Disappointing Experience with TicketsToCash: Unreliable and Non-Existent Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with TicketsToCash. I was hoping to sell my concert tickets through them, but it seems like they never even bothered to put them up for sale. I mean, what gives? It's either a really bad process or a straight-up scam. And to make matters worse, I can't even get in touch with anyone from their team. I've sent them multiple emails and haven't received a single response.
The concert is tomorrow and my tickets still aren't listed. They promised me they would be up by a certain date, but that date has long since passed. It's like they're blatantly ignoring everything. I'm starting to wonder if I have any options other than leaving them a bad review.
Overall, I'd say that if you're thinking about using TicketsToCash, you should probably think twice. They're not reliable and their customer service is non-existent. It's a shame, really, because I was really hoping to sell my tickets and make some extra cash. But I guess it's back to the drawing board for me.
Disappointing Experience with TicketsToCash and Big Stub: A Warning to Potential Customers
I gotta say, I'm pretty darn disappointed with TicketsToCash. I mean, seriously, what's the deal with having absolutely no way to talk to anyone? It's like they don't even care about their customers. And don't even get me started on Big Stub - they're supposed to be affiliated with TicketsToCash, but they're just as useless when it comes to helping me sell my tickets.
I listed my tickets with TicketsToCash, but now I can't even log in to see if they've sold. Apparently my email is already used for Big Stub, but I don't remember signing up for that. It's all just a big mess, and I can't help but feel like I'm being ripped off by these two companies working together.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend TicketsToCash to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration. Save yourself the trouble and go with a different ticket-selling website.
Disappointing Experience with Tickets to Cash: A Review
I bought some tickets from Event Tickets, but then I found out I couldn't go. They told me I could sell them on Tickets to Cash, so I gave it a try. They gave me a phone number to call, but that was it. I didn't hear anything back from them, so I decided to call them myself. But when I tried to get someone on the phone, it was impossible. I also tried to create an account, but it said I already had one.
To be honest, I'm not impressed with this company. It's actually a sister company to Event Tickets, but the service and information are really poor. I wouldn't recommend using Tickets to Cash at all.
TicketsToCash Review: Scam Alert! Never Got Paid for Selling 8 Tickets
I had a really bad experience with TicketsToCash. I sold 8 tickets for an event and I never got paid. They sent me a bunch of emails and screenshots saying that they sent me an eCheck payment via PayPal, but when I checked my PayPal account, there was no record of any payment. I tried to request the funds via PayPal and when I typed in the email address that I had been corresponding with, which was "***@tickettocash.com", it came up as Daniel Ruiz Jr. instead of a company name. I was really confused and frustrated because I couldn't get in touch with anyone from the company. There was no customer service phone number and they stopped replying to my emails. I would definitely not recommend using this site. It's a total scam!
TicketsToCash: A Frustrating Experience - My Review
I'm so frustrated with TicketsToCash. I had the same problem as everyone else. I called their "emergency hot line" a bunch of times, but no one ever called me back. I also sent a bunch of emails, but no one ever responded. I had tickets for a sold-out show, and I wanted to sell them for less than what I paid for them. I gave TicketsToCash ten whole days to sell my tickets, but they didn't even list them for almost a week. Now I'm out almost $300, and I'm so angry. I'm thinking about taking them to small claims court. Does anyone want to join me?
Ticketstocash Review: Quick, Easy, and Hassle-Free Way to Sell Your Tickets!
I bought some tickets for a gig in Birmingham, Alabama, for April 16th. This was way back in December 2017. But then something happened and I couldn't go anymore. So, I went to Ticketstocash on March 17th and made an account. It was pretty easy to do, to be honest. Then, on March 21st, I got an email saying that my tickets had been SOLD! I'm gonna get a check one week after the show date.
I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with Ticketstocash. It's a great way to sell your tickets if you can't go to an event anymore. And the best part is, you don't have to buy any extra insurance for your tickets. That means you save even more money!
Overall, I'd definitely recommend Ticketstocash to anyone who needs to sell their tickets. It's quick, easy, and you don't have to worry about anything. Plus, you get some extra cash in your pocket!
When did this event take place? I see 99.9% bad reviews on Ticketstocash - curious when your good experience was. Thanks!
Disappointing Experience with TicketsToCash: Failed to Sell My Tickets and Misrepresented Services
I tried to sell my tickets through TicketsToCash (TTC) and they made me promise not to sell them through any other venue. I thought that was a bit odd, but I trusted their promotional materials that claimed they would do a good job reselling them for me (for a hefty slice). I was confident that I could sell them privately, but I trusted them as professionals to do a better job, quicker than me.
Unfortunately, they failed to sell my tickets. I lost $500 because of having trusted them. I'm really angry that they misrepresented their services as being trustworthy. I thought they were professionals, but they let me down.
I don't think I'll be using TTC again. They didn't do what they promised and I lost money because of it. I'm really disappointed in their service and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Terrible Customer Service and Inefficient Business Practices: My Experience with Ticket Rescheduling
These people don't seem to have a clue about how to run a business. I had bought tickets for a KISS concert, but it got rescheduled. It took them a long time to reschedule the tickets. When they finally did, I wanted to cancel my subscription because my husband wanted to go instead. But they said I couldn't cancel and that I would have to pay for the other tickets they were going to find for the customer who didn't get the tickets I had. It was so frustrating! They basically forced me to take the deal, and then I couldn't get my money back until three days after the event. They were so useless! I just wanted my money back right away, not six months from now.
I mean, seriously, what kind of business is this? They can't even handle rescheduling tickets properly, and then they force you to take a deal you don't want. And on top of that, they make you wait for your money for days after the event. It's ridiculous! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They need to learn how to treat their customers better and run their business more efficiently.
