So far I have not been able to get through to anyone again after waiting for 2 hours and calling 15 times.Since the flights are in less than a week I need to have some certainty that my wife and son will be able to fly, I have asked for a full refund and rebooked with the airline at additional expense but since I can't reach the company I have zero faith in that.
