Come on guys ! I think most people are like me and go to the same Thorntons station repeatedly and to not be able to change the default station is just ridiculous. I’ve tried through the app, through the web, even emailed support and there is no way to set it or change it. Not even sure how the location that is set as my default became the default.
Please fix this !

To the dip that rated the app a 1 cause they can't scan the app at the pump: USE YOUR REWARDS CARD TO SWIPE! Thorntons is not going to equip gas pumps with laser scanners! - anyway, app works great and helps you track your rewards and levels. One thing that needs improving however is a better way to delete the messages , like swipe delete and multiple select and then delete. Right now you have to tap at lease 3 or 4 times to delete a single message.

This app needs a lot work ! When I clicked on "I need Card" the app does not respond. Friends have this app and said they had same issue as well as to many other issues such as the app locks up, does not give you rewards at times. Also need to delete rewards you don't want one at a time. Such as what previous reviewers said. Friends tried to contact Thorntons about these issues. But they respond no one else are having these issues. Or no response at all.

I downloaded this app when I first saw advertisement in store months ago. I was able to log in once when it logged on it opened than crashed. I have tried many times to log into it again but it doesn't even let it get signed it before it crashes. There have been updates and when those were done I thought it would fix the problem but no still can't get in. I had the previous app and didn't have a problem once. This one is frustrating and horrible. I wouldn't even rate it any stars but I am forced to in order to place review.

I just got my Refreshing Rewards card. I wanted to enter it into Passbook and then throw the card in the garbage but I can't enter it into Passbook so I will just throw the card in the trash and not use it at all. I shouldn't have to open a Thorntons app in order to use the Thorntons reward card. It should be in Passbook and it should pop up automatically on my screen when I am near a Thorntons. Also I want to be able to use Apple Pay at Thorntons. I was going to give this a zero star rating but Apple requires at least one star so that star is not from me.

Just like everyone else, I open the app, sign in, & then it crashes.
Every time, even after a restart, & on two different devices. (iPhone & iPad)

Manage to figure out the crash is result of the auto-sign in.

By not signing into the app. got it to work,
but only by not signing in…
*sigh*
Currently working with Thornton's help rep's to resolve this issue.

spent some time being productive &
with some help from the Thornton's app creative team this last app update has been great.
The app is working as intended.
Good work to all that contributed.

The rewards card that is scanned at the register should be Apple Passbook friendly. That way the consumer does not need to take their keys or wallet out to get to their rewards card. Other places that have reward cards (i.e. Walgreens, Starbucks, Belly, Home Depot, etc.) have become Apple Passbook friendly. Further more, Thornton's stores should also have "tap to pay" at the register. By adding this feature, Apple iPhone consumers and other customers with "tap to pay" compatible cards can checkout faster and more conveniently. These improvements will make Thornton's c-stores less crowded during peak hours and less prone to credit card theft.

...Of a good idea. I can't sign up with my already registered rewards card. And it's the new rewards cards that was issued a couple of months ago. Deleting this app and heading over to Casey's General Store.

I can't open the new version of the app. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app, but the app keeps showing the "working" icon and never opens. Loved my old app and used it all the time. Would love to be able to use this one.

Every time I go shopping at Thorton's and I have something free to get for being a steady patron they never have the free item. Three days in a row I came in to get the Fritos fruit and nuts. This not 1st time. Sick and tired of it.

It seems I'm not the only one with this problem. Old version worked fine. This one opens but then closes right away, however it is still running in the background despite "crashing". Have tried shutting off my phone and turning it back on. Nothing.

I downloaded this apps to sign up and register my card but after i click the sign up button its directly me to LogIn/SignUp thing. Sorry when i tried to leave g in ur says invalid username or password i tried so many time but wont work! So disappointed!

Old APP was fine. Now the new one will not recognize my user id, password, or card #. After numerous tries I just gave up and deleted it. Just because some brainiac on Linn Station Rd thinks you need a new app it isn't always the case when the status quo worked just fine.

I loved the old ap and used it daily to check my status and rewards before getting my coffee...now the ap just spins and won't let me open it. Useless and frustrating. A new speedway is being built right across from my old thorntons, hopefully they have a rewards ap that works

I used to love this app but something happened a couple of weeks ago and now it is useless. I used to be able to add my “refreshing reward” in the app but I keep getting an error. I rebooted my iPhone- no luck. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it- still no luck. Seriously, what is the point of your app?
