Unfortunately, I just experienced the same abuse today by Steve and Kory of Triple K. Everything you said is dead on. We had them come out to estimate a picket fence that would be narrow enough our dog could not get his nose through. Kory said they could do it at 1 3/4 spacing and we agreed. Even paid extra for the additional wood. Fence ended up being 2" spacing everywhere. Spent 3 weeks trying to get someone to call us back. Numerous unreturned messages to Kory. Then this Steve character calles and berates me today and belittles my wife essentially calling us idiots for not knowing the wood would shrink. I could go on and on as this conversation lasted an hour. I've never been treated so poorly by a business that I have done nothing to other than pay them 3 K for a job they did not deliver on. DO NOT USE TRIPLE K FENCING

I contacted Triple K Fence (TKF) the day after our fence was built to request a replacement for a few boards that had holes-large splinters. Lisa took my information and said that my sales person Korry would get back to us but no one ever did. In early May my husband pointed out that one of our main boards was bowing badly and should be addressed. I called TKF and Lisa took down my information and asked me to mark the fence and someone would be out in a week, a month later no on ever came or called. On May 5th I called and again spoke with Lisa and asked to speak with a manager, no one was available so Lisa took my contact information and said someone would call, no one ever did. On May 7th I called and spoke with a woman who identified herself as a manager. This person would not give me her name but her voice is the same as on the answering machine. The woman was rude, she spoke over me and when I tried to explain my dissatisfaction she hung the phone up on me. When I called back I was put on hold and then a man named Bob picked up the phone and said, "You need to get a life and stop calling here with this bulls**t. Their are bigger problems in life than a fence that needs repairing so just get a life and don't call here no more with this bulls**t. Someone will be out to handle this soon, end of story." Then he hung the phone up. During the conversation he also told me that if they (TKF) knew before built my fence, that I would call them with this bulls**t, they would have sent me my money back. His language was abusive and I felt threatened by it and his tone. I was shocked and dumbfounded to be treated in such a manner by a reputable local company. Then I started talking to people about the situation and found another lady that had a similar experience. People need to know that Triple K Fence is quick to do estimates, build a substandard fence in a day with possible illegal workers and are then slow to respond to request for repairs and use extremely abusive language towards their customers.

DON"T USE TRIPLE - K! Extremely unprofessional and rude as it gets. Order was going well till one-month out we had to cancel the fence. Since then they have bee exceedingly rude to me and my wife on the phone, have stone-walled us on the deposit that we still don't have and flat out won't speak to us. Lady that answers the phone repeats that she knows "nothing" and we'll have to wait for return call, etc. Still nothing. Go elsewhere - don't use Triple-K.

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. The so called ( president) Keith
has zero respect for women. Likes to address them as baby, While yelling at me that hes not stupid.. DO NOT USE TRIPLE K ! USE ANYONE BUT THIS TRAILER PARK ORGINIZATION...

they are absolutley horrible! I never take the time to make complaints, but this was unbelievable! They are the most rude, unprofessional company I could imagine. I have no clue how they are still in business. If you don't believe me, call them before you use them to do your work & ask for a manager or act as though you have any sort of a problem & you will be blown away by the response. They are absolutely beyond rude & completely abusive! Believe me! Don't use this company, just as the above folks have stated.

SO SO SO True . Triple K put my fence up in winter first summer I've had this fence the month they put the fence up i called in reference to the both gates . I have called numerous times about my gate and this time the Owner yes I repeat OWNER Keith told me off said he said he sent his worker to look at it and he fixed it my gate is still broken. My initial talk with him he stated he came looked at gate and would replace the gate because it was their fault two weeks later he denies our conversation. Says i dnt know ### and hes been doing this for 42 years now WELL guess what i think he needs to RETIRE and gI've up this business ### cause he was so rude to me I can not belI've this. Never again please i beg you don't make the same mistake i did just put that 300 dollars plus or minus and get someone else. I PROMISE GURANTEED!

