1.) Warranty contract was bought with New Orleans Audi. The contract said it covers up to the car's value(R8 2014 was bought over $100k) 2.) Right now they paid out about 35% with the issues over the years. 3.) Inspector came out last week. All the issues are determined to be covered. 4.) My car been sitting in the dealership for over a week now. First mile been telling Audi dealership they been paying "too much" and they don't want to cover it anymore. Basically not respecting the contract, which I will be suing them for delaying this and have them pay for loss of use and also the damages which was in the agreement. 5.) I have talk to someone over the phone from first mile. They told me my car coverage is far from the cap and told me they would revolve this soon. But when they talk to the dealer they said the opposite and try to delay this as much as they could. Basically playing this game now. I'm planning to sue this company and the Audi dealership that sold me the contract if this is not being resolved soon. If you guys want to join me for a class lawsuit. Please leave your info here let's get them.

I bought my brand new 2020 VW Jetta in July unfortunately it was wrecked on Dec. 4th 2020 my car pay off was 21,500 at the time of the wreck my insurance company paid 19,300, by the middle of December. This company did not communicate well during the entire process I was originally told I only had to supply information about my insurance company and they would get the rest of the information to file my claim from the lender and dealership. After about 3 weeks with no updates I called and was informed by a very rude employee that I had to provide all the documents. After finding all the documents and information, I heard nothing for another 3 weeks so I call again and was told they will not process my claim until I cancel my extended car warranty which I didn't even know I had in the first place. After resolving the issue at the beginning of February, I was told the have issued the pay off check on 2/05 for the amount of 1,199.00. So not only is that not the full amount of the pay off it is no February 27th and the car is still not paid off, and have not received any updates regarding why the full amount was not paid off and why my lender has not cleared the check. I've been about 3 months without transportation and I am unable to purchase a new vehicle because my credit is still tied to the car loan.
