josh groban tickets talking stick arena phoenix
I thought I was buying two tickets for $828.00 dollars to the Josh Groban concert through Ticketmaster. I had selected two excellent seats near the stage. We got to the arena to find our seats way up in the top of the place behind a plexi glass window. We went to customer service to find out if they could tell us what had happened. They said our tickets were only worth $84.75 now. They said so many people are going through the same experience. You are on ticketmaster and somehow Boxoffice has a link because they buy the tickets from ticketmaster and then resell them for astronomical prices. We went from $84.75 a ticket to $$414.00 a ticket. I called BoxOffice when I found out the connection. They said I must have not read the fine print. This is apparently legal to do this. But shame on you BoxOffice.

Box office Tickets Sold me 3 tickets to Engelbert Humperdinck for his March 7 2018 performance at the Florida Strawberry Festival. The face value of the tickets are $30. Will the processing was complete my total was $441.00. I purchased insurance but that was not helpful. Please advise me if I have any recourse on this matter. Anita B Workman, [protected]@aol.com I am 80 years old and I feel it is a crime that someone can be taken advantage of in this manner.

Googled 'Minnesota State Fair' in order to buy Bonnie Raitt grandstand tickets. Unwittingly chose the first link that came up. It took me to www.box-officetickets.com. Not knowing how much the tickets SHOULD be, I chose 4 tickets in the mid-price range. Printed my e-tickets and found that the face value was $45.00 each (I was charged $111.00). Plus, there was someone else's name on my ticket as "purchaser". The e-ticket is actually a ticket that someone else purchased and re-sold to me at over 100% mark up! I called them and they said that the ticket price is based on "market value" on any given day. Which is BS because at the time, there were tons of $45 tickets available for face value at the authentic etix site. I thought scalping was illegal.

Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.

- Box Office Tickets protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.

To try and get your money back, you can try contacting the seller, filing a dispute with the payment platform, or reporting the seller to the relevant authorities.
Concert tickets
At 10:54 this morning I went on line to try and get Guns and Roses tickets. I found http://www.box-officetickets.com/ when I typed in buy guns and roses tickets.
Thinking that is was the box office for the Rogers center where the concert is being held in Canada I ordered the tickets.
When I received an e-mail saying that I would not get the tickets until two days before the show I got a sinking feeling in my stomach.
I started to do some extra research.
I found a chat window for the company and asked if they could refund me my money as they were not the company I though I had bough the tickets from. They refused to saying that I had agreed to a no cancellation policy.
I then called my Credit card company to find out that not only had I dealt with the wrong company but they had charged me in US dollars. My Credit card company can't stop the charge as it had already gone through.
I am now out $500 for a concert that should have cost me $300 and I have no way to know if I will ever get the tickets.
I am desolate that nobody seems to be able to help me to get this resolved. There is no way for them to have bough the tickets yet and they could not have processed my purchase by the time I contacted them with my error.
Concert tickets
I searched for the Fabulous Fox box office in Atlanta. This website came up at the top of the list. When you click on the link, you immediately see the dates and link to purchase tickets. I purchased the tickets, thinking it was from the venue. When I received my paypal receipt (2 minutes later), I saw it wasn't from the Fox, but a reseller. I immediately contacted them to get a refund, but was told all sales are final. Given the number of complaints, I can't believe they are allowed to continue their deceptive advertising practices. Now I'm out $400 (3x the cost of the actual tickets from the fox box office), unless pay pal does the right thing and provides a refund. Is there no protection for consumers against this type of SCAM?!
Beyonce concert ticket
I bought 2 tickets for Beyonce concert in Toronto. I live in Toronto, Canada. The seats were originally $450.00 on Ticketmaster and the minute the ticket master sale opened up I was on the site but got the message that no seat is available! How could that happen, I don't know. So I bought the same tickets from Boxofficetickets.com. They were $87.00 each! I was OK with $87.00. But hen I got my credit card statement, I was charged $328.00 for two tickets. I called my credit card company. They said that I was charged in US dollar and with conversion it got so high. There was no indication that I, from Canada for a venue in a Canadian location, paying in US currency. By law, I should be informed. I would never bought those tickets if I knew how much they would cost me. I am paying almost 4 times the face value.
It is a fraud and I will dispute that charge.
Did you manage to get your money back? I have just got caught in the same trap this morning.
The price for the tickets increased in couple of times
Don’t trust the seller from www.box-officetickets.com. I have found that the tickets on this website were only $35.99. I decided to purchase these tickets and placed the order. I proceeded to pay and the seller added some other fees and taxes. After that the total sum was $190. I tried to cancel my order, but it was impossible. Guys, don’t use this website, because you will waste large sum for the tickets, which don’t cost such sum.
OK listen everyone --- listen carefully.
THIS IS A SCAM. Go somewhere else and buy tickets. You will get a ticket. And you will pay five times the amount you will actually see printed on the ticket. You will pay five times the amount you will pay compared with other sites.
THIS IS A SCAM
