TomTop Group Guitar acoustic

You guy's sent me a blue & black acoustic guitar broken my shipping address is 432 South St. Belle river Ontario I am sending you the guitar back I either want another guitar or you give me my 58$ back that you guy's took for a 14$ guitar how much was the shipping like 40$ cause this is unreal you are getting investigated cause of this I am having TD get in contact with yous I hate you's you guy's clearly don't care who handles your packages too ship too Canada to me it look's like someone's fat bottom sat on the box too have there lunch and you guys did not label it as fragile

TomTop Group Payment not received if not pay more

If I pay 7 dollars more I get the product and if not, no.

The support center send me this email:

Hi i purchased 2 boats the ft 009 works fine but the FT-011 doesnt work after binding it binds ok but the rudder moves very slightly and the propeller doesnt spin the battery is fully charge and remote new batteries could this be faulty speed controller ? TomTop Group Scammers

Product never arrived and these guys keep telling me that I did receive it! I have no idea where my item is and I doubt that I'll ever get it. But the fact that they say that I did get my item makes me mad!
TomTop stole my money and I will do everything to shut this guys down!
Already contacted my credit card company and posted several reviews. I also told all my friends and colleagues about this website.
Stay far away from this scammer!

TomTop Group Not refunding

I purchased ZUK Z1 Smartphone from Tomtop ebay store (tomtop.usa). The description said that the smartphone has 2 years warranty.

After 4 months of use the fingerprint scanner of the phone stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer and he told me to contact the reseller.

So I contacted Tomtop. They apologized about that and told me to send it back to them and they will replace it with a new one or they will refund me.

I sent the smartphone to the address they gave me and they received it. Here is the tracking number: RE541532254GR

From that day I sent them 7 messages to inform me about the current status of the replacement / refund but they did not answer me. Then I contacted ebay support. They told me that they will try to contact them.

After that I received a message from Tomtop claiming they didn't receive the smartphone. I sent them the tracking number to prove that they have receive it but I never get a reply. It seems that they have blocked me.

When I try to buy anything from Toptom I received the following message: “The seller isn't accepting bids or offers from you.”

After that I did a google search tomtop.com scam and there was a lot of people complaining about them.

Now I understand that I have lost my phone and I am really sad about that. That is why I share my experience with you. I want to protect other people from facing the same situation. Please stay away from Tomtop.

I was sold a defective product and when I contacted them about it I was given multiple run arounds to my queries. I got answers that were totally about other products and even told to contact other sellers on sites like eBay though I had originally dealt directly with Tomtop. Now I am being totally ignored and emails are going unanswered. Do not deal with this business, they do not stand behind their product!

TomTop Group It's Russian Roulette

TOMTOP is the worst seller I encountered ever
TOMTOP has strong attachment in taking money and once they take your money they do nothing right regardless of wrong product delivery, dead product delivery, no delivery, etc., just pretends and tells to do things right but moves intentionally slow, repeats meaningless replies, often lies, anyhow tries to kill time, repeats same things above until you give up.
They do them all intentionally knowing that they give you disgusting time and sooner or later you will give up.
In my case, they sent me wrong product and one dead product but tried to avoid the return by slow and intentional meaningless replies and once accepted the return with promise of refund with postage then they took 38 days to acknowledge the receipt of my returned product.
Then, again tried to avoid the refund by repeating meaningless replies.
The reason they repeat meaningless reply, try to take time in every moment of communication and take 38 days (in my case) to acknowledge the receipt of returned product is just they know them all give you disgusting time and expect you to give up.

So, ordering something from TOMTOP is just like playing Russian roulette or driving a car without insurance.
If you could receive the exact product which you ordered, you were lucky.
However, if you believe TOMTOP by that one success and want to become TOMTOP repeat buyer, you look to be a volunteer for a suicide bomber.
You can find so many victims of TOMTOP scamming by simply search Web by words “TOMTOP SCAM”.
Everybody tells that once you sent them money, you will not see it again when you have problem with their delivery but left with nothing or garbage plus disgusting months.
Time is important, so, do not order from TOMTOP, do not play Russian Roulette with TOMTOP.

TomTop Group Thieves!

I have ordered three items from TomTop and received nothing yet! Order was made over a month ago and I have no idea where it is! When I contacted customer service I heard only lies! They asked me to be more patient and told that my order was on its way! So I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute. Then I got a message from TomTop stating my order was lost or something like that and they will be giving me a refund. They said that I will be issued a refund only after closing the dispute. No way I'm doing that! I have enough of this! These people should be punished!

How are you reaching cusstomer service? I oerdered a video/camera and it didn't work, I can't find an adress to send it back and the customer service number is like japaness recording telling you to push 0 for operator and then you get a recording say not avaliable.

TomTop Group Worst company ever!

I placed an order about a month ago and bought several items from TomTop. I received nothing yet and contacting the company makes no sense. They do answer me, but there are only excuses and apologies. I also paid extra money for rush shipping, which appears did not make a difference. Then I asked them to cancel my order and give me my money back. They assured me the order has been cancelled but still no money. Their customer service is extremely unprofessional. What a shame. I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute.

TomTop Group Run away from tomtop.

TomTop is the worst company ever! I made an order back in December 2015 and it is now January 29, 2016. It is almost February and I have not received my items yet. I have contacted their customer service many times and nothing. Every time I call they say the same thing „Please, be patient” or „Please wait 7 more days”. I'm done with this disgusting company! I have asked them to cancel my order like five times now but they ignore me every time I mention order cancellation or a refund. I have filed a dispute with PayPal. TomTop is horrible to deal with! Avoid!

