I purchased 3 60 foot strings of outdoor LED Christmas lights manufactured by Toyo Internationa Group at Home Depot. After they were installed on our house for about a week a sestion of one of the strings quit working. Before the season was over sections of all three strings had quit qorking. The material with the lights says there is a 3-year manufacturers warrenty and gives an address of P.O. Box 3148, York, PA 17402. I have written trying to get repair or replacement, but my letter was returned as undeliverable.

Second limb of 6' stick tree (TY-T6A) complete out, replaced bulbs and checked wires. all other limbs above and below working. Stymied, looking for solution. Please help. Purchased at Kmart

I bought the same set of lights and had the exact same problem. After about a week- sections of the lights stopped working.

Hi this is july 2011 Purchased in Nov 2010 the lights haven`t gone out they are like they are on 1/2 power. there were replacement fuses and bulbs in the package but it doesn`t help to change.

I have been unable to reach Toyo Int. Group by phone. The number doesn't exist. Last year, after Christmas, I purchased a large and small grazing deer. They were an after Christmas sale, marked down a lot. This year, I have set the baby doe up, and only half her lights work. The larger Mama's head and neck were broken. They can't be used. I am hoping to hear from the company. Your phone number isn't good. Thank you.

I have 2, 24 inch wire does and 1 wire buck that approximately 75% of the lights do not work.Would like info on where I can find replacement bulbs. Tried 800 number listed on info sheet that came with products but it is incoreect contact number. Please advise.

I bought 15 strands of the LED Home Accents dome Icicle lights last year. This year 9 of the 15 have partial sections out in them. What a joke! Home Depot got me to trade in lights. Now I don't have my old lights that did work. Home Depot won't do anything. LED are a great idea on energy but this mistake won't save me any money!

we too purchased 3 sets of 100 led lights for outside from Home Depot they worked during the month of December last year, we very nicely put them away for the season and this year went to use them again non of them worked. We called the company got the run around from Toyo International group Hawaiian Gardens CA. they sent us back to Home Depot which tells me they have a 90 day waranty but in the package it tells me its a 3 year warranty. I too got the mail returned bud did talk to a lady at Toyo that gave me some bogus Home Depot Number in Atlanta... People its time we stop this bull and make people live up to their warranty.

Same problem with the string of lights. 1st half working good 2nd half getting a voltage drop from light to light til nothing. The female plug records 120 volts. Has to be poor connection in some of the sockets. upset

I came here, looking for solutions...had a 135 lite set, we purchased last year. Worked fine then; this year, 1 section of lites was out. Got to checking...cord has 3 wires for a section; then a little section of 2 wires; then back to 3...and so on. Took 1 bulb out of the last lit section, and that section went out.. So a bulb can go out in 1 section, and that section goes out. My wife started swapping out bulbs in the burned out section, and when she replaced one particular one, the section came back on. They are fine now, again. I know LED bulbs are supposed to work for a long time, and usually they do. But...that's why they give us spares. They need to provide some troubleshooting tips!

Just got 21 10 ft. sets of Light Show by Toyo. At least 7 boxes were missing instructions and spare LEDs and fuses. After braving 25 degree cold to get the outside lights up on the fascia and ridgelines, we turned it all on only to find one set with 6 lamps not lit, and several other sections scattered over the house with at least 4 lamps that stayed white only, and would not change colors in sync with the rest. This glitch put a huge damper on our excited expectations. One set we were going to exchange because we found it had very poor build quality, with wires pinched under lamp shrounds on many of the 12 LEDs in that set, and some other wire faults. But by that time the stores had sold out, so we had to use the poorly made set to complete the house properly; at least it did work. If Toyo doesn't respond to my complaints, after season's end we will have to return all 21 sets to the store. Then start shopping for Phillips or GE branded sets (more costly) to use next season.

I bought lights from Walgreens after last Christmas that says Toyo International Group is now located at P.O. Box 2164 Hawaiian Gardens, CA 90716. They say customer service is [protected]. Good Luck!

From what I've seen, they appear to have multiple addresses all over the country, none of which respond to contact and apparently are bogus. They didn't reply to my quest for assistance. The product carries the same names and nearly identical boxes to Gemmy brand moving lights, but Gemmy did respond to my query and wanted to help, but after I sent photos they said they were not their product and declined assistance.

I would think there would be copyright issues between these companies, but it seems the nature of the industry to make money and not worry about durable product quality or others copying relatively cheap Chinese stuff. They make more expensive but quality-controlled and well engineered, customer-serviced brands like GE seem a bargain after all.

Appears to me the company is just a shell set up to import this stuff into the country. They want to sell as much as possible without having to deal with the problems that arise. When their products stop working they are expecting you to get frustrated trying to get help with repairs or replacement and just throw it out and buy all new stuff, from them of course.

I need to report that ultimately the buyer at the store chain where I bought the lights contacted Toyo, and a company marketing rep. Emailed me and subsequently sent new sets. More than enough in fact to make up for the number of bad ones, so my situation is resolved, and then some.

You can try this, but it is half a decade old: tel:[protected], and Toyo has a reputation for abandoning numbers.

You might be better off asking for the seasonal buyer for whatever store you bought the set from. They have contacts that may prove helpful to you.

My father in law purchased a 7ft. Trim a home spiral tree with multi-colored lights. We just opened for the first time and only received the 1pc spiral tree and star. Did not get the rest of the pieces. Is their any way the company could send out the rest.

Suggest you contact the seasonals buyer at the store he bought the tree from. They often have the contacts and influence to provide you a positive and relatively quick resolution. Inquire at the store customer service desk or it’s website customer service/contact us, and ask for the buyer’s email.
