I have given car to trident on July 21st, jakkasandra brach for ac problem. Team verified and said that ac compressor to be replaced, additionally asked for inside car clean...
Now again problem ac, not working what have repaired and also central lock got stuck after

I should complain regarding sarvana who replaces seat covers.in nov 2020 at Hosur Road office I gave my asta i20 for service and asked for seat change the car was at service center for 15 days but seat cover was not replaced and on 4 feb 2021 I booked a new venue and I asked for new seat covers unfortunately Sravana was the same name suggested by the sales person and sales guy said that Sarvamaya would call me till the date of delivery he did not call me or the seat covers are changed it is my fault to choose trident Hyundai

There is extremely bad service in Hyundai, As we have not received the RC card till now as we have booked the car on 25 oct 2019 in Domlur Showroom (No.9, HAL Old Airport Main Road, Kodihalli, Before Leela Palace, Bangalore - 560038.) vehicle no (ka 03 nf 6944). Till date we have not received the RC card, and also we have are contact with Hyundai for the RC card they are telling to go collect in RTO office, In RTO office they are telling your RC is not Printed for Printing new RC card asking 700 rs for the new RC card. what about we paid during the vehicle delivery am very fed up of this guys no response from any it's about 1yr 5 months

I got delivery of Elite i20 car on 23rd Oct 2020 at Hosur road, Bangalore showroom with the promise while booking providing extended warranty for the finalized price as well.
While delivery they denied and after few days saying it can't be given.
Its very unfortunate and never expected these kind of false statements from Trident Hyundai.
Insurance renewal

I had paid inr 6250 on august 19, 2020 for my i20 car (ka 01 mj 5447) insurance renewal as your executive called me and requested me to pay this amount in 2 months advance, my actual car insurance expiry date is october 16, 2020. Since she followed up and requested a lot of times I made the payment in advance. Attached the payment transfer receipt.
Surprisingly after making the payment, I didn't get the policy when I followed up your executive she was saying my car premium has been increased as I had claimed the car insurance last year hence now I have to pay inr1500 more to get a new insurance renewal. Why don't she checked it 2 months ago before accepting the payment now when I object it, she is asking me to send the canceled cheque so that she can refund my amount. Now my question is after 2 months of follow up now she is saying she can refund the fund, what is this?, will you guys are going to pay me the interest for these 2 months?.
If this the scenario then why do you guys call customers in advance and ask them to renew the policy?, why cant your executives update the details after making the payment?. Sort this out with high priority else if something happened to my vehicle after the policy expires im going to take action against trident hyundai. This is terrible.

I had not seen such pathetic service from Trident Insurance Team, to renew my Insurance policy get multiple calls, when I had give the cheque nobody cares. I never get the soft copy of my insurance, I need to follow-up for the same.
ka01 mu 3741 service is worst, accessories fitting and finally sales also worst
Sales - They will assign advisor, till delivery everything will be fine post that advisor will be always in meeting only to your number. Not sure how he is reach the target in his busy meeting schedule.
Service - If its free service they will keep the car for some time then with lubricant they will give touch-up, if any complaints they will fix they wont clean it properly...
Accessories - Only after payment they will process and fitting will not be proper and safe too... better go out side they will good experience.
Co-ordination between the different team will happen like government office. Only with help of owner its possible.
Buy vehicle from other showroom if you need co-operation if you consider its your showroom means once u leave the vehicle for service you need to tell them what it needs to be done after that check all things are properly done or not fitting proper or not...
Insurance renewal for my car
On 17th May 2019 I received an email from your office ([protected]@tridentautomobiles.com) from Veena. Today when I am checking for quotes for renewing my policy I noticed that the registration number on the policy is incorrect.
My vehicle registration number is KA51 MJ 2052 but the policy states the registration number as KA51 MG 2052
Which means that I have been made to pay a premium of rupees 17, 136 for someone elses car. This is absolutely atrocious and ridiculous. What kind of careless behaviour is this? I am totally disappointed and want to know how to escalate this matter to your CEO.

