We have been a member of this vacation club for several years now. In Sept. they pitched us a new sales pitch which we fell for. OK so now we have it but the problem is they told us that we would pay $4000 if we paid it off before November 15th with a credit card. Otherwise it would go into the payment plan with an initial investment of $5000. Two weeks before the 15th we called to pay the $4000. They said no, it's $5000. We said that was only if we financed it with them. So not only did we buy these extra weeks but we are being ripped off for the extra $1000. We have argued with them for this 2 weeks now to no avail. They DO NOT care if they please their clients--only that they get as much money as possible!
When anyone who has a complaint with PlanWithTan and or Sunstream Vacations that leads to a class action lawsuit regarding misrepresentation of inital costs, annual fees and cost of lifetime weekly rental rates, please contact me for inclusion as a complainant. Thank you delyngiles@gmail.com

Hey, Milkman10
Are you still a member of TAN?
Hi, I would like to know more information bc I was ripoff myself and never use the vacations. You can contact me at kwoodh13@gmail.com. Thank you.

Anyone else caught by the arbitrary April date for use of travel credit due to Covid related closings of TAN properties? I paid for a vacation in late 2019 with TAN. The site was subsequently closed and I was issued a credit, rather than a refund, which I accepted. Then they came out with a notice saying you should plan a new travel date, even though the current Covid environment and travel restrictions still exist. Now I find my credit balance 0, the money I paid confiscated. I was planning to take other TAN vacations next year, use my credit then, when Covid is less of an issue.
