spent 2 1/2 hours redoing the caulking, replacing the rollers on the shower door, removing an unwanted corner shelf, and generally making an already "still nice" looking shower look brand new. He was both responsive and proactive, going above and beyond my initial request. Because he didn't have a cartridge for our shower valve on hand, he put in a request for this part. He indicated that this would solve the vibration/humming noise that I occasionally experienced when turning on the shower. He's so knowledgeable and freely shared his diagnosis and maintenance tips with me. I followed up with the scheduler a couple of weeks later, and *** returned to replace the cartridge.I was vaguely aware that Reborn was somewhat more expensive than their competition, but my experience has taught me that they are a true "value" purchase that has saved me costs and headaches over time.Thank you Reborn and especially ***!
I am disabled and use a wheelchair
I am disabled and use a wheelchair. Having issues with my current shower. I contacted Reborn. *** came, showing us the product. We were sold on the project immediately. On December 21st, and 22nd, we had *** and *** install a new shower. It took them longer than the one day they advertise, because of my needs, and with our concurrence. They began around 8:30 a.m. by 3:50 p.m. they were 80 % complete. Now enters my needs. I needed a shower bench moved. I needed 5 bars installed. Since it was getting late with inclement weather, I suggested they finish the next day, if it was possible. *** called his supervisor, ***, and received permission to return the next day. December 22, *** and *** returned as scheduled (really, they were 3 minutes late arriving at 8:33 a.m. instead of 8:30 a.m. lol). The install was completed well within a reasonable timeframe. One issue, which had nothing to do with Reborn, was a glass shower door which had the holes for the handle misaligned. *** and *** completed the installation of the 5 bars, corner shelfs and the bench seat. Then got the door to a usable state. After calling ***, again, an appointment was set for early 2022 to complete the door or install a new one. Predicated on my experiences with Reborn I expect the door process to complete without a hitch.Would I recommend Reborn? Unequivocally! I have aleready shown pictures top several; friends who have considered the bathroom remodel
we had planned a multi step bathroom renovation
we had planned a multi step bathroom renovation. On 6/13We had a presentation that was 3 + hours, decided to go ahead with the project. We gave the representative 1000.00 down, and were offered financing. My husband and I said, sure, the representative said that this would be a soft pull, so no impact to the credit, etc( we own our own business, so , prefer to be selective about hard pulls) Our credit is good, but each pull is 5 or so points She left and stated that a rep would call us at noon on the 16th to set up install date. I stepped outside on the 16th and waited, no call back, so, I texted the # and later that afternoon received a call to review contract specs, and was told in 3-4 days we'd get another call about installation. On the 17th I received a text saying that financing wasn't available. When I questioned why ( as my credit is 700+)He said he couldn't tell me, I said by law you have to tell me , because I have the right to dispute. He said he would try and get an answer . He called back today to say he didn't have an answer. He also didn't know that although told several times that the credit pull would be a soft pull that it is in fact a hard pull. Although we very much wanted to proceed with the project, felt that if a company couldn't level about the basic financial data what else could they not be leveling with. I actually emailed the original rep to tell her that we decided not to proceed and it wasn't due to her. The finance person was rude and basically texted the information to my work phone number which also isn't particularly kosher and confidential. We are now getting bids from *** certified contractors in lieu of this company"
I chose Reborn cabinets as a club member assuming a good experience with a professional company
I chose Reborn cabinets as a club member assuming it would be a good experience and good quality with a professional company. I had an excellent experience the previous year with another flooring company. So, I am quite surprised that this club even endorses Reborn Cabinets. I have a white filler I can use.' I am surprised they are still in business. They ordered the wrong size parts, they did not order parts, they ordered parts but the installer didn't pick up the parts from the warehouse. Refund deposit - cancelling within 5 days
I had the appt with Reborn Cabinets to redo 2 bathrooms. Their prices are not cheap $$$$. I was told you have 5 days to exercise your right to rescind the contract. That was on the 23rd, I emailed them in writing on the 4th day that we were going to go another route. I am still waiting for my 1k deposit to be returned. If we change our mind in the future we will consider them again, if they are ethical and return the deposit.
Claimed loss: 1k
Desired outcome: 1k returned