I had booked a Venue petrol vehicle through Trident Hyundai showroom located on Old Airport Road, Bangalore. The name of the Executive is "Manoj". The executive has not been co-operative at all after the booking was made. I have had to follow up multiple times for everything. The delivery schedule of the car, the collection of documents for the processing of the car booking, updates regarding the status of the car and any other information has not been forthcoming from the sales executive. I am having to follow up with the sales executive for everything. When I complained to Manoj about the lack of service, he clearly said that i have no basis to say that the service that he has been providing me is not satisfactory. It was shocking to say the least.
In my booking slip, it has been clearly mentioned that the exchange value of the car will be Rs. 1.3 lakhs. But on the day of delivery they are saying that they will give me only Rs. 1.1 lakhs and asking me to deal with the person who is supposed to be taking the car himself and saying that they are not involved and will not be able to help me with this.

I been to Trident (Near Electronic City) service center 2 months back to check my Elite i20 2016 model AC not working issue, as requested I kept my car in service center from morning to evening (complete day) to check the issue and the result is need to change AC compressor which is costing me around 18, 000/-. Then, I started asking questions on why this happened, causes & precautions which is minimal and the service (mechanic) engineer could not able to answer those questions and simply saying change compressor that's it.
I have doubt in mind to cross check and been to road side mechanic, again I repeat road side mechanic found the issue in 15 mints with valve which need to be replaced and he costed me 2500/- including service charges. His age is below 30 yrs and imagine how much experience he would have.

unprofessional attitude of branch head and advisor at hosur road branch
On the day of taking delivery of the vehicle (Creta SX AT) there were pending jobs and accessories that needed to be completed, the Sales Adviser Mr.Salim requested me to return and would have it completed in 1 hour along with fitting of the Registration plates.
Today being an auspicious day there were many deliveries, I was asked to come along with the car to have the jobs completed.
I waited for 5 hours at the showroom, the managers and the sales adviser Mr.Salim kept giving me false promises that it was getting done, finally at 7pm I asked to meet the branch head Mr.MANJUNATHA, who very blatantly refused to accept their lack and being unprofessional in taking care of completing the pending jobs on time and without an apology. It has been the most unpleasant and stressful experience ever.
I had many questions regarding the vehicle which have not been answered because of this. Mr.Manjunath is definitely incapable of handling a branch and customers and needs much training in customer relations. Salim requested me to give him a good rating at feedback to which I obliged, now to my regret as he is not worthy of it. advisers should not have to beg for a good rating. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
regarding the vehicle money
This is regarding the previously submitted complaint which was not resolved. I bought Hyundai Creta from trident Hyundai yeshwantpur where they promised to provide 30, 000rs off during the fact that I was offered the same from blue Hyundai . Later when everything was agreed upon and the bank had dispersed the loan amount and the vehicle had to be delivered in the evening. The executive who handled the purchase stated that I had to pay the additional 30, 000rs as I was taking insurance from bank . The prior intimation was not done and this issue was created exactly 10mins before the delivery of the car . I was cheated and fooled, because I was waiting from so long to make the purchase I payed the additional amount and took the delivery of the car thinking of to resolve it eventually. I had complained about the same to all the customer satisfaction calls made by trident Hyundai as well as Hyundai from Delhi . I'm very much disappointed and this is going to reflect in every single social media site as you people are not responding properly . My college friends and colleagues in the company my brother is working and every friend I know and his relatives are going to be informed about the same. elite i20 ("document not, received" "right accessories not received")
I have purchased Elite i20 Sportz + on Oct/7/019 in Trident and My chasis No:MALBM51BLKM737863, Sankey Road Showroom and Naveen T G is the sales executive who has helped me to deliver my car. I have paid money for the 4th year Extended Warranty and on the delivery day of the car when I was verifying the document I have observed that 4th Year Warranty document got missed and the same I asked to Naveen T G for that he told that, there will be no separate document for the 4th Year Warranty. As I paid the money for the 4th Year Extended warranty I need some acknowledgment in the form of document for my further reference and also he has committed that he will give accessories as a complimentary gift like 3M Tool care kit e.t. c, when I asked for that he told that they have used 50% of the material for the cleaning my new car and failed to give that, instead he gave me some other accessories (floor mat) which was not required for me. I dont understand why customer product is required to clean the new car and this is ridiculous and I have never seen such things on any of the dealer has done like this. Please do the needful and solve my problems ASAP.