Triple-K did a fantastic job for us. They showed up on time, as promised, and were done on time. Their price was the best we were quoted, and they were very professional. We had our pasture fence redone. Considering how rough horses can be on fences, the quality of their workmanship is evidenced by the durability of the fence that Triple-K installed for us. We are now asking them to do some additional fencing in another part of our property, and again Triple-K is very responsive. We called today, and they will be out tomorrow. Triple-K will get all of our fencing business. We are very pleased with their professionalism, the quality of their materials and workmanship, and their work ethic.

Oh My Goodness! I was just BERATED on the phone by the "owner' of the Triple K because I inquired as to when my deposit would be credited back to my credit card since I had cancelled the contract ONE DAY after I got the estimate. He told me he would charge me a cancellation fee (actually, he yelled that at me) and I said "no you can't because I cancelled immediately after I signed the contract and I had three days to do so" ... he put me on hold, came back and YELLED at how I get over on businesses and companies, take advantgage of people, how I was rude, etc., as I tried to tell him that Triple K had put up two fences on my property over the past couple of years for over $8, 000. He said he didn't care, and that he would refund my money but he will never do anything else for me. I'm wondering if he will even refund the money now. Wow --- I've never been treated like this before! How in the world is this guy still in business. STAY AWAY FROM TRIPLE K FENCE!

I called Triple k fencing today just to ask a question about lumber. The man on the phone named Bob was angry and totally rude to me. I was shocked. I didn't do anything to provoke him. Run as far as you can away from Triple k. This man is abusive.

I contacted Triple K for a quote on a fence and what they provided was high and ask if we could negotiate a deal to lower it. The guy that came out said he would get back to me and he never did so I call Triple K looking for him and I get Keith the so called President of this company but I would never refer to him as a President due is his inability to communicate and execute deals professionally with his customers. Keith obviously a rookie in business should take leadership, communication, and personality classes because he certainly is no Executive. He must believe he is the only company in the area that can put up a fence but he is sadly mistaken. Not only will he not get my money I will never refer TripleK to anyone.

DO NOT USE TRIPLE K! All the complaints are true, I called Triple K Fencing, spoke to Keith because I was wondering what time to expect them to come to my house for an estimate for a fence. For some unknown reason Keith hung up on me. Thinking we were disconnected, I called back and got Keith again. He said, and I quote, "What do you wanna do? Sit here and bash our company or do you want us to come out there and do the work?" My jaw dropped in amazement as I was neither rude nor bashing their company, just asking a simple question. Obviously, these [censored] bags do not want to make money or stay in business very long. There are too many other good companies out there (like Lowe's who is installing our fence) for me to tolerate this type of belligerent behavior.

You all should have used Catlett Construction! We had a WONDERFUL experience choosing them over the triple k fence estimate! They were quick responsive communicative knowledgable professional and reasonably priced! Our fence is great two years later no problems whatsoever!

Who in their right mind would name their company "Triple-K" in the first place? When I heard that name, the first thing that came to my mind is "Ku Klux Klan!"

The owner Keith is an honest business man, and has more knowledge and wisdom than most of you on this site, Triple K Fence is named after his sons Kevin, Korey, and Kenny. I know (Keith) personally and know he has good intentions for each and every one of his customers. Give it a break, fencing is no easy job especially when you are dealing with the public, they have been around for many years for a reason.

Then Keith should have named his company "4K" or "Quadruple-K" to avoid the Ku Klux Klan associations.

I completely agree! I wish I had found this forum before i even bothered with Triple K fence! They have probably been around for so long because back when they started they were the only choice, but people in the fredricksburg and stafford area need to know they have a choice! I got quotes from a few different companies including Triple K, Catlett Construction and Aspen fence. Triple K was by far the highest priced but the most well established company so we decided to go with them, they took our deposit, continually delayed our installation and got rude with us when we asked for our money back. We eventually decided to contact catlett construction to complete our fence, and they were knowledgeable, professional, fast, and built a quality fence. Now Kieth may be a nice man, but family or not he should not be allowing his company to be compromised by bad business practices. If your in the Fredricksburg or Stafford area I HIGHLEY recommend using Catlett Construction!

