Absolutely amazing customer service! There was a mix up with the device I ordered and when I contacted them, I received swift and excellent customer service. They were very kind and shipped the correct product right away along with a couple complimentary items. They also included the prepaid label to return the mistaken product I had received. Product is also top notch! Cannot go wrong when ordering an Arizer product!

Love the Arizer Q amazing product, what was even more impressive was the service when I had problems with it. Being in Australia I thought this will take forever to sort out..Very prompt responding and organising the warranty. It's often what businesses do when things go wrong that leave a lasting impression. 5 stars from me!

Excellent response to resolve a problem with a malfunctioning unit...less than a week to diagnose possible issue, ship unit to Arizer and their return of a new unit. Courteous and prompt service with no hassles.

When I received my product there was a chip in one of the glass pieces; unusable. So I contacted Arizer and Jessica provided amazing customer service. She initially directed me to the retailer I had purchased from (a mail order) however as this happened during COVID 19 lockdown there was no support from the retailer. Jessica took it into her hands and sent me a replacement part. I am very happy with the service and products which Arizer offers.

The build quality and functionality of the Air 2 is unbeatable, and when it comes to customer service I can say from first hand experience there is no company like Arizer out there. I dropped my beloved vape and the unit survived except for the OLED screen which wasn't displaying anything. I emailed customer service in hopes of getting a solution, and I was surprised when the tech I was talking with offered to repair or replace the unit for no cost under warranty even though drops are not covered by their warranty! Not only was this such a pleasant experience with the Arizer tech, Jessica, when they shipped the unit back they had replaced mine with a new unit along with a bunch of accessories and glass pieces and cool stickers! ***. Safe to say I'm going to be sticking with this company for a long, long time.

The only cost to me as was the initial shipment of the unit and power supply back to them. Jessica was absolutely fabulous, knowledgeable and prompt in her responses to me. As a result of the service I received from Jessica/customer service, my opinion and impression of Arizer, has improved even more, than I already valued, from use of their great product, the Solo II.

January my units LCD screen stopped working.
I got in touch with Jessica at arizer .She was extremely helpful,and replaced my unit quickly. I have a very old *** ,a old arizer and now a Arizer2.

Awesome company purchased the Arizer EQ then moved to the portable Air II. I had an issue with my Air II and the customer service specialist helped me and had my issue fixed fast. Arizer really cares about their customers and they have awesome products. Keep up the good work.

I bought my first product from Arizer at the retail level. Soon after I had an issue with the unit and contacted Arizer. They promptly responded and handled the concern immediately. After the warranty had expired, the unit's heat element failed. Arizer although the warranty expired, offered me a repair of the part or a discounted price on a new replacement unit. They stand behind their excellent products and they value their customers.

. I bought two Arizer units and one of them is defective, by giving off noxious fumes from the heating chamber... Support would not replace the unit, instead they said if I could pay to ship it to them, they would take a look at my defective unit and see what they could do. Their site, clearly does say that they will not replace units at all... one out of two of them worked right, the other did not.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I have had my Arizer Air ll for just over a year and a half. I love it, I have had zero issues with it until now, when the display quit working. Likely due to my clumsiness. I was heart broken, I immediately sent an email to Arizer Customer Support and Jessica responded to me promptly. She was able to have me ship my unit to them to have fixed under warranty. I am so proud to say that this is a Canadian company. I hands down will never purchase any other brand of vape

There is no better customer service out there. Warranty repair/replacement is fast and hassle free. Jessica (this woman is amazing) responded to my general website inquiry about a repair on the same day and things went smoothly. I was lucky enough to have a brand new replacement unit shipped to me. I have products from the competition and they are complicated and prone to quit/glitch. Arizer has a solid lineup that lasts longer than the other big names that I have bought (for a lot more money). I already have a new Air II on the way, the current prices are unbelievable. Thanks for an outstanding experience.

I did a search of my problem and in reading comments on possible at home fixes I was brought to a link to ask Arizer questions. I thought why not ask them and maybe they'll say "try doing this" or even just hearing "sure send in and we'll try and fix" would be nice. Not only did I get that response but I was also given the opportunity to purchase another Arizer *** or a choice of other Arizer products at prices that actually make you smile. Top Quality products along with Top Notch tech's like Jessica make the choice of Arizer the right one and the only one.

I've used a number of vaporizers, and this device is at the top of the list...#1. Everything about this vaporizer is just right. It feels substantial in your hand. The technology is current and impressive, it turns on easily, is ready for use quickly, and works beautifully. My unit had one piece that was defective, and Arizer acknowledged it and quickly sent a replacement; they provide outstanding customer service and customer support. And I own vaporizers from other manufacturers that didn't work well out of the box, and those manufacturers would not honor their product. Arizer rises above the rest. The price may seem steep, but you'll throw the other cheaper ones away and spend more in the end. Invest in quality, this is designed well, manufactured precisely, and it does its work very very well.

I bought an Arizer table top vaporizer over a decade ago, and it's still in perfect condition. A year back, I wanted a portable vaporizer for convenience, so naturally, I checked Arizer's range. I got their portable model and its performance is outstanding. My daughter was so taken by it that she immediately ordered one for herself. Recently, my vaporizer wouldn't exit charge mode, giving me a chance to contact their customer service. They responded within a day and had my vaporizer repaired under warranty swiftly. This company sets the standard for customer care.

I have enjoyed my Solo II immensely and have been impressed ***. I have had zero issues up until recently, when a "glitch" of some sort rendered the Solo inoperable.
As this is my only unit, and I cannot combust, I was concerned, but resigned. I know the warranty policy and so was resigned to several weeks without my Solo, as I live in a remote area with limited access to things, especially in these uncertain times. Well, all I can say is, Jessica has gone above and beyond with providing service, and I am blown away with how helpful and kind she has been. I'm very pleased that I chose a quality Canadian product - but I'm extremely impressed with the level of customer care (CARE being the operative word!)

For the price and the quality, Arizer is in a league of it's own! I bought my first Extreme Q almost 10 years ago and it lasted 3 months shy of a full decade. The benefit of a unit using a fan to vape the material should not be underestimated. As a Leukemia and heart patient, I can't tell you how much it has made it easier to get my herbal medicine without making me work too hard for it. Another major benefit is the taste! You actually taste the plant material's flavors and not some burnt taste. I set it at 220 C and fill a bag. I cap the bag and then draw off it for about 5-10 minutes allowing me to easily control dosage. The Extreme Q pays for itself in the amount of plant material needed each time. I use just a small pinch of plant material and it does the trick; versus filling a bowl and watching a bunch go up in smoke. A secondary benefit is the left over activated material can be mixed in food and eaten. Yes it actually works! And finally their customer service is excellent! I spoke multiple times with Jessica working through the issue that developed on my 10 year old unit and she was amazingly friendly, patient, and helpful. I am customer for life! If you're on the fence, stop hesitating and buy their Extreme Q. It my humble opinion, it is the best valued vape in the industry!