Bathroom/shower remodel
The initial salesman was not accurate in the description and measurements nor did he clearly and thoroughly explainthe contract especially the total cost plus interest. Then, when the carpenter arrived to start work, his measurements differed from the engineer who finalized the change order form measurements. At each process, there were inaccuracies. When I did not agree to the new work since it was not explained nor diagramed properly to me, the project manager of the company did not accept fault nor would he replace the pan with the correct measurements, since they said I signed the change order and it was custom. However, your salesman and engineer are YOUR subject matter experts, and yet they were inaccurate thus resulting in measurements your OWN carpenter was confused and had difficulties with. BUT you're charging and blaming me for the mistakes made on your behalf. We did not want to pay additional money nor wait another two months for the project to begin, so we settled and tried to make the best of the situation. The project was estimated to take a total of 2 days, it took 3. During the shower remodel, their warehouse ran out of inventory (acrylic wall). They said they could use two separate smaller pieces, but there would be a visible line down the middle of the shower that would be apparent. Due to insufficient inventory, you’re making the customer take the hit?! Why am I paying for a half [censored] job? This entire project and process was not acceptable. Instead, they left my wall unfinished and told us to reach out to the project manager to see when inventory would be back in stock. UM, NO! You did NOT complete the project, yet you’re starting to bill me, and you’re having the customer chase you down for inventory to finish our shower? THEN, during clean up and departing, the carpenters did not have a broom so I let them use mine. They did not do a thorough job cleaning upon departure; they left behind a sharp and hazardous piece of metal in the bathroom floor that was approximately 2-3 inches long. Had I not swiffered the floor and discovered it, my 7 yo daughter, me or my husband, could have suffered from a severe cut and possible infection due to their negligence, and then would have resulted in legal ramifications. From start to finish, it was extremely unprofessional. I should have gone with another contractor that charged me significantly less and would have completed the project. I deeply regret contracting REBORN. I have to start remitting payments to GreenSky even though the project is STILL NOT complete. No one has reached out to me either. Don’t get scammed by this company! Photo evidence available of unfinished project and sharp hazardous object upon request.
Desired outcome: Complete project with discount on poor work quality and insufficient inventory. Already starting billing me for an incomplete shower.

We had this company reface our cabinets in the kitchen
We had this company reface our cabinets in the kitchen. Two small cabinets and the covers where the wrong size. They stated that they would get the right ones made and be back to install them. When they show up to install them they were the wrong ones again. They then stated they would get the right ones and install them when the had them. We got a call from the installer confirming the date and time but no one show up. No call about what happen or what was the next excuse. After i called the company they stated they couldn't find the material and that is why he didn't show up. I was told that the project manager would call me back shortly and not one called back. We would like to have our cabinets completed and molding strips installed that they forgot to do.Thank you so much

We had our kitchen remodeled by Reborn cabinets in 2018. I recently noticed on a number of the cabinet doors that the paneling was warped. On advising Reborn Cabinets of this, I was told that the warranty does not cover "components being exposed to abnormal heat".The cabinets in question are not directly attached to a stove, and even if they were, how can a company remodel a kitchen where their products are not built to be near a stove?Who determines what is "abnormal heat"?I feel that this company is unethical and does not stand behind their products. In addition I had to follow up on my claim as the company did not respond after their technician reviewed the cabinets. In fact his words were "I have seen this too often".
I signed up for Reborn Cabinets to do my bathroom remodel back in Feb 2022. They took almost $19,000 and has not done the work. I have been working with *** to try to get them to refund my money back. There are more details if you want to call me. They basically said I will have to take them to court to get my money back for no service performed. Doesnt make any sense, I am not sure how a business like this can stay open by collecting payment without service.
On 4/8/2022 we had a shower/tub install done. We were informed at the conclusion of the job the shelves were not in stock and would have to be installed at a later date. We are paying for the job currently but still have not had the shevling installed. This is after many attempts and appointments of no shows. The last no show was 7/8/2022. When I asked why they would not be installing after all, I was told *** would have to call me to schedule again. I am very disappointed and unhappy with the fact it's been 90 days and we are still waiting for the job to be completed.
I received an estimate from them for work to be done on my bathroom. They had a promotion if you signed up with GreenSky that you would be able to use the promotion.I signed up because of their promotion.I became suspicious when they kept sending me emails to activate my account, which I never did because I wasn't suppose to pay for anything till work completed. Then Reborn referred me to another company Gaddi Construction, which I have been working with to complete the project. I have no issues with this company.Come to find out I never activated my account or authorized anything and GreenSky made a payment for$8,533 from my account to Reborn for work that was never done and was never authorized by me.