They are absolutely horrible. Called into ask them to repair a fence damaged by my neighbors flying trampoline. First call. They said some one would come next week. No one showed up. Next call a week later they said no had been scheduled to come out. A week later someone else was to show up. No show. Called again today. The front office lady hung up saying they did not want the business. On a fence they put up for me. DO NOT USE TRIPLE K. KOrey does not show up.

I have had enough of dealing with the unprofessional company, Triple K. My fence was 4 months old when I started having issues. One of the post in the back is starting to bow which is causing the fence to bow. This will only get worse over time. Additionally, the gate is difficult to close because the post are warped. I called 3 times and ofcourse no return call. I called on 1 may and left a voice message to please return my call. Well today, 3 may while on interstate 95 I get a call. This is how it went. Ring, ring, I answer with, hello. Now Kieth says" This is Kieth with Triple k". I said hello Kieth, the problem I'm having is the gate is difficult to fully close because its rubbing the other post that it latches to and also there is a post that is bowing in causing part of the fence to bow" Kieth's response was tjis " From the pictures you sent I guess that makes you a fence expert". I responded with " Why are you insulting me when all Im trying to do is have my fence and gate repaired" Again Kieth said " I guess you are a fence expert". I responded with, I do not want to speak with you again". So taking his suggestion, I will pay to have a fence expert take a look at the work Triple K did and from there will find a legal " Expert" to look into the matter. Then i will contact the "Experts" at the Better Buisiness Bureau to see what they have to say. Now I'm reaching out to the many "Expert" customers who has experienced the same rude unprofessional attitudes and substandard work from the "Experts" at triple K. Please contact me with your experiences. Thank you.

Today I called to inquire about getting a fence built to match my next door neighbor's fence that was built by KKK. Jennifer was cryptic and rude. She hesitated to give her name at first, but she certainly had a lot of questions for me. She refused to give me any details about the work they did next door because the "files are in the back" and it would take a whole day to walk back there and look at them. Seriously? They don't have a computer?
Anyway, the conversation was so weird that I asked her to forget the whole idea and please lose my contact info. I will find somebody else to build my fence.
I am confident that I just dodged a bullet. If it doesn't feel right, run away.

Ms Cummings, We DO NOT share any information about our clients. A salesman looking at the fence can give you an estimate to match the style, or you can ask your neighbor. As for other questions, without knowing who you are and where you are installing the fence we can not provide you with an estimate. I am sorry you found that intrusive. We wish you the best.

I feel like a complete idiot for not finding this board prior to my dealings with Triple K Fence. Yes, they were cheaper but it will cost me far more in the long run with this company. The worst part was when I asked them to fix their mess, Keith calls with this BS story about firing Kory, Korey, Kori ( Keith's salesman and co-conspiritor )and yelling at me over the phone to tell me how this was all going to go. This angry man, who I had never heard of, was screaming at me for no reason. It was laughable. By the way, they have been doing this routine for years. I found a complaint from 2010 about the same kind of call but with a different name. Triple K... Son's names or Krazy, Kranky, Krooks. How's my spelling?

Stay far away from Triple K Fencing!

I think your spelling is disgusting, you have no idea what it takes to run a FENCE company as you hide behind your keyboards. Triple K Fence has stood the test of time and to this day is still hard at work, I’d like to see most of you on this so called abuse page build a FENCE as I read these comments. Go ahead and reply with your disrespectful remarks, as I see their work all over VA looking very nice!

Just received the brush off from the owner about the fact this is the 2nd time I've had broads coming undone. I discovered the 1st time was because they didn't put the nails in the broad -- unbelievable, and they do this as a living. Now I'm getting the brush off because they've got their money so I'm suppose to live with a fence falling down. Not going to happen. Have you ever hear of the BBB? oh and don't forget face book with their many sites for all over the town you service.
