On the 8th of January 2025 I took in my granddaughters riding boot to be repaired, the slip I got said it would take 3-4 weeks, having not received any notice from the shop I went int to see if the boot was back, I was told that it would be another 2 weeks as there eas a backlog of repairs after the Xmas break, I then popped in today (5/3/25) and was told that it was still at the factory to be repaired, the shop person had said that you had a fire, which why I’m still waiting, I have said to give back my boot, the shop was at Tesco Larkfield, my granddaughter is upset as she was expecting it back by the end of jan/feb

For two months, they have given you one excuse after another. If they won’t let you return the boot now, request a full refund. If they deny your request, escalate your complaint to corporate and call them out publicly. After that, don’t waste your time looking for a better repair service.
