About 5 months ago I started an account with Tomo Boost. The Tomo boost website stated that they would report $1,000 worth of reccuring bills that I pay every month thur my bank account but they havent. Last week I pulled up my credit reports and it showed a $0 balance being reported by Tomo Boost, so I started to email the company over the last few days and have never received a response back from anyone. I also stated in each email if they could not fix this problem I request a full refund of the monthly payments I've been making on time since October and I would like to cancel my service before the next payment is due which is January 26,2024. This company is a rip off because they take customers money and do not provide the service that they describe which is false advertising. I'm really upset about this because the 4 months that I thought they were reporting my account correctly I could have used another similar service and seen an increase in my credit score now I have to report them keep sending email just for them to do the service I have being charged for and received nothing. Tomo Boost was charging $9.99 per month since July 2023 and didn't receive anything in return.
Claimed loss: $9.99 per month since July 2023 along with the lost of my credit reports not improving they did not provide the service they were suppose to. The total lost is $49.95 plus $1,000 damages because of my credit not improving for over 150 days
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund of $1,049.95 $49.95 for the months of payments $1,000 for not reporting the correct amount to boost my credit score
