I have booked tickets from Chennai to trichy on 10/3/2023. I have mistakenly chosen male in place of female while booking the tickets. The attender in the bus after three hours of travelling suddenly started shouting at me asking that Yaru ungluku ticket book panni kuduthathu I replied myself. He immediately started shouting at me using unethical words like ARIVU illaya , Paithiyakara thanama illaya, because of you a boy is suffering. He didn’t even tell this issue to me while I boarded the bus, so that had adjusted the seat. I really don’t understand why the hell he was shouting at me. I told him sir please don’t use rude words to me. Again he is telling ARIVU ILLA arivu illa. I have never seen such a behaviour from any of the attender till date.I really got broken my the words use by the attender towards a female passenger in front of others. Kindly take necessary action towards the attender for using such unethical words towards a female passenger.

The driver doesn't respond to customer properly.he madly angry to customers. The conductor collect the charge for lagguages before he identifies that customer was knowledge about this.the bus drivers contact provided to the customer is [protected]

I strongly recommended don't take this bus travel at any cost. It's very worst bus service whatever I had travel. They are not doing service for passenger, they are doing parcel service. Most of the time they are concentrate for that luggages and parcels transportation only, they are not care of passenger. Always they are not in punctual and very harsh to passengers. Most highlights is if other travels takes 11 hours journey time means, this travels takes minimum 13 hours journey time. So don't go with this useless travels. I advise to tippu travels, better you stop your passenger service and continue your luggage and parcel service. Don't put the passenger in trouble.

I have booked ticket from Chennai to coimbatore to and I did not get boarding point c details clearly so I just made a call to the customer care but the response from the lady was so rude, very worst way of approach to the customer . They are only for serving the customer but they are rude. I have called for two times she was not good in her approach both the time.

I got into tippu sultan bus travelling to Chennai. This is one of the worst experience I had. Nearly one and half hour they put the bus in salem bus stand. All passengers were much frustrated. Staffs were unfriendly. Driver smoking Inside the bus. There were many ticket collectors roaming around. Could find any responsible person to who. We can ask for a answer.