Terrible Experience with TicketsToCash: High Fees, Poor Customer Service, and No Refunds
I gotta tell ya, I had a real bad experience with TicketsToCash. I mean, it was a BIG MISTAKE to do business with them. I've sent them a bunch of emails, but they never got back to me. I was trying to sell some tickets, so I lowered the price, but they never lowered the price on their site. And let me tell you, their add on fees are way higher than anyone else's.
But the real kicker was when I tried to get a refund. I had Covid and I was too scared to go to the concert. I even bought the insurance, but they still wouldn't give me my money back. Can you believe that? Meanwhile, my daughter bought tickets to the same concert through Ticketmaster and she had NO PROBLEMS. Her money was refunded, no questions asked, almost a year ago when Covid was really bad.
I'm starting to wonder if I can give this site a negative star review. I mean, they really messed me up. I just wish they would have been more understanding about my situation. But nope, they just wanted to keep my money. So, if you're thinking about using TicketsToCash, I'd say think twice. There are better options out there.
Terrible Experience with TicketsToCash: Unreliable and Incompetent Platform for Selling Tickets
I had a really bad experience with TicketsToCash (ticketstocash.com) when I tried to sell my tickets on their platform. I was really excited to use their service, but unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. Three days before the event, my listing was changed to pending, and I was asked to upload the receipt for my purchase of the tickets. However, I couldn't find a way to upload the receipt, and I was really frustrated.
I tried to contact the company multiple times, but I never received a reply. I left voice messages on their emergency line, sent emails with the receipt attached, and even contacted them through their site-based contact form, but nothing worked. The event passed, and my tickets weren't sold because they were never visibly listed on the platform. I was really disappointed, and I still haven't received any response from them.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend TicketsToCash to anyone. They are an incompetent excuse for a company, and I wish there was a way to rate them with negative stars. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy platform to sell your tickets, I suggest you look elsewhere. Don't waste your time and money on this company.
I filed my standard federal tax return that was offered for $0 only later to find that $49 was charged and deducted from refund. Spoke with customer service and received email stating a request for refund of $49 fee was entered into account information but I have yet to receive refund or any details outlining timeframe of refund deposit. Absolutely will not refer anyone this business.
Good experience, easy to use. Explanations are easy to read. Definitely would recommend for others.

Disappointing Experience with TicketsToCash: High Fees and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience on TicketsToCash. The customer service was just plain bad - I had a question about my order and it took forever to get a response. And when I finally did, the person on the other end was pretty rude. Not cool, man.
But that's not even the worst part. The fees on this site are insane. I mean, I get that they need to make money, but come on. It feels like they're just trying to squeeze every last penny out of you. And to top it off, their ticket prices are way higher than other resell sites. Like, what's up with that?
Overall, I wouldn't recommend TicketsToCash. There are plenty of other options out there that are more affordable and have better customer service. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
Disappointing Experience with TicketsToCash: Poor Website Functionality and Unhelpful Customer Support
I tried to use TicketsToCash to sell some tickets that I couldn't use for an event. I listed the tickets on the website about 2 and a half weeks before the event, but they remained pending for over a week. I was getting worried, so I emailed customer support for assistance, but unfortunately, I received no help. It was really frustrating because I needed to sell the tickets and I didn't know what to do.
In the end, I decided to delete my tickets from the website and sell them on my own. I had to do this just 2 days before the event, which was really stressful. I was really disappointed with the service and I don't think I'll be using it again.
Overall, I think TicketsToCash is a joke. The website didn't work properly and the customer support was unhelpful. It was a waste of my time and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
TicketsToCash Review: Overcharged and Ignored - Worst Place to Buy Tickets!
This website called TicketsToCash is the worst place to buy tickets from! I bought a ticket that was supposed to cost $51.00, but they charged me $111.94 instead! They didn't even bother to contact me or call me back when I tried to reach out to them. I was so angry that I had to call my bank to sort things out. Now, they want me to provide proof of the transaction, which I have, so I hope they get what's coming to them! I would never recommend this site to anyone!

Beware of TicketsToCash: Hidden Fees and Unresponsive Customer Service
I wouldn't recommend using TicketsToCash (ticketstocash.com) to sell your tickets. They'll ask you to pay a 15% seller fee, which seems reasonable. However, they don't disclose that they have the right to increase the price of your tickets to make more money, without taking any risk if the tickets don't sell. This seems like a scam to me.
I had a bad experience with this site and I regret using it. I listed my tickets at a fair price, but then I noticed that they were marked up without my consent. I tried to contact customer service, but they were unresponsive. I ended up losing money on the sale, and I felt cheated.
If you're looking for a reliable site to sell your tickets, I suggest looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other options out there that won't try to scam you. Don't make the same mistake I did and avoid TicketsToCash.
Misleading pricing and false money-back guarantee: My experience with TicketsToCash
I recently purchased some tickets to a show on TicketsToCash (ticketstocash.com) and was disappointed to find that the price had increased from what was displayed just before checkout. Unfortunately, I accidentally bought the tickets at the higher price, which was quite overpriced. I was initially relieved to see that the website advertised a "100% money-back guarantee," but unfortunately, this turned out to be untrue.
When I contacted TicketsToCash to request a refund, I was informed that the only way to get my money back was to list the tickets on the website and hope that someone else would buy them. This seemed like a scam to me, and I was extremely frustrated with the website and their customer service.
Overall, I would not recommend TicketsToCash to anyone looking to purchase tickets for an event. The website's pricing is misleading, and their supposed "money-back guarantee" is not worth much. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy ticket seller, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
I sold two tickets on this site and got a call the day of the event and was told the buyer didn’t receive the tickets when I got a confirmation that they were delivered 2 months before the event. And from reading reviews about this site this is the norm with this site.Do not use them.
