I had subscribed for an annual "Pro" membership on Aug
I had subscribed for an annual "Pro" membership on Aug. 26,2020 and my membership would expire on Aug26, 2021. Suddenly in October this year, I noticed that I was no longer a Pro member but moved down to the basic free account with limited features. When I emailed my receipt to Tradingview, their response was as follows: "We don't provide support via email. Please open a support ticket from the website. Be aware that we only support users with a paid subscription". Since the system doesn't recognize me as a paid member, it is impossible to log a ticket online. And they are not even willing to listen to my compliant via email.

Bought a year subscription, rarely used
Bought a year subscription, rarely used. I decided to cancel the auto renew. Was charged again the following year so I contacted the company the same day and my bank as well. The money was returned. Now they contacted my bank and claimed that I did not request the return and took the money back by clearly lying to the bank that I had not contacted them. The reason they had to tell the bank that I did not contact them was because they have a 14 day policy for refunds but I contacted them the same day they took the money so that is why I figure they lied about that but its too coincidental for me to think that that is the exact time their system malfunctioned.

Two weeks ago I canceled the auto renewal for their services, yesterday 12/30 they charged $155.40 to my credit card anyway. I actually had to login to my account and cancel their auto renew once again, and now I'm concerned they'll just keep charging my credit card again, and again and again. There is no way to reach this company! They don't have an email address, no phone number, no chat and their so called help center is completely useless. I've even stooped so low as to sending them a message through horrible facebook, a platform I NEVER use, and they didn't even bother to read the message! Now I'm having to close my credit card account to stop TradingView from charging me again.

Firstly, I tried a FREE trial(just used 5 minutes)on March 30 and did not notice the "paid plan is automatically activated if I did not cancel the trial within 30 days". Because I am not a local speaker, so I did not catch the tricky lines. Was that my fault? They should have provided the multilingual version. On April 30, I got the pending bill, then I canceled the trial immediately and told the bank. There was no delay, no damage to the company. But, they refused to refund. Then, I got the second bill on May 30. Because just one minute later after my cancelation on April 30, my account was weirdly re-renewed. Not to mention there was no email or notification to let me know I was renewed again. And I contacted Trade View promptly, they refused me again and again with an arrogant attitude. I hope they could solve the questions with understanding. THERE SHOULD BE MULTIPLE LANGUAGE AGREEMENT. THEY SHOULD SEND ME A NOTIFICATION OR EMAIL TO LET ME KNOW ANY CHANGES IN MY ACCOUNT.