Date of Transaction 1/6/2022 Project Number JBG2790 Now that the project is complete and fully paid for I can't get the company to contact me. I have left at least five messages on their Support/Warranty phone number as well as sent messages via the form on their site. I've even sent an email to the original salesman. I have not received a reply from any of them. I only wanted the welcome package and warranty that was supposed to be left with me when the job was completed. However, now I am receiving emails with other people's Certificates of Completion attached. I want to know how my email address is being associated with documents for total strangers. I have attached a sample of the documents I have been receiving. As of today, I have received six different documents belonging to other people.

On November 20 I had a complete shower installation with glass shower doors
On November 20 I had a complete shower installation with glass shower doors. Everything went well. On Tuesday June 15 the inside shower door the rollers completely came off without any warning. Now the shower door cannot be moved and the other door cannot be opened or closed. The inside door could be a potential safety hazard. I contacted Reborn bathfitters the same day. I contacted the sales representative as well as the main office. They stated that they would contact the warranty department and they gave me the phone number for the warranty department as well. I waited for a day or two and no call. I called the warranty department twice and left a message with no call back. On Friday june 18th I informed the sales representative again to say that the warranty department was closed. I received a text on Monday June 21st to say that the door couldn't be fixed until July 30th. This is so wrong since it is a safety hazard.

In September , Reborn Bath did a bath to shower conversion in the master bathroom. This is included a shower door, which on March 31, 2022, a part fell in the shower from the door. I contacted Reborn on 4/1, 4/4 and 4/5 and no one has returned my call despite their message states someone will contact you in 24 hours. I spent over $13K and now that they have my money they won't return my calls! This is rather disappointing that Reborn will answer the phone quickly if you tell them you are interested in having a consultation, but no one wants to address any issues. I feel that I was taken advantage of false advertisement by the consultant and the company. I would like the repairs conducted for my glass shower door as it poses a greater risk long term.Thank you.
In 2017, we had Reborn Cabinets reface the cabinets in our kitchen
In 2017, we had Reborn Cabinets reface the cabinets in our kitchen. Over the last few years, we had them reface the cabinets in 2 bathrooms too, and restyle our shower stall in the master bedroom. All of the work was excellent and high quality. Their technicians were neat and protected the work area while they worked. In June , a pull out tray for sponges that they installed by the kitchen sink broke. I have called numerous times for it as a warranty issue and been given the run around on the phone. I sent them picktures. They made an appointment for July 31 and then one Sept. 20 and both times the person failed to show for the appointment time. The person on Sept. 20 was an hour late and I had left home for another appointment by then. Neither time was I contacted by phone or text or email to confirm the person was coming that day or if he would be late.I was told that this sponge tray is a warranty issue that can be replaced. I want the sponge tray replaced.

Reborn refaced my kitchen cabinets and drawers in November . Theyre unfinished items that remain outstanding, specifically: 1.) 2 cabinet doors colors do not match the rest of the doors, 2.) Missing 1 Rev-a-shelf cabinet organizer, 3.) 1 cabinet door missing soft close hinge. Ive called Reborn multiple times and left voice messages, and texted the designer multiple times as well for resolution. I even attempted contact using their website email portal and it is not functional. Ive yet to receive any response from Reborn regarding these issues.
I had cabinets installed with warranty my cabinet doors fell off the hinges and I reported it to the warranty department and they promised to send someone out to repair no one showed up now I have been blocked from emailing and phone calls to this company. With no regard to the warranty that I have for repairs I would like an investigation of company policies and also either repair of the cabinet doors and reimbursement also an apology..

Sales rep goes out to my home, sign contract on 12/5, sales rep stated that job would be completed 4-6 weeks, contract signed. In communication with sales rep throughout December, unable to give me a date for project, I ask to cancel on 12/31 via e mail and he does not respond. Next I follow up and i'm told by a Tom at [protected] that they are delayed and that i can't cancel without a 10% cancellation fee, i agree to go with it as long as he refunds me $350 which he agrees to, he never follows up on credit issuance and does not answer my calls or texts. I get a call from customer service about a date of 2/12 which then they send a person who seems to be the lead and an apprentice who doesn't know what he's doing. Job is done incorrectly after two days, which one day was promised, they then have to come out three more times and job is still not correct. I want my refund and and additional credit for their incompetency and unprofessionalism before paying the remainder.

