I went to Southwest airlines to upgrade tickets. When my upgrade did not seem to Register I went to the Icon find and to find a way to contact. This number popped up, by all appearances being Southwest . I called it. At no time did the person on the phone identify to me as being a representative of Travelopick. Had they it would of stopped there. But no they upgraded my flight and the billed me a second amount which I questioned . because when working on the Southwest site it was 151 dollars less . He said it was for taxes. When I started questioning the transaction I checked billing and learned then it was Travelopick. I until that point had no knowledge of interacting with them. Disputing charge.
Then, When I contacted Southwest they confirmed that there are no extra taxes or charges outside of what is posted on the upgrade. Bottom line this is fraudulent business dealings no matter what they say or present . They Phished on the Southwest site without their knowledge or mine and is fraudulent representation of employeement and who one is dealing with.
Desired outcome: Remove the charges from Travelopick.
