I ordered in the catalog of the company " Timespieces International" two pair of watch-"Daniel Steiger Sienna Midnight" for my Husband and myself for our 39thmarriage anniversary in early days of February/ 2008. My Id. code for this catalog is E2100A. I was told that shipping takes approximately 28 days., because the company in UK. The order will be in the middle of march. I agreed, paid by credit card and began to wait. But my order did not come neither in march nor later in april. When at last in the late days of april I called them and asked the representative -her name is Tanya - about my order, she said that they don't have one of the item in their warehouse; do I want to receive one watch? I explained that the main goal of my order to have two watch both together Men and Ladys exactly what I saw in their catalog. They promised to send it to me as soon as they will receive another item.
The order came in the 16th of June and instead of two watch came only one item - Men watch. I called to the customer service and asked where is another item for Lady? The representative told me that it is out of stock right now and they will send it to me later. When I asked them why they did not tell me before, I did not receive the answer. I said that i don't want one pair of watch and want to return them back. In the policy of the company I have 30 days for returning.
The problem is they do not want to pay for the returning shipping explain that everything OK with the watch. When I tried to explain that I needed two watch on time and now after waiting so long to receive only one pair without explanation. I don't want their service any more. They pretended that this is my fault and refuse to send me shipping barcode. Please help, what do i have to do?

do not order from " Timespieces International"
The " Timespieces International" is the last company you want to order from. I ordered a watch 7 weeks ago first it was 2 weeks, then they where hold up by costumes, then they are in Florida not shipped jet but 2 weeks later I still don't have the watch. They feed you a line of BS if you call and complain to their Costumer Service if there is such a thing at all.
I never will order from that company again they do not care about the costumer at all.
I ordered 2 sets of cufflinks. A special 2 for 1 sale. Received them on time. An excellent gift for my son. I ordered 2 watches 2 weeks previous to the above order. It is on back order due September 11, 2008. It has been pushed back once. Will see how this turns out. I am satisfied thus far with the service and merchandise.
my wife ordered me a watch -- and i agree with the couple up above -- timepieces usa intl is terrible -- in fact it's awful -- you can't believe how many times i've called them about my watch and everytime i call -- they tell me it's being fed-exed overnite... that's a lot of crap -- they never send the watch... one representative said it was coming fed ex on a saturday and to be sure i'm home -- stayed home all day -- no watch -- i've had them tell me that it will be in my hands tomorrow -- they don't answer e-mails -- they are terrible, terrible, terrible... please do yourself a favor and don't order from this company... can't see how they stay in business... they outright lie to you without hesitation... can't say anymore other than this company is TERRIBLE!
Never, ever, EVER order anything from Timepieces International. I purchased the Golden Corsage ring for $188.00 the first or second week in July, 2015. I was provided with a tracking number that never went past "shipping label created" so I didn't have a clue about the progress of the delivery of the ring. When I finally received the ring, I was completely disappointed in the quality of the mounting and the stones. The mounting was rough and amateurish and appeared to have never been polished plus the gold plating had already been worn off the sides of the ring's shank. The smoky quartz and peridot stones were "washed out" and quite pale in color. As if that wasn't enough, one of the smoky quartz stones fell out of the ring about 2 1/2 weeks I began wearing the ring for reasons unknown as the prongs that held the stone were intact and unbroken. I contacted Timepieces International about the stone falling out almost 2 weeks ago and have never received a response from the company nor do I expect to. Hopefully people who are considering ordering merchandise from Timepieces International will "do a search" and read the myriad of negative comments posted by the many disappointed customers. If you want quality jewelry at a reasonable price and great customer service go to Stauer.com instead.
I've always had good luck with watches I have purchased at Timepieces International. My only issue was getting a watch which had a broken crown and stem and Timepieces International took care of the replacement very quickly. I like wearing different watches every day and Timepieces International enables me to do that because their watches are a good value and unique looking.
Low quality watches and Jewelry that fall apart.
I purchased a watch and a ring from Timepieces International Inc. They started falling apart immediately. The stones on the ring started falling off within weeks. The screws on the watch fell off and later the top piece of the waste band became detached and they refused to give me a new watch. Instead, they offered to send me a piece for the waste band that I can take to a jeweler to repair at my own expense. I made a $300 mistake by purchasing from Timepieces international.
In the past I have purchased $30 watches from Burlington Coat Factory that are much better quality.
Do your research, Yelp reviews gives them one star.