The customer executive Naveen at trident Hyundai Sankey road is not a good executive, He has done many blunders with my booking, Deliver date and also my vehicle registration. Firstly I had booked the car from Blue Hyundai and after I got a confirmation from the executive that the delivery date would be earlier than them I booked the vehicle and I did not get the delivery as promised and then that is not when my problems stopped, the executive has made a much bigger blunder with my vehicle RTO registration, my RTO is KA 05 but the executive has changed it to KA 41, which cannot be changed and every time he makes a mistake he doesn't even feel sorry for what he has done and even after calling him multiple times there will be no response from him.
So to sum up my experience with Trident Hyundai, It was very Frustrating and also the unprofessional behavior from the executive Naveen is annoying and makes me not to recommend or visit the trident Hyundai Sankey road showroom ever again.
Also, want to appreciate MR.Avinash for the frank and prompt way of working towards fixing all the blunders.

During the last week of July I gave my vehicle for service at your show room in Bangalore, Hosur Road. I requested the executive to look into the clutch and break and said everything else is fine.
Just to keep you informed that the clutch which is there in the car was replaced on early 2017 under warranty. The vehicle was driven only for 1k KM then. I had the recurring issue again immediately after teh service but teh same was rectified soon after.
Now again i had a similar issue. but this time it was not much intense and hence i just told the executive to look for it.
He called and told me that he has to replace it. I was okay for the same.
Post service i took my vehicle to Mysore for a drive. I had to go to Coorg. Soon afer 150km drive my clutch was not working properly.
I stayed back at my friends place as i was with family. Then after 2 day i drove back to bangalore. During teh journey my clutch gave a lot of problem. Suddenly engine indicator light was on. I then called for road assist. I was told that the vehicle will be towed to Hassan. It was 7:30 PM on the Tumkuru highway. I some how veered the vehicle to the side. Road assist was of no help . They kept insisting me to take the vehicle to Hassan. I was with my family ( my wife + 5 month old kid + 5 year old boy ). My frined who recently had a stent placed in teh heart and his wife.
i was in no way any position to go back. Also my vehicle broke down post the service. IT was runing fine. It broke donw after teh clutch was replaced then why shoudl i be paying for towing charges.
At 9:45 pm help arrived. i was there on the same highway . I got my vehicle towed to Bangalore 160 km from teh effected area as i know next to no one in Hassan and i was with my family. Also the issue had happened post teh service and post replacement of my clutch.
I had incurred 9k amount towards the towing charges + 4k for the taxi service. I was wanted teh amount to be paid back to me for the same.

Hope TRIDENT Hyundai is matured enough to handle customers. Its very unfortunate that, many issue i have noticed when i have serviced my vehicle with TRIDENT HYUNDAI of Hosur road brach (Garvebhavipalya).
I have called and said my vehicle need to be picked for service/ repair on 5th and vehicle collected on 6th Aug-19 at 11am. Vehicle # TN01 AW6001.
The service team comitted to give the vehicle back on 9th Aug-19.
Next day they told me estimated price, 15000+, after next day started some other problem, once next day they said some other part damage, like this spent 4 to 5 days. At last 10th Aug-19 they said bill amount is 30000 +, To evaluate and give firm items and value not told. i said to continue the work and close it. Finally on 12th agreed to deliver, they could not deliver. once again they said, it will be delivered on 13th Aug-19 and i have got the vehicle at last.
again on 13th after i have received call stating that, you vehicle has got totally problem, fog lamp not working. new set not available.
Finally received vehicle without fog lamp functioning. Once again i need to go behind your team for getting the fog lamp, this is how TRIDENT ?
No clarity on insurance claim? very very bad service and support from the concerned people.
These all problem not told in single analysis, what is the way of analysis the problem of repair or service at TRIDENT HYUNDIA ? telling every day one problem or during receipt stage detailed analysis and complaining ?
I am really surprising ? the way customer complaint or customers are handled?
However, hope TRIDENT Hyundai some senior team will take this seriously and attend the customer, either me or some one else. if TRIDENT want to improve the real good service provider ?

steering rack issue
Replaced the steering rack and work not done properly . Steering rack replaced and it Created new issues n vehicle . Very poor service .
Went to Serivice centre and when informed about it they started pointing other issues that too end of the day since they were unable to find the exact reason of the sound.
If unable to solve the issue. Advisor started complaing about lower arm issues .
Knocking sound issues n vehicle.
When vehicle was left to service no such sound was there . After service, 2nd day sound started and Service centre is not ready to accept
After 1 complete day check they are unable to find the issue and at closing time end of the day they say lower arm issue and other nonsence.
