Disappointing Experience with Tokyo Smoke: Overpriced and Inferior Quality
Hey there, so I gotta say, Tokyo Smoke, you guys claimed to have the absolute best buds, but man, what I got was a major letdown. Total waste of my hard-earned cash, you know? I mean, when I compare it to what I usually get from Big Weed Brothers, it's like night and day. Those guys over at Big Weed Brothers, they know what's up. Their buds are top-notch, top shelf grade, you know? And not only that, but their delivery is lightning fast and super reliable. Can't beat that, right? So yeah, Tokyo Smoke, you really dropped the ball on this one. Definitely won't be coming back for more.
False Advertising and Failed Delivery: Tokyo Smoke's Broken Promises
So I was checking out this website called Tokyo Smoke, and they claim that you can order stuff and they'll bring it right to your door. Sounds pretty convenient, right? Well, here's the thing. When it came time for them to actually deliver my order, they gave me a call and said they couldn't do it because I was staying in a motel. Apparently, they said it's against the law or something. Now, I don't know about you, but that sounds like false advertising to me. I mean, isn't it against the law to make false claims? But somehow, these guys seem to be getting away with it.
Let me tell you, I'm not too happy about this whole situation. I had my hopes up for a smooth and easy delivery, but Tokyo Smoke just let me down. And you know what? They've lost a customer because of it. I mean, if they're willing to break the law when it suits them, then I don't want anything to do with them. It's just not right.
So yeah, I won't be ordering from Tokyo Smoke again. They may have some cool stuff on their website, but if they can't follow through on their promises, then what's the point? It's a shame, really. I was looking forward to trying out their products, but now I'll have to look elsewhere. Lesson learned, I guess.
Terrible Service and Refund Policy at Tokyo Smoke Belleville: A Disappointing Experience
The service at the Belleville location of Tokyo Smoke is a complete Tokyo Joke. We called ahead to make sure they had the specific product we wanted, and then we headed over to make the purchase. We paid for our order, thinking everything was good to go, but to our dismay, we were handed a bag containing the wrong product. We immediately brought this to the attention of the store, hoping they would rectify the situation. However, much to our disappointment, they flat out refused to process a refund for THEIR mistake. Can you believe it? They had the audacity to tell us that if we wanted a refund, we would have to ship the incorrect product back to their return center, and at our own expense, mind you. Talk about adding insult to injury!
Let me tell you, this experience has left a sour taste in our mouths. It's clear that Tokyo Smoke Belleville has absolutely no clue about what proper customer service entails. They seem to have no regard for their customers' time, money, or satisfaction. It's truly disheartening to see a business operate in such a careless and unprofessional manner.
My advice to you is to steer clear of this place. There are plenty of other shops in the area that offer similar products and, more importantly, value their customers. Don't waste your time and energy dealing with Tokyo Smoke Belleville's incompetence. Save yourself the frustration and seek out a better establishment that knows how to treat their customers with the respect they deserve.
Deceptive Practices and Lack of Accountability at Tokyo Smoke: A Warning to Consumers
So this store, Tokyo Smoke, is located at 2375 Brimley Road, Unit 6, Scarborough, Ontario M1S 3L6. It just opened on June 11, 2021. Around June 15, 2021, I went there to buy some stuff for my friends and family. Unfortunately, one person got sick after using the product I bought, so I went back to let the store know. To my surprise, they gave me a different item than the one I had asked for four times. They told me that the item I wanted was only available in a bottle from their manufacturer, but they still sold me the wrong item at the price of the one I actually wanted.
The manager, Zadeh F. Mohammad, checked their sales records and claimed that she couldn't find my purchase in their computer system. She suggested that I try to find the receipt, and if I did, she would refund my money or give me the correct product. However, I couldn't find the receipt. It's quite suspicious that a newly opened store couldn't locate an order in their cash software system after less than three weeks. It seems like something fishy is going on.
I went back to the store and explained that I couldn't find the receipt, but I brought back the store bags and the containers. The containers had scanning codes that were scanned into their sales system. As I approached the door, the manager said, "well there's nothing I can do" and insisted that she needed the receipt to find the sale. It's strange because other stores like Walmart, Shoppers, and even Dollarama can find their sales using scanning codes.
I asked the manager for the head office phone number so I could file a complaint. She replied, "they have no head office" and claimed that this was their only location. When I asked for the owner's contact information to file a complaint, she only agreed to call the owner after realizing that I wasn't leaving. She then tried to give me the shop phone, but I declined due to the pandemic. Instead, I gave her my number and asked the owner to call me. Eventually, the owner, Richard Bailey, called me and said he was the owner of the store. He confirmed that there were no other stores and that this was the only location, just like the manager had claimed.
However, after doing some extensive research, I discovered that Richard Bailey is not the owner but just an employee. Furthermore, Tokyo Smoke does have a head office and multiple locations in different cities and provinces, including one on Yonge Street and Lawrence Avenue West in North York. I found the phone number online, which they initially refused to give me, and even had a live chat with their head office. It turns out that Tokyo Smoke and Tweed are both owned by Spectrum Therapeutics, a well-known medical company and one of the largest distributors. The fact that they lied to me about their ownership and head office speaks volumes about their integrity.
Recently, someone called me regarding my complaint but stated that they couldn't process it without my date of birth. Interestingly, the staff at the store had told me that providing my date of birth was optional. It's worth noting that they sold me products without asking for my date of birth, but now that there's an issue and they've tried to cover it up, they suddenly want that information. In fact, when they called, they assumed that the person's illness was due to an allergy, without taking any responsibility for selling me the wrong and spoiled product.
I'm curious to see how the owner will handle this situation. I won't give up until they take responsibility for their actions. It's unacceptable to lie about having only one location and no head office, especially when they couldn't find a sale in a store that had been open for less than three weeks. I've already reported this to the regulators, so they would have been better off refunding my money instead of facing the consequences.
People are still racist happy to help but hate to serve the cashier looked zoned out I got laughed at when I asked high roller points didn't even seem happy that I was ma ko ing a purchase all it felt like was racism judgemental talking down on elderly people who have smoked longer than their age

Government policy or company policy, either way another customer lost
Whether it is Government policy or company policy it is a [censored] policy to have to show a government issued picture id to enter a store no matter what kind of products it is selling. It is understandable to be asked to show id when you are actually making a purchase but just to enter to see what is available is such a stupid policy that sounds like something the government cooked up but can also be a company policy. Either way I know I will not purchase anything from Tokyo smoke under these [censored] terms of service.
