I ordered a Flatrock and received a Woodbridge Pro. I needed for a certain time and it arrived - wrong item. When I called customer service they said they were sorry for any inconvenience, and asked if a sticker would help make up for their error. The answer was no and they then offered a bag of pellets for my Flatrock - which uses propane. Customer service chasing away another customer.
Desired outcome: All I asked for was something to offset my loss for event - a sticker was offensive.
