I received package from wn shipping co 475 doughty blvd, inwood, new york 11096.
No invoice in package. air brush system does not work! have no idea who to send back to.

adding extra costs after ordering
Ordered something, paid and then get an email the next day saying that if I want the item I ordered and paid for, it would cost me an extra $5. They said that this was due to increased costs from supplier, but when I checked today, 2 days after ordering, it was still the same price that I had paid. Con artists. Also customer service is non existent. Basically they said, pay the extra or go away!

I've bought a camera (GoPro) at 20 NOV 2017.
Since then, i've bem contacted the delivery service from my country to know when it would be sent to me, and I did not receive this UNTIL TODAY, 31 OUT 2018. There is almost 1 year!
I contacted the postage/delivery service from Brazil (Correios) and they said to me that the product was misguided (or something like that), and they said that I needed to contact the TOMTOP to ask for a reimburst (This must be done by the store, not me!), and then TOMTOP could reimburst me.
I sent many e-mails and also contacted by the Facebook TomTop and I just receive messages to wait (First message was at 29 Jun 2018).
How can I proceed? Tomtop don't answer my, Correios (Brazilian postage service) says that tomtop needs to contact them.
There was 200 Brazilian Reais spent, it's a considerable money.
zeblaze plug
Bought Zeblaze plug from Toptop along with 2 more generic bands. Arrived with function like heartrate not working.
Other 2 bands all functions worked.
Emailed Toptop with 5 pictures. Reply of excuse and to wait for upto 72hrs. They then asked for video evidence. I obliged and sent them video. Zeblaze plug died after 5 days. Since then they are delaying again and again asking me to wait 72hrs over 3 weeks.
I tried uploading video here but the size is 64 mb and this site only takes 32mb video..

I ordered xiaomi m365 from tomtop website-germany warehouse .I used my visa web prepaid card and it draw funds from my card but on tomtop profile says that payment is being processed but during the process some error ocured and my fear is that nobody will even swnd me the product because i already send mail to company.Both of the company mail and also on messnger on facebook.

But after 60 days i not received my order, then on 20.09.201b, by mail, I cancelled the order and cancelled confirmation received from you stating that I will receive my refund within 2-3 days by TOMTOP. But till date, I have not received refund. This is not fair for your esteemed TOMTOP website. I, numerous, mailed to customer care, but nobody is replying me. Sir, you are hereby requested to look into the matter and settle my refund, as I want to use the money to place another order with you in future. Thanking you.
dashcam no longer working - less than 12 months old
This item was delivered under a year ago and worked fine for nearly 11 months. Then it stopped working and troubleshooting revealed that the car charging adaptor is broken - and despite many emails TomTop, they refuse to honour the 12 month warranty.
They will not offer to fix, or replace, or refund the faulty item.
The only thing they will offer me are points to use on their website - but these are basically worthless as you are only allowed to use points up to 30% of the value of the order.

kkmoon 7" bt stereo
I bought a Kkmoon 7" Blue tooth stereo in June fitted it about a month later I found that the reception was very poor and the BT had a time delay, so i changed the Arial and made sure all the earths were good which improved things slightly.
Since then the BT delay as now turned into a load buzz when you try to answer a call I have re-check all the settings but still have the problem, what can do to rectify these faults.

Hi I placed an order with tomtop and were helpful at first, then they posted my order but it got delivered somewhere in China . I told them and the Facebook crm said they will resend with ems, I suggested to use dhl or aramex which is safer and I know would get to me but they refused and said they will send with ems. I asked for a refund no response. Anyone experienced this behavior how to get money back .
