We were recently in Jamaica with Sunwing on an all inclusive travel package from November 12th to 18th, 2017. At the check in to the resort were invited to come to a presentation of the Travel Smart VIP program offered by Sunwing and Blue Diamond resorts at the Royalton Negril resort and Spa in Jamaica. The presentation would give us a future travel coupon for 4 days free offered from a list of the Royalton locations for simply attending. We decided to attend and during the sales pitch it was expressed that all fees quoted were in Canadian dollars and our signing up with Travelsmart VIP would include a partnership agreement with RCI and Owners Link holidays that we could use our investment to jointly book with these other groups while being a member of the Travelsmart VIP program. The program offered air fair discounts and focused on a points program where free upgrades would be standard for #Blue Diamond and Royalton and Sunwing vacations available over a 15 year period. Upon reviewing the information on line we had some concerns after only 3 days. We attempted to call the phone number [protected] to advise Travelsmart VIP that we did not want to be a part of the program, however the number had been disconnected. The day we returned home we cancelled the credit card we used to book the program and phoned American express to not process the payment. We further tried to call the number on the Free 4 day voucher [protected] and see if that number could provide any answers only to find that when called, the phone promptly hangs up after a brief Spanish message. Then when we tried to call the Travelsmart VIP phone number posted number on their website-facebook page twitter page and the "official documents" at [protected] that we received hoping that we could get connected from Canada, that we could not connect while in Jamaica, however that number is also not in Service. We called the hotel and asked to speak to our representative and we were asked to leave our name to have someone contact us back as everyone was busy. When we asked for a number to call to speak to someone from the Travelsmart VIP program no one could provide a number. We can find no way to book the travel on any of the sites for Travelsmat VIP and from all of the reviews on Trip Advisor we are not alone in our issues.
We are trying to cancel the program in the 15 day period and expect a full refund of our initial payment made to Travelsmart VIP though their shell company TSVC Barbados Las Vegas NV. Our client number is 6165801

For those who wants to resolve any issues with travel scam, post your message (in addition to here) on social media pages of the company (facebook, twitter and etc..), so that scammers will see it directly and do it until you have problem resolved. Five, ten posts per day, times amount of victims...
Having such pages with bad responds will force those scammers to resolve or get them out of the market and make an air fresh from robbers.
Hello everyone we are experiencing the same problem we bought our Travelsmart VIP in Jamaica with promises that we do not have to pay to stay at the royalton except for our flight and when we call Travelsmart they tell us no we have to book with Sunwing and all we get is a 15% discount, every time we call we get different amounts for the discount another lady told us we get 30% discount we want back our money we payed half right away and we are paying a monthly amount of 229.00 for 15000 points this is a big scam and we need help to get back our money

Hello, My family and I have experienced the same scame in Punta Cana, presently Travel Smart threaten us to sue us in court if we cancell the contract. is it legal what Travel smart are treating their cheated customers ?