I started a contract Jan 2021 to have my kitchen cabinets updated with the understanding that I would do this project in 2 parts with the understanding that I would have 1 year to compete the project at the price quoted, which was understood from the rep *** that I found out on Monday Jan 10th is no longer with the company. I contacted him in mid December to inform that I wanted to start on the 2nd half and complete. He informed me to contact him in Jan 2022.i sent him a text on Jan 9th, but no response. I contacted the billing *** on Monday Jan 10th because I had not received a response from *** and was informed by *** that he was no longer with the company. So he sent an email to *** previous supervisor but no response. So I called back on Tues *** and spoke to *** again and he referred me to their call center. The call center transferred me to ***. I left a message but no call back. I feel that this is not good business behavior in customer satisfaction and this complaint needs to be directed to the *** and/or owner of the company

10/27 we signed a contract to have our kitchen cabinets refaced, we put down $1000, a week later they came and measured the cabinets, at that time we gave them $6377.35. They scheduled the work for 12/27 and 12/28 2021. They then rescheduled till the end of January. Late January they rescheduled again till the end of March. We told them to cancel and return our money. They said we would have to pay a restocking fee of 15% of the total job. The fee was for $2229.45 which left a balance of $5147.90. They prepared change orders 3 times to get the math correct, l told them 3times it was wrong, finally on 2/21/22 I signed the change order and was told they would return our money less the 15% restocking fee. As of the last 10 days I can't get anyone to talk to me to find out a status. I have left many messages and text messages and emails none have been answered or returned. I have never been so frustrated with a company. Each reschedule they sighted material shortages do to the pandemic. I sympathize with there problems but we can not keep living with a tore up kitchen as we had packed everything up just before Christmas.

Contract service date was on 10/26
Contract service date was on 10/26. Per contract the installation would take up to 2 days. Installation was delayed because of plumbing issues however on 11/06 Reborn Bath Solutions returned to continue the final installation. However the installation was not finished until the following day. That caused my family and I to go stay at a Hotel because of no shower access. 24 hours later we used the shower at home as we were instructed and the water would not stop running off the shower head. Reborn Bath Solutions was contacted several times for repair since I have warranty but it took them to come and fix the water running off the shower pipe 4 days. In the contract I was given different measurements of the shower pad when I inquired with the installer he showed me other measurements off his tablet. After the 3 issues - Seth Nardo (General/Installation Manager) was contacted and provided his direct phone number for me to text him the contract for review. Text was sent to him with contract pictures and video/picture of the water running off the shower head on 11/18 the same day in the evening. Today is 11/27 and he never contacted me with an update on my concerns.

We signed a Special Order contract on 2/5/2022 for Bathroom Services, lead # for $21,668
We signed a Special Order contract on 2/5/2022 for Bathroom Services, lead # for $21,668. It is my understanding that the full amount was paid on that date through a credit card and partial payment of a Shop Card. The company failed to show up on the promised date of 4/25/22 due to material delays. I filed a complaint that they were not performing as per contract. The workers arrived on 5/2/22 with a damaged and incorrect-sized bathtub. I informed the workers, manager, and project coordinator that day that the subfloor required repair due to water damage as stated in the contract. Upon inspecting the work on the evening of 5/2/22, I found damaged tile. Further work on 5/3/22 revealed the shower pan installed over the subfloor holes. I was told subfloor repair would now require a 9-week wait for a new shower pan. This delay is unacceptable. If a solution cannot be reached within a week, we request a full refund and compensation for floor damages.

We meet with sales and signed the contract for work on 7/18
We meet with sales and signed the contract for work on 7/18. The cost of the total project was $11,069. Our appointment No. is SA-***. When making our decision, we specifically told the sales person we needed the work complete by Thanksgiving. We were told a week later after we signed the contract that the wall material was backordered and install would be delayed. This was a a problem already because we had to order custom glass that they would not even measure for until the shower was installed. Then the glass would take 5 weeks to make. At this point we were stuck with no options to cancel. The project was to remodel a stand up shower. This included walls, hardware and shower pan. We were responsible for replacing the shower glass as they could not provide that service. The work was done on 10/6 and 10/7. Complaints:*Shower pan sits about 6 inches above floor. This is unfinished looking and the Reborn solution is to face it with baseboard. Pictures we were shown only showed pan about 1 - 2 inches above floor.*Walls are a solid sheet of material. One wall has a jagged cut that meets the shower pan is is covered with silicon caulk.*Large amount of silicon caulk used to finish walls against shower base. Product is supposed to be guaranteed against mildew. I don't believe this will last.*Shower hardware was installed very high. Not at normal height.*Sales person and our project manager both quit so we have struggled to find anyone to work on a resolution with.