TomTop Group Unhappy customer

I am a very unhappy customer and I would not ever deal with TomTop again! This company has really serious lack of customer service and communication. I ordered two hover boards back in December 2015. I was promised that I would receive them before Christmas. I was so excited, because those were supposed to be Christmas presents. They took my money, but never delivered anything! I check their site every day and it is still written that my order is processing. There is no help from PayPal either. Yesterday I decided to read some reviews about TomTop and realized that they have many angry customers. It is actually a real shame for a company. I can imagine how much hell I am going to have trying to get my money back. They need to be sued and reported!

TomTop Group scam company

Whatever you do just don't order from this company! I ordered a Hover board on December 2nd for my daughter's Christmas gift. I received a fake tracking number in a message that said my order was shipped on December 6st. Two weeks passed and I was in panic, so I contacted the company, but there was no response. I submitted a claim through PayPal and received an email from them yesterday. They asked me not to worry and promised to do something about it. Well, it is January already, but I still do not have a tracking number or my daughter's present. I officially hate TomTop.

TomTop Group don't buy from tomtop.

I ordered some items from this site. I bought some fuel and several feet of stainless fuel hose. When I received my order, I noticed the hose was cut into 2-foot pieces. Pieces were packaged into little plastic bags. I emailed TomTop's customer service and asked why my hose was cut. Their agent told that he does not understand what I'm trying to say. I explained him the reason of my complaint for five time and he still was like „And what do you want me to do?”. After four weeks of arguing, they still wouldn't give me a refund for the defective item. They said that there was nothing wrong with hose and there was no reason for them to give me my money back. But I was lucky that I paid using PayPal, so in the end I got my money. And I forgot to mention the quality. Their items are poorly made from some kind of cheap material. Don't buy from TomTop.

TomTop Group Not refunding

I have ordered 3 cameras from the beggining of november (3 of november i paid) ! Now is 16
of january i have only one package with one camera, and they are refusing me to refund !
From the tracking number it left china 19 of november( 16 Days after i paid !) and hasnt entered greece (where i live) still !

Be careful before you buy anything from them !

Ordered two sets of suitcases from TOMTOP which they delivered to the wrong address and now refuse to refund me.
I have paid for these suitcases but they don't care as they have the money. DO NOT BUY from Tomtop. Awful customer service.

TomTop Group I have been ripped off, royally

I have the problem with Tomtop. I bought 2 their tablets on Ebay (Seller: tomtop_home) in April - got them but one had broken screen. The seller wrote to me to send it back to get my money back (68 USD). I sent it back (they received this broken tablet in June - sent via registered confirmed letter) and still no money and no replay! I tried to contact manager (emails, skype) but no results.

STAY AWAY FAR FROM THIS FIRM! NOT RECOMMENDED I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF, ROYALLY.

Hello! I ordered a jjrc selfiedrone with some extra features. I payed for 5 extra batterys but i didnt recieved them and they isnt on the lust in the package. So i want My 19.99$ back for the batterypackage i didnt recieved.!

This unit never worked and I have been unable to contact anyone through email response, online chat or phone. I can't send it back because they have to authorize it and since they don't reply I am stuck. So glad it was under $40. Lesson learned...this website has horrible reviews and seem to run a very clever racket.

TomTop Group defected product

I purchased a car dust collector K91 from Tomtop. If you look on ebay, they say they are in Hong Kong, but actually the products are sent from China. When the product came, it did not function. I contacted them immediately and the customer service agent name Jason said they will send me another one, but it never came in the mail. They give you the run around saying the post office must have lost it, but honestly they do not send you a new one. I just wanted to let everyone know that their products are not reliable and they are dishonest. Do not purchase anything from them.

TomTop Group Scam, burglar

I bought 2 cell phones from them for about 300$ :

1- they sent it to me after 25days,
2- both of them have problems and was not as descried on their web siteh
3- I contacted them and after 3 weeks they told me to send them back for a refund
4- I sent them back via registered post and still after 2 months they say they haven't received them
5- they don't answer my emails any more
6- they stole my money

I too have had a problem with TomTop. I purchased a JJRC blue crab drone from them and it doesn't fly properly. This was not my first drone and I checked all the obvious points, motor rotation, wifi connection, thorough reviews of the instructions. When I requested a replacement or refund, they asked for photos of certain items from the packaging and a video of what was occurring with the quad. I no longer had the packaging, so I sent them a video of what happens when trying to fly the quad. Upon pushing the takeoff icon, it went straight up (with no throttle control) until it hit the ceiling and then crept along the ceiling until it hit a wall and then fell to the floor. I explained this to TomTop and they wanted another video showing the problem which was totally unnecessary and was their attempt to make me jump through hoops to receive a solution. If I didn't send them a second video, they couldn't resolve the issue...BS. I'll not buy from TomTop again.

Total rubbish. Bought a guitar pedal from them, which arrived DOA. Approached them for replacement which they said would arrive within 18 days. 40 days later, no replacement. Emailed them. No response to emails. Submitted a paypal claim, got no response from them. 2 weeks later and still no resolution. A horrible buying experience.

My experience with them was terrible!
I placed an order of 14.99 USD on their website. Ten days later, received an email asking 'As the logistics has increase the prices level, would you like to pay 4 USD for the ship cost so that we can send your order.' Of course I ignored the unreasonable request. One month later when I asked online chat when would my order be shipped, the staff cancelled my order without my permission! And end the chat from its end!
I do not know when my money will be refunded yet.

Based on my experience with Tomtop.com, I strongly not recommend this website.

Ordered goods in June. Never received. Requested refund and was told on numerous occasions by Toptop that they would refund but still waiting 3 months later. Will not answer emails now. Rip off merchants. Don't touch them with a bargepole

I just received my package it was supposed to be a christmas gift but it arrived box and plastic on box completely smashed and broken .it looks like itwas sent out that way .someone taped clear plastic over the broken package to make it look like it wasnt smashed.
