ordered a Swiss Gear Bagpack but on opening the packaging the bagpack had a disgusting smell both outside and inside all the pockets. Even the plastic bag it came in smelled absolutely disgusting.
I suspect either really strong cigarette smoke or a horrible plastic smell (FAKE PRODUCT)?.
Tried to get a little compensation back from Tomtop but they are now ignoring me.

A real nightmare. This is the worst experience I ever had buying online.
I bought a phone and despite it was supposed to arrive within 2 weeks, it took over 2 months to arrive to my country, and is now waiting in the customs for more docments. I don't know if I will ever receive it.
After 1 month I wrote to the costumer service and nobody replied. Just after several days, when I wrote a bad review for my situation, someone replied.
When the item arrived and was stopped at the customs I wrote again, and again none replied. It has been already a week and I have very limited time to send all the documents.
In the 2 months I was (and am) waitnig for the phone, I had borrowed a friend's phone thinking it would take a short time, as written in the website. In 2 months I had the time for damaging his phone, having to buy him a new one. My phone is now at the customs: it was inspected and now I have to send to the customs all sort of documents, including commerical invoice from the sender that TomTop should now provide me, but I am very scared of the possibility of Tomtop not replying again and my phone lost forever, I might even be hold responsible to pay for the customs anyway.
All in all, this all operation costed me over 200€ more than just buying the phone in a normal shop. Plus, costimer service doesn't reply and doesn't assist.
What else can be said? This is a nightmare that I don't wish to anyone. I am writing this review because I hope to save other people from the same situation. Please be careful, Tomtop is fine if everything goes fine, but as soon as there is a problema, they don't care and it is your problem. For the same price or a little more, choose a more reliable company. I will never ever buy anything again from them.

This Gimbal broke and they agreed that if I sent it back they would return the package fixed, now that I have sent it back and they have said they don't want to send it back now because they dont feel like it... They have just stolen a gimbal from me... Steve from Tom Top emailed me clearly and I have screenshot when he said he would return it, now he says he won't and he also won't reply to anymore emails...

I purchased a Lemfo Lem 7 smartwatch from TomTop June 21, 2018. The watch arrived on July 6 2018 and was fine the first week of use then the problems began, first it started heating up, discharging even when on the charging block, and the power button stopped working. I reset the watch and it has not worked correctly since. I contacted customer service on July 27 2018 after several additional contacts and meeting requests that were asked by TomTop.
After a few weeks of getting the runaround I requested either a replacement of refund -- I was denied a replacement watch or refund.
Currently have a worthless defective $135.00 watch.

The worst shopping experience ever. I've ordered a product and paid premium shipping service which means I'll have it within 3-6 days. It's a month now and I didn't receive the items. Contacted them no answer till I reviewed them as they deserve. Then they contacted me that the item was shipped back to them because they put the address wrongly. Now I'm asking for refund and they want me to change my review and give them 5 stars first. It's like hostage situation negotiation! Disrespectful and disgusting. Avoid avoid avoid.

Am absolutely disappointing by the response of you chat executives, all of them make customer wait for nothing less than half an hour for the next message, I work for google and if this is the kind of response we guys give it to customers then we would be fired the very next day, look at response from both these executives. All I want to know is why my order is not displaying when I login to my tomtop account, till yesterday it was displaying as dispatched, and suddenly today the order has vanished in thin air.

Tomtop does not have button to cancel order it wont let me track it and my order continuously says processing. Tried calling and the mailbox is full and there is no answer when I called. Disappointed. I honestly just want my money back and dont want to deal with this company due to their over abundance of complaints as of late. If someone would just get back to me.

I recently placed an order. My order says dispatched. When I try and track the order with Order or tracking# it says No item found. Also the credit card I used has been billed twice for the same amount 3 days apart. How will I know when my order has shipped? And how do I get one of the payments refunded? The product is way oversized by at least 30-40mm in terms of wheelbase as well as height and width. A complete ripoff if the seller chooses to do nothing about it and for something so expensive as well. The pins and nuts don't even fit into where they're supposed to and is absolutely ridiculous. The customer services claims nothing is wrong and it's the right products with the right dimensions but it is clear that the dimensions are completely off from the ones stated on the product description. Bought a cameras @ 22.99/piece and worked fine I bought another one. As soon as I changed internet/network services and had to change wi-if and pw, it will not allow the process. At the same time, I bought 2 more cameras, but when I got it, I found out I cannot use them because they were not wireless and it needed a lot of eqpmt in order for them to be operational. I asked to return them and was told I would have to pay return shipment, but I decided to send it back just the same. Post office confirmation it was received, but now they won't even communicate with me to give me status of refund request. It has been almost 6 months and haven't heard nothing.