Project Gbf5743 date change and installation issues
Hello, Project # Gbf5743 date was on 12/23 and changed to 12/21. Per sales associate, the installation would take 1 day. Installation was delayed due to plumbing issues and incorrectly sized panels by Reborn. No management calls were received to apologize or provide a solution. The proposed fix was to extend one wall, eliminating the shower bench. By adjusting wall dimensions, a compromise was reached for a more appealing look. Reborn remained uncommunicative, only receiving a text from an ex-employee. The job took three days, plus a 24-hour wait to use the shower, during a Covid outbreak. The main shower head has low water pressure. An itemized statement and a military discount for my father, a USMC Korean war vet, were promised. As a manager at Lumber, I understand the impact of customer feedback. I chose your service for the promise of same-day installation of a premium product. Reborn should offer compensation for the service failure. I expect a response before escalating to Complaintsboard.com and Yelp, where you have an A rating. Project # Gbf5743

We had Reborn come to our house to design a shower install and agreed upon a weekend install and having them reuse our existing shower door
We had Reborn come to our house to design a shower install and agreed upon a weekend install and having them reuse our existing shower door. After signing contract and paying $21K we get a call saying they do not do weekend installs which was a problem for us because we work weekdays and this was one of the issues we stressed upon. So now he had to ask our parents, of which my father is ill, to housesit for us. Months past and come the week of install and we do not hear a word from Reborn so we tried to reach out to them to confirm the details of the shower door hardware and we cannot get a hold of anyone. We called Monday and Tuesday and they would not return our call until we reached out to *** their business partner. So it is late Wednesday when the project manager *** finally calls and we ask what was going on with the shower door and he responds that he knows nothing of any shower door. We ask that he get in touch with the designer, ***, to figure out what was going on and get back to us. It is now the eve before the install when *** finally calls back and denies ever mentioning using our existing shower door which is an absolute lie as my wife and I clearly remember him offering that option at the time of the design. We wouldn't have agreed to a $21k shower project that has no shower door. Now we are told that we have to go through a third party shower door company that would add an additional $700 and a 3-4 week wait after their install, something that was never mentioned to us before. We told them to hold off on the build until we find a resolution to this and he replies that we would lose our money if we do not proceed. We do not intend to break the contract but feel that they are in breach by not delivering what was promised to us. Please help us resolve the issue, we are just seeking what we paid for and was promised to us. Thank you

Reborn Cabinets contracted with myself and my 91-year-old mother to remodel her kitchen
Reborn Cabinets contracted with myself and my 91-year-old mother to remodel her kitchen. The contract was signed on May 12. A down payment of $1000 was paid at that time followed by a payment of $13,499.50 on May 24. The project was to include demolition, installation of new cabinets, countertops, and kitchen sink along with a redo of the plumbing and electrical with Reborn responsible for obtaining the necessary permits. Initially, we were given a start date for demolition/construction of 12/9 and we were told to empty out the cabinets and strip any wallpaper, which was done. Since I hadn't heard anything from the company by 12/8 I called them and I was told there would be a delay since the cabinets were not ready. We got a new start date of 1/10/22. They showed up to do the demo on 1/11/22. They discovered a significant amount of electrical work would have to be done to meet code, and that would require an additional $3600 which was paid on 1/19/22. The plumbing and electrical jobs were started, but not yet completed. We were told they were waiting for the city to inspect. The city came out to inspect on 2/7/22 and said that someone from Reborn Cabinets was supposed to be there. After I complained, I got an email from *** at Reborn apologizing and promising that someone would show up for the next inspection which was rescheduled for 2/10/22. The inspector showed up. No one from Reborn did. *** has since ignored my voicemails and emails. I left a voicemail with the general manager which has also been ignored. I am unable to talk to anyone from Reborn other than the receptionist. At this point, we have a kitchen that is completely unusable with no electrical outlets. My mother has not been able to use her kitchen since January 20, 2022. This is no way to treat anyone, let alone a 91-year-old woman who just wants to live out her last days in her own home.

