I return my ring to fix but it's been almost one month already and no update from QP Jewellers. Customer service team confirm that the ring has been received by QP Jewellery and it will take only 10-14 working days to fix and confirm me about dispatch my order.
It's more than 17 working days but I didn't hear back from them. Keep emailing but no response. The should not continue their business if they can not fulfil their commitments.
Their service is not reliable at all!

I bought a ring not even month ago and it's broken. The quality of the produce wasn't good at all. I returned this faulty product on 01/05/2019 and delivered on 04/05/2019 in QP Jeweller's designated address and today is 16/05/2019. Not a single email I received from their customer service representative. Not sure what going to happen with my ring.
What a waste of money!
I've ordered a necklace from www.qpjewellers.com for my wife as a birthday present and the one arrived looked absolutely nothing like pictures on their website. I wasn't even sure was it real or not.
I contacted customer service and said that I wanted to return the necklace and get a refund. They asked what was the reason and I told them everything what was on my mind. They said that was not the reason for them to refund me. They tried to assure me there was nothing wrong with their product and later they stopped replying to my messages. Tried to get in touch with them and wasted a lot of time, but it was useless, they continued to ignore me. What a waste of money! Avoid!

Rude seller and impossible to return the necklace
I bought necklace from the website www.qpjewellers.com. I got it on time, but it didn’t look the same as on the website. I ordered a pendant for my wife for Christmas and paid an extra £20 for a thicker chain. The web site shows their address as being in the UK so I trusted it. The pendant arrived from the USA with the standard chain and by email with QP Jewellers we agreed I would keep what I had and they would refund the extra £20 I had paid. There have been many emails between us since then and they have said at least 3 times they will refund the £20. Unfortunately, it still has not been refunded 2 months later. Every time I telephone them I get the answerphone and have left messages that are never replied to. Please avoid this supplier.
