Toni & Guy review: Balayage hair colour in Toni and guy VR mall bengaluru

I visited the salon on 1st September for hair colour. I had my previous picture (attached with the email) which i showed the stylist and told her that’s what i want . She was super unhelpful in explaining the color and was 👀 unprofessional but i still trusted her considering she is Toni&guy staff.

During the procedure she and her fellow staff kept on talking how unhappy they were because of the low salary , how one of the other colleague had a baby and how her other previous colleagues kept on still reaching out to her for complaining about there bosses. Trust me I don’t visit and international chain to listen to these conversations.

I was confused about the colour I need to apply, but I knew i do not want anything loud and the stylist also told me indians mostly select the color in brown family. So I selected a color in brown family. But the final product was me ending up in golden hair. I went in trauma looking at my hair colour . I couldn’t even tell her anything.

I never like curling my hair, and while setting the hair I told her so. She was pretty adamant on curling my hair and even went ahead did a middle partition and curled my front hair as well. Thats the look which I totally hate and ensure in look like [censored].

I couldn’t even talk , i was in so much shock. I just wanted to leave the parlour. I immediately paid the bill , came out of the parlour and went straight to bounce . Paid 7K to them to salvage and undo what she has done.

I am attaching the hair color what she has done. Does it look like a hair color done by toni & guy. No suggestions on what will go on my skin tone , my hair color. If I had to think about everything why should i visit Toni& guy and not a regular parlour.

I am still in trauma, as bounce can only salvage the situation and not what I was looking for . I have a holiday planned for europe and that’s what I wanted a makeover. But thanks to Toni & guy , you guys ruined my look.