My name is John Doe and I am writing on behalf of my mother Jane Doe and our family
My name is John and I am writing on behalf of my mother Jane and our family. Last year, our family of four; (both parents, my younger brother, D and myself, K) collectively decided to remodel the main bathroom of our three bedroom home of over 20 years, in Van Nuys, California. This plan of transition was called in order to accommodate the needs of my younger brother, D who has been diagnosed, 5 years ago, with progressive Multiple Sclerosis. On Thursday, October 28, our family met with a REBORN salesperson named Mike in our home to discuss the cost to afford a brand new shower with an attached chair. We discussed the renovation process of removing the old tub, that had been converted into a whirlpool, henceforth making this an evolutionary change within our household. Agreement: Initial Deposit: $5,900.00 Pending day of work: $6,100.00 (a cashier's check - 1/27/2022) Total: $12,000.00. My family would not feel so helpless in this present situation, had we ever felt like someone with REBORN actually cared about us. REBORN has left us for months, with an unfinished product that we invested $12 thousand dollars to have installed in a timely manner, since January 27, 2022. My family feels abandoned by REBORN, who ensured a bathroom renovation experience to exceed our expectations. Our expectations have not been met, as yet. Today marks 53 days later, and still counting (yes, including the weekends), that REBORN continues to inconvenience my family, even after we have made numerous accommodations in our schedule. We have been passed to another Project Manager, Tom, who within our initial brief phone introduction, was left lost by his predecessor, unaware of my family's expectations of the work that remains to be accomplished. Are we not warranted a rebate or discount of some substantial amount for our inconveniences or for the numerous accommodations in our schedule? Is this common practice?

We had our Master Bath remodeled the day after Thanksgiving 2021
We had our Master Bath remodeled the day after Thanksgiving 2021. It took them 2 days to complete and we were anxious to start using the new extended shower. After waiting the 3-4 days for everything to dry and cure, we went to use our new shower and found numerous issues with the craftsmanship. The shower head was moving from side-to-side, which told me they did not brace the pipe to a joint before putting up the wall. The caulking around the the shower pan and the walls and bench were poorly done and the bench had a gap filled with caulking instead of the back wall meeting up with the bench in the corner by the window. The front of the bench at the bottom is not straight from the south wall going to the bathroom floor. We called Reborn about these issues within the first week and due to the holidays, we had to wait until after New Years for anyone to come out and see the problems. We finally got the same installer to come out see the issues but did absolutely nothing to fix anything. He put caulking in the opening around the shower neck, saying this should fix the movement; it did nothing but put a band aid over a gunshot wound! My wife and I called numerous times and did not receive good customer service at all. Another technician came out and seen all the issues. He caulked up around the walls and bench and told us that more extensive work would be needed to fix the issues. We had a senior technician come out in March to look at all the issues and said he would get all the stuff needed on order to fix the issues. He has not communicated back with us since. I finally called back again to get a new person in the warranty department and had to tell him everything from the beginning that my wife and I have been telling them for almost 6 months. I am tired of feeling like they got their money and I'm having to deal with bad customer service, over and over. My last recourse is to hire a business lawyer to go after them for a terrible job and terrible customer service

The salesman was very nice but the financing paperwork did not agree with what I signed for. Yesterday *** and *** came out to the house to install the bathtub and walls. They were on time, very polite, and very good at asking questions where I wanted things as they went along. They finished the job in one day, which thrilled me. I would recommend them definitely and want them again if I have more work done.
and *** were the absolute BEST! They stayed late to finish the shower installation. So much fun to be around and cleaned up well.
I requested a quote on a larger bid site to have my Ikea cabinets built and installed. Within 24 hour time periodI had received 5 call and 5 messages during work hours. Unfortunately at the time I had been traveling for work and this was extremely disruptive. I did call back through and they let me know that this is not work that they do. Apparently also their phone call is on a robo system - which is why it incessantly calls you. They really need to relook/rethink this because receiving a call at 7:27 PM and then at 8:11 AM the next morning is both aggressive and unpleasant.
I was very pleased with the installation team of *** and *** (didn't get his last name). The were very professional and personable. They answered all my questions and cleaned up every day. The installers were extremely efficient. I had both bathrooms done within the week. They were a pleasure to have in my home. They have the best attitude and *** on their face. I couldn't be happier with my bathrooms.
