Tire delivery
I purchased a set of 4 tires on 8/30/2022 for installation on 9/12/2022. I used the tirebuyre.com website to book the installation for 9/12/2022 in the AM, so they would have visibility on the need for delivery. On 9/8/2022 I inquired about delivery of the tires and was promised that they would be delivered on 9/9/2022. After they failed to be delivered on 9/9/2022 I contacted tirebuyer.com again and was promised an update within 24 hrs. That did not occur. I contacted tirebuyer.com again on the 10th & 11th with no resolution.
Finally on 9/12/2022, after the delivery was not completed I contacted tirebuyre.com again and was told that there was an issue with my order and it would be canceled. I was also informed that the only way tirebuyer.com knows there is an issue with the order is when they fail to meet customer promise. They did not want to finish processing my order, they just said to bad, we are canceling the order with no attempt to resolve the issue
Desired outcome: Complete the implied contract when they take my money
Non delivery
Ordered tires from www.tirebuyer.com and they said I'll get them within a week. After I paid they sent me all the necessary confirmations and a tracking number. After a week nothing showed up so I went online to track my order. When I entered my tracking number it showed that my order did not even leave the warehouse. I contacted TireBuyer customer service and they said that there was probably a mistake and assured me they did send my tires. They asked me not to worry and be more patient, according to what they said my delivery was supposed to be few days late. Gave them another week and tracking system showed nothing. I contacted them again and asked them to cancel my order. They said ok and promised to contact me back as soon as they cancel my order.
Another week passed and my order wasn't cancelled. They gave me nothing but empty promises and every time I contacted them heard nothing but lies. Never got my money back or my tires.
Sent wrong tire it was returned to them still fighting a week later with them over a refund or right tire nothing but lies at this point I'm calling a attorney
