they took my money and didn't do anything to help me fix my credit. i was so mad when i found out that they were just taking my money and not doing anything to help me. i would never recommend them to anyone. stay away from credit repair cloud if you want to keep your money and your sanity.

This company seems alright. I paid $997 for their Master Class. They offer 30 days full money back guarantee no questions ask if you dont like It. After 5 days of watching the class I decided it was not good for me and cancelled and asked for refund. They sent me a refund email confirmation but its been 10 days and i am Still waiting for my money! Status still processing.

I bought Credit Repair Cloud's plan for $997 on August 20th after watching a video of ***. He said that if I didn't like it, I could get my money back. I did some trainings and asked questions in their *** group, but I decided it wasn't for me. I messaged them for a refund, but they said I was 6 days past the 30-day refund period. I wish they told me that before I bought it. The government is investigating them, so I don't trust them. They're like snake oil salesmen who lie to get sales.

They take ur money and pretend to be available for assistance BUT when u ask for help, ur blocked on Facebook for "creating drama" I reached out on Nov 3 via Facebook to 2 of the admins I saw were VERY active in the CRC Community -*** and ***- to ask where I could find more information on Factual Disputes. NEITHER of these two responded or bothered to have someone contact me. I reached out to *** on Nov 12 asking him the same question. Fed up with their lack of assistance and NOW customer service I replied on Facebook to one of ***s comments that she literally had just left asking her to respond to my DM from Nov 3. I responded to one of *** comments informing him of my issue. One of the admins decides to remove my post stating Im causing drama! Im simply asking these fools for help! How is that drama! You had no problem taking my money but dont to assist ur customer?

I got charged by Credit Repair Cloud for $537.00 on my card***. I didn't do it! I'm a victim of identity theft. I want my money back and all the other charges related to it. I'm using the Fair Credit Billing Act's amendments to the Truth in Lending Act to get my money back. Credit Repair Cloud charged my business account $537.00 on May 11th, $179 on June 13th, and $179 on July 19th. I want my money back on my card***. Call me at XXXXXXXXXX if you need to. I got a site from CRC called my credit repair site. I bought a domain from them and paid a lot of money for it. But then I found out I was paying too much and wanted to transfer my domain to another web host. I unlocked my domain from my website but then I found out it was still locked. I had to contact CRC to ask them to unlock it for me. I called and emailed them but they didn't respond. I tried to tell them about it in our private group on *** but they deleted my comments and banned me from the group. I just want my domain back so I can leave this company. A lot of people have been complaining about this company and their lack of support. I don't care about anything else, I just want my domain back.
